Even though the DNA test had been faulty it still got on his nerves. After tossing and turning for a while longer he snuck out of the HQ and slid to the zoo keepers office. Alice was snoreing on her desk her computer remained ungaurded. He silenly opened up the penguins files looking for the notorious pink symbol. He sighed in relief when he saw that the zoo recagnized him as a male and almost blew his cover laughing when he relized Rico was listed as the female. Satisfied he closed the files and cleared away any evidence that they'd ever been opened. He slid back to the habitat. He was met with three pairs of raised eyebrows and crossed flippers.

"Hey boys! Uhh... whats up?"

Private lost his composture first. "Oh sorry Skippah its just weird wakeing up without you here and- oomph!" Rico had slapped the back of his head. "Oh right." He recrossed his flippers and tried to look stern.

"Who woke up?" Skipper didn't beleive they'd all caught him leaving.

Kowalski fidgited. "Actually I was never asleep. I'd hoped to finish my latest invention."

"Vrooom! Vroom!" Rico motioned like he was behind the wheel of a car.

Private gasped then shook his head. "You guys should be ashamed of yourselves!"

A lunacorn fell from under his pillow and said 'Its not okay to lie to others.'

Private sighed. "Oh all right I was going to watch some soaps on the tele."

Skipper took his chance. "See everybody was up to something! No need to give me the glare!"

The penguins went back to their bunks and Skipper flicked the lights off before getting to his bunk.

"Just what were you doing Skippah?"

Skippers eyes widend. "Err... classified."

"We told you what we were doing Skipper surely what you've done can't be worse than trying to watch late night soaps or sneak out with the car." The tall penguin reasoned.

"Hey! What about you Kowalski! You were going to be inventing all night!" Private yelled.

"Yeah bwahalaga!"

"Alright alright boys I just went to check some of the zoos files thats all." Skipper stared up at the bottom of the bunk above his hopeing they wouldn't press further.

"What files Skippah?"

He gulped. "Nothing special just basic information."

Kowalski and Private leaned in Rico hacked up a flash light and aimed it at him. "I can't lie to you boys I went to check who the zoo thought our female was."

"Who was it Skippah."

Skipper chuckled. "Rico."

"Ay! Haukablaweraka!"

"Don't worry Rico no one thinks you're a female."

"Uhumpth."

"How about we take another DNA test tommarow." Kowalski suggested.

"Yeah."

"Fine."

Uh-huh."

And with that the tension was lost and Skipper finally got some sleep. Although Rico was having a little more trouble.
