The day he died, he took my soul with him. I remembered the great times we've had, and the bad ones.
'Don't forget me. But move on, 'kay?' were the last words he said to me. I cried as I felt him dying in my arms. We were on a mission, and just as soon as we finished it and headed home, some ambushers came. He protected me, when I promised myself that I, instead will protect him. I let him go for a moment, and killed the ambushers without a sound.
Now, I stand on his memorial ceremony, with the sun shining its last shine on him, and with the people who also loved him, but none as much as I did.
"Naruto," I whisper to the winds. "I'll never forget you,"
