"What did you see Miss Maka?" One of the many police officers asked. There were at least haft of the police force was walking around in the house. They were looking for clues that could show this man's identity. I didn't make him up, the back door hand been forced open. After that he quietly made his way up to my room, for some reason he stood in the corner of my room for what the cops thought to be twenty minutes. When I ran out of the room he opened window and jumped on to the roof, he climbed down the wall using the rain pipes. Once his feet hit the grown he ran braking some things in the yard on his way out.
"I saw a man was wearing all black, he had something over his face so I couldn't see his face. He keep saying these wired things over and over again." I said to the officer. I was holding Nikki's hand for dear life. I felt like if I let go then she would slip away.
"What did he say Ma'am?" You could tell that he was really wanting to get this interview over with by the way he was trying to hurry things up.
"He said 'I'm going to kill you' and that I belonged to him. He also I couldn't run away from him no matter where I go." I told him with a shaky breath.
"Tell me what happen that night please." The officer said writing something down in his note pad.
"Well I went to bed after diner. I don't know why but I woke up in the middle of the night. When I woke up I saw the man, he was standing running in the corner of my room just watching me. He tried to grab me but I ran out of my room in time. I ran down the hall scramming for someone to help me. I ran into Nikki in the hall way, Gage and Seven ran into my room to find no one in there but the window was open." I didn't let go off Nikki's hand, thinking if I did the man would come back to get me.
The officers looked at the rest of the teens siting on the couch, "Did you see or hear anything?"
"Are neighbor saw the man walking around the house early today. But we never saw him the guy." One of the boys said looking straight at the officer.
"But I heard him!" The cops where stared at the group of teens in fort of them, trying their best to find the person who said it. "I heard him talking to Maka." Katie was the one who was talking. "I didn't hear the whole thing but I did hear a man in her room. I thought it was just one of the boys talking to her. If I had known it was some crazy guy I would have called the cops."
Later that night when all the questions had been asked and answered, the officers slowly left the house one by one. Only two officers remand outside the house, there job was to stay out there for the rest of the night to see if the man would tried to come back. While that was happening outside everyone inside was falling asleep sitting up on the couch or floor. It was really late so we just wanted to get some sleep but no really want to sleep alone, even if some people didn't want to admit it. The idea that the man would come back while we were in different rooms would creep into their minds every now and then. No one really felt like dying any time soon, so we decided to sleep in the living room. We grabbed pillows and blankets then made mix sift beds in the living room. We earthier slept on the floor or on the couch but mostly everyone ended up on the floor. For the first few minutes everyone just stared at the ceiling but after a while we slowly started to fall asleep. Around five AM everyone had pasted out, so no one saw the man looking through the window.
Next day
When I woke up, I was still very tired and felt like shit. Somehow during the night Nikki's foot moved right onto my face. I tried moved the foot form my face but it was hard because the foot would move back to its spot. Not only was her foot in my face, but Nikki's head somehow got under my pillow. I slowly sat up and looking around the big room. Nicole and I where the only girls sleeping on the floor. Alexis, Maddy, Tori and Katie where all sleeping on the couches. All the boys were sleeping on the floor a few feet away from Nicole and I. Alex and Jack were hugging each other in their sleep. Gage and Seven looked like they were going to kill each other, they both had their hands wrapped around each other's neck. If they really wanted to kill each other, all they had to do was push their finger hard down on the other throat and they would slowly choke to death.
I looked around slowly trying to find something that would tell me the time. There was no clocks on the walls and the clock on the oven is an hour behind the same with the one on the TV. "This house has so many rooms in it and this is the only room with no clock in it." I said in a whisper trying too hard to not wake anyone up. I didn't want to wake anyone up, because I fear that if Nikki would wake up and kill one of the boys thinking that they were the ones talking.
"Maka what are you doing?" Nikki's said in her just woke up voice, her cold brown eyes looked up at me form the floor.
"Um… I'm trying to find a clock so I can find out the time." I said getting a little nervous. Nikki looked like a beast who was about to eat it's pray and I was the pray.
Nicole took her hands out from underneath my pillow, she was holding her phone. "Here it will tell everything you need to know." Nikki handed the phone to me and fell back asleep.
I took the phone from Nikki and looked at the screen. The lock screen was a picture of her and Gage hugging in front of a pond. The lock screen cock said it was almost noon. I taped the 'slid to unlock' button and dragged my finger across the screen. When the phone was unlock I looked for the 'Calendar' button, when I found it I taped it and watch it open. Only then I was fully awake, in one minute I think I had big bug eyes. This can't be! I thought in a panic. It was Monday and today was her first day of school. It was the first day of school and I was really late!
"Nikki wake up! Were late for school!" I started to shake Nikki as hard as I could trying to wake her up.
"What do you want Maka?" Nikki said in rough voice.
"It's a school day and were late!" I half yelled not wanting to wake everyone up just yet.
"Maka the school called after they heard what happen and gave us the day off." Nikki said slowly trying to go back to sleep.
