"He was bitten young. My own father, as you know, was an Animagus. He helped Remus through the difficulty full-moon periods.

"Why didn't you tell me before?" Teddy whispered.

"As I said, you were too young before. This is a huge thing to take on board. You can form your own opinions, but remember your father was a great, brave man, who didn't let his condition stop him from loving a wife and child."

Teddy took a deep breath. It was now or never. "Am I a werewolf?"
"No," said Harry, hearing Teddy breath a sigh of relief, "but Remus was so frightened that he had passed his condition onto you."

"This is…so awful."

"I know, but this shouldn't change the way you see your father."

"No, I don't mind, it's just….poor Oliver Matthews."

"Who's Oliver Matthews?"

"I really wished you'd told me before," said Teddy.

"Who is Oliver Matthews?"
