As usual, I don't own anything.
When the woman woke up, she walked around aimlessly in her home. Her hand was resting on her stomach, coaxing the children to come out sooner.
She knew that the FBI was coming to investigate the murders. Why wouldn't they? After all, the woman that picks the cases is a mother herself, so she would pick this case. The woman was also aware that the FBI might look into her past, since she could be a potential victim.
The woman prayed that the FBI wouldn't find out her past identity. She knew it would be nearly impossible to find out her past name, but you couldn't be too sure. If they found out, he would certainly find her again. She couldn't take that chance. But she also knew it was too late to relocate somewhere else.
Since it was a rather small town, word got around fast. She wasn't surprised when her only acquaintance, a young mother named Sophie, called her. Sophie's husband was the police chief and he called her as soon as the FBI arrived.
"Can you believe it? The actual FBI, in our town!" Sophie sounded much too excited than one should be. The woman sighed and pinched the bridge of her nose; she did not want to deal with Sophie's loud personality in the morning.
"Sophie, there is a murderer out there. Why wouldn't they come?"
"I know, but I still can't believe it? Did you hear that they found another body this morning?"
"No Sophie, I didn't know that." It was true, she didn't.
"It was the new girl, Sarah something, the pregnant one."
She sighed because she knew the question that was coming next.
"Hey, do you think that you might be in danger?" Sophie sounded really worried for her. It touched the woman's heart, knowing that someone might actually care for her.
"I don't know Sophie, hopefully the FBI find him and lock him up." She tried to calm Sophie down. She didn't need a crying, over emotional friend over the phone.
"Well, I'll call you later if anything else happens. Bye."
"Bye Sophie, talk to you later."
When she hung up the phone, she heard a knock on the door.
It was time to face her past.
Thanks for the reviews and keep thinking about the nameless woman! Oh and it would be great if I got reviews.