"Oh… Ok…" I looked down at her hands feeling my cheeks get hot in embarrassment. "Sorry for working up for nothing."
"Hey it's ok, we all make mistakes, now go to sleep. We all need as much as we can get." Nikki put her hand on the back of my head and push me down on the ground. I let Nikki pushed me down knowing better to fight back. Once I touch the ground, I stayed down. Nikki hand stayed on my lower back, we both fell asleep like this on the floor. Everyone slept most of the day only to get up go to the bathroom or to get something to fill up their stomachs.
While we were sleeping we missed the man stopping by again.

"Hey! Give that back right now!" The sound of someone yelling, sounded like a male voice, was the first thing I heard when I woke up again. Soon after that you could hear the sound of someone running on the hard wood floors in the hallways. Then came the sound of a girlish voice yelling at someone could be heard. The voices was most likely yelling at the person who was running around. I couldn't really make out what the voice was saying but whatever it was must have made the male mad because he started to yell back. He yelled something along the lines of 'It's not my fault that he took it, you should be yelling at him, not me'. I couldn't make out every world after that. Whoever was yelling must have been yelling on the top of his lungs or he was sitting right next to me. If he got any louder my ears would start to bleed form my ear drums.
Man, why is everyone yelling? I thought trying to burry myself deep into the warmth of the blankets.
I felt my body being picked up from the spot I was laying in and carried to another room. I started to wiggle a little, I heard the person grasp and the person moved their arms and started to hold me closer to them there body. The person was carrying me bridle style, my side was placed on the person chest. Form what I could feel I could tell that it was man who was carrying me. My eyes shoot open only to see that Jack face staring down at mine, he looked as handsome as ever. Jacks hair was in his face and he had dark circle under his eyes. But even with the dark circles made his face look sexier. I couldn't stop staring at his face. I stopped wiggling, Jack noticed that I had waken p and smiled down at me.
"Hey, sorry did I wake you up?" He asked.
"No! You didn't, you don't have to be sorry." A blush started to form on my face. I looked around seeing that we were in one of the many hall ways in this house.
Jack started to put me down on my feet. "I'm sorry for picking you up, it's just that you were laying in the middle of a cat fight in the living room."
"A cat fight? What happen? Its fine Jack" I asked trying to fight my blush.
"I don't really know much about the whole thing. But what I do know is that Seven took something from Alex and now the girls are yelling at both of them. You were a sleep between the two sides so I got you out before they started to punch each other." Jack explained.
"Oh, thank you Jack." I opened my arms and hugged Jack. Jack was a little surprised at first but slowly he hugged me back. Jack laid his chin on the top of my head as we hugged.
"You're welcome Maka, I'm happy to help!" Jack let go of me and put his hands on my shoulders. He moved me by my shoulders so I was standing right in front of him. "Hey if you're wake now, how about you get dress and get you something to eat? I will wait for you out here."
"You don't have to wait for me, I'm not going to run away or grow wigs and fly away." I said trying to make him laugh.
Jack started to laugh and after a while I fell victim to the giggle forming inside of me. "I know you're not going to do grow wings. Well, it's just that everyone is still on the edge about yesterday. I'm just going to wait here." Jack leaned against the wall shoving his hands in my pocket.
I let out of a puff of air out of my lugs. "Fine," I said puffing while he laughed softly at something behind me. I walked in my room and got dress, I put on a plan red shirt and a pair of blue jeans. When I was done I opened my bedroom door, Jack was right where I left him. "Your still here?" I asked in annoyed voice.
"You can get rid of me that fast." Jack looked me up and down. "I'm like that stain on your shirt that doesn't go away."
"Well shit I'll just burn the shirt then." I turned on my heel and started to walk away.
"Wow, your cold man." Jack walked right in front of me and stopped me in my path to my living room. "But for some reason I always fall in love with the cold ones."
"What are you trying to say Jack?" I asked trying to move around Jack but he keep moving his body to cutting me off.
"I'm trying to ask you on a date, so Maka how do you feel about going out to night? I know it last minute and all but I thought scene we don't have school today, maybe we could go out."
"Why should I go out with you?" I said with a little bit of cold in my voice. Shit! I shouldn't be so cold to him, Jack still hasn't done anything to make me hate him just yet.
"Well I really like you," Jack started to play with ends of my hair. "I also want to get to know you better without people interrupting us. So what do you say? Will you go out with me?" He asked with puppy-dog eyes.
"If I say yes will you move?" I said trying to shove him to a side.
"Yes," he said plainly.
"Fine I will got on a date with you." I said with a sigh.
"Yes!" Jack jumped a little when I said yes. "How about we meet at the front door a six?"
I let out a little sigh. "That sounds fine,"
Jack bend down so his face was the same leaves as mine. Jack leaned in to kiss me only to receive a punch to the gut. Jack grab his stomach and fell to the floor, breathing hard. "Don't ever try that again! And you just lost your date." I started walked off angrily leaving Jack in pain and on the floor.
"Whoa you can't be serious?" He called after me.
"I am, if you want a date with me you have to win me over first." I said leaving him behind.
"Man your something Maka." Jack let out a grunt while he stood up and walked down the stairs then to his room. He opened the door and shut it softly and locked the door.
When I got down stair, the entire living room looked like a tornado came and stayed for the weekend. Gage, Tori, Alexis, Maddie and Katie where cleaning up the mess in the living but Nikki, Seven and Alex where no wear in site. "What happen in here?"
Gage picked up a lamp and put it back on the table where it use to be. "It's a really long story."
"Lest just say Seven and Alex got into a really big fight this morning." Katie said while folding the blankets and putting them on the couch.
"Where is Nikki?"
This time Tori was the one who spook up, "She most likely yelling at Seven and Alex in the basement."
"Oh, ok. Do you guys need help at all?"
"We would love for you to help Maka." Alexis said.
Soon everyone started to pick up the mess that Seven and Alex made. We picked up everything that the two boys had knocked over while fighting. We moved the furniture back into place and moved things that can break up higher to stop them from meeting there end too soon. Every once a while you could hear Nikki yelling at the boys in the basement. Then they would yell back, after they did the whole room stopped what they wear doing and listen in on them. We only could thing do was think about what would happen to the two. We waited to see (more likely hear) what would happen next. But nothing did happen for a while, so we got back to work on the mess. After while Nikki would yell again and the whole thing would start over again. After two hours passed Jack and Seven walked out of the basement with Nikki walking behind them.
Jack had to black eyes and what looked like red hand prints on his face. Seven had a black eyes, a bloody lip and nose. Nikki grab the back of their shirt. "You have something to say to them!" Nikki said in a very hard voice.
They both looked down at their shoes, and let out of soft "We are sorry…"
Nikki let go of their shirts and slapped the back of their head. "What are you sorry for?"
"We are sorry for making a mess in the living room." They said in union.
Alex cross his arms across his chest. "But it's not my fault that Seven can't take a joke and that he so stupid."
"What the hell is that supposed to mean!" Seven grab Alex's shirt collar and yanked it hard.
"You heard me! That you can't a joke and that you are also stupid!" Seven let go one of Alex and brought his arm back ready to hit. Nikki grab Sevens arm and bend it behind his back.
"Ow!" Seven screamed on his top of his lungs. "What the hell was that for?"
"Both of you need to stop fighting right now!" Nikki stand between Seven and Alex, pushing them apart. "Now Seven you go into the kitchen and Alex go into the living room. If I see you leave the room, I will make sure you don't talk for a week!" Both boys just cross their arms over their chest. "You two got it?" Nikki asked. They let out a small 'yes' and walked to where they were told to go. "Now that is out the way, I see you woke up Maka."
I had blacked out while the whole ordeal was going on jumped a little when Nikki said her name. Nikki can be really scary when she wants to be! I never understood why she didn't join the DWMA, maybe I don't want to know. You really don't want to get on her bad side. "Yes, Jack woke me up."
"Speaking of Jack, where is he?" Maddie asked.
"He must still be upstairs." I can't really tell them that I punched him in the gut. Who knows what Nikki will do if she found out what I did! "Do you want me to check on him?"
"You don't have to do that Maka." A deep voice said coming from down the hall. "I'm just coming down." Jack came out of his room and walked down the hall with a big smile on his face. "But is nice to know that you care for me, Maka!" I turned my back to Jack.
"What the hell where you doing in there?" Gage asked.
"Picking my stuff off my floor." Jack said like he was about to fight.
"You must have a lot of crap on your floor if it toke you that long." Tori said.
Jack shrug his shoulders and sat on the couch. "You can go see for yourself if you don't believe me."
"Fine I will!" With that Tori turned around and ran down the hall to Jacks room.
"No running inside the house!" Katie yelled at Tori. Tori turned around and gave her the middle finger.
"What are we going to do for the rest of the day?" Someone asked.
"You can do anything you want today for all I care. As long as you don't brake anything." Once those worlds left Nikki's mouth all the boys ran down into the basement and fought over who could play video games.
"Nicole what are you going to do?" Maddie asked.
"I was going to watch anime, you can join me if you want to." Nikki replied.
"Sounds fun what about you Katie? Maka? Alexis?"
"I'm joining Nikki," Alexis said sitting next to her.
"I was going to bake a cake for us to eat after diner, anyone can help me." Katie looked at the three girls in front of her.
"If you don't mind I would like to read in my room." I said.
"That fine." After that everyone spited off into their own little places. Katie went to bake a cake, Nicole, Alexis and Maddie watch anime in the living room and I when up to my room to read.

Hey guys! I don't really feel like working on this story any more. I'm sorry but I don't really like this story any more. If anyone wants to picks this story up go ahead. Maybe you guys review it a lot, I might bring it back. But I really don't have any ideas to keep it going.
I'm sorry about ending it but I'm done for now. But I will be working on stories for other anime's.
