Chapter 32 part 3
Angela felt on top of the world as the strolled through the front doors of the gallery where the exhibit was being held. The women stared, the men moved to the side, and her, well, every single muscle in her body was still tingling from earlier. She could still feel Paul's warmth inside her and by the looks of it Paul could tell. He looked like the cat that ate the canary.
Angela's work was in one of the far back rooms of the hall and Paul was moving them in that very direction at warp speed, Angela pulled out front and held her hands out in a stopping gesture. Paul, Jared and Seth jerked to a stop all eyes on her, Angela bit her lip and shuffled her feet smiling inside when she felt a zip shoot between her thighs.
"All of these are for sale," Angela frowned before she could stop it, "it's not a necessary part of the grade but I chose to put them up so I could buy equipment and start my future business." Her body relaxed when all of them smiled. "Some of them I took before I got here, all of them are dated this year, they have to be as part of my grade, to the side of each picture you'll see a card with the price; set by me, and the information about the picture. I hope that you guys like what you see and hopefully," Angela took a deep breath and clenched her eyes, "not get mad or upset about anything that you see."
With that she turned on her heal and launched herself into the crowd.

"Dude," Jared said slapping Paul's stomach, "what could be in there that would piss us off?"
Paul shrugged his shoulders, caught sight of Angela's slightly frizzy curled hair and moved to follow her into the room where her photo's sat.

Angela watched nervously as Paul, Jared and Seth stood in the middle of the room back to back in their own little triangle slowly moving in a circle taking in her pictures. Her teacher stood at her side carrying on about how great of response her photo's were getting and that she had pretty much passed with flying colors, but Angela didn't really care. What she cared about was the look on their faces as they took in the pictures. Most of them were from her time in LaPush, some of them were of Forks and very few were of her time here in Chicago. She watched as they took them in, tensed when Paul crossed his arms over his chest and pursed his lips. Angela fanned herself hoping to god that she wouldn't faint.

"These are sick dude" Seth muttered under his breath to Paul and Jared for what seemed like the thousandth time.
Most of the pictures were black and white but the few that were color really popped catching his attention.
"It's almost like we're back home."
Paul crossed his arms over his chest, feeling anger rise up inside, "She's not selling a damn one of these pictures."
"The fuck" he heard Jared mutter before his elbow slammed into his rib cage.
Paul stalked forward and stopped in front of Angela and her teacher, unable to make eye contact with her he cleared his throat to shut her teacher up and nodded his head, "Can I talk to you Sir?"
He'd never utter that word a day in his damn life, the teachers eyes widened before he stepped forward and then quickly followed after Paul as he left the room.

Angela's eyes followed Paul until he disappeared into another room and then she made a beeline for Seth and Jared, "He hates them doesn't he, oh god I knew he would."
"Angela these are fucking amazing, he's an idiot if he doesn't like what you've done here."
Seth watched as Angela worried her lip, smelled the tears as they started to pool in the corner of her eyes, he shot Jared a look before grabbing onto her elbow, "So give me the tour of the rez through Angela's eyes."
Angela locked eyes with Seth, who gave her a gentle smile, "c'mon, don't make me beg."
Nodding her head Angela grabbed him by the wrist and made her way to the very front of the room.
Jared watched and listened as Angela talked to Seth about each and every one of her photos, he could see the tension leave her body as she moved slowly from one to the next, with every compliment Seth gave Angela seemed to relax more and more.
When Paul strode into the room looking like a thundercloud Jared stopped him before he could reach the two of them, "What the hell is going on with you? You have her so freaked the fuck out she about started to cry."
"You owe me a hundred and fifty bucks."
"The fuck for?" Jared snarled.
"That picture of Kim you've been eye fucking all night, don't think you'd want a picture of your imprint in a white dress standing in the water on second beach in some other dude's house, I can see her nipples." Jared growled his eyes shooting to that very picture, "She looks fuck hot." Paul jerked his head in agreement, it was one hell of a picture.
"Teacher said she priced them high, probably so they wouldn't sell, lot of these kids do it when they come her from small towns," Paul nodded and swiped his hand, "bought every damn one of them, thank fuck Emily talked me into getting that damn credit card."
Jared's jaw dropped then he barked out a laugh drawing attention their way, "Oh you are in so fucking deep dude."
"You saw her face when she said they were for sale." Jared simply nodded and then made his way toward the picture of Kim. Paul watched in amusement as Jared jerked it off the wall, and fought with the wire on the back so he could rehang it backward. When an older man started to protest Jared took a menacing step toward him and the guy scuttled off.
Paul watched as Angela pulled Seth around the room, they stopped a photo of Second Beach, the sunset looked amazing. Paul watched as Seth took in the picture his hand rubbing a his side before it reached out toward the canvas. Well, at least he knew what picture Seth was going to get.

"Might wanna go help Jared guard that picture of Kim." Paul said as he walked up behind her and Seth.
Angela whipped around and nearly cracked up at the look on Jared's face, the picture of Kim was a bit risqué but she really loved it. She loved all of the portraits of the girls that she took, but Jared standing there in front of her picture arms crossed over his chest scowling at anyone that got near it was a sight to see. Her finger itched for her camera.
Seth wandered away as Angela continued to watch Jared, when Paul cleared his throat her eyes snapped to his and she took a step back, "You don't like them do you?"
The bumps appeared between Paul's eyebrows and he took a step forward "I love every single fucking one of them babe."
"Then why did you look mad? Why did you walk away?"
Paul wanted to tell her that he was mad for her not at her, these pieces were part of her soul and damn if he'd let her give them up, instead he turned her around hugging her close. She'd find out soon enough why he'd walked away.
"Tell me about it," Paul said as he turned her around and pulled her back to his chest.
"The first time you took me to Second Beach, before I knew." Paul shuddered behind her, "It's fucking amazing Angel, you got amazing talent."
That's the way the rest of the night went, Jared guarding Kim's picture, Seth walking around her room turning pink when a girl decided to flirt and her walking Paul around telling him about each and every one of her pictures as her heart cracked open, she hated the thought of selling them. Especially the one that they were currently standing in front of.
"You really are amazing."
Paul sighed and pulled her closer, "I should be more careful, you took this one that day too, before you knew didn't you?"
Angela took in the wolf standing at the top of the cliff, she'd gasped the first time she saw it on her computer screen in color, when she changed the picture to black and white she nearly cried. "I couldn't believe it even as I was taking it, I swear Paul you were the most beautiful thing I'd ever seen and I could have sworn I was imagining it until I got home that night and pulled it up on my computer, there you were looking out at the ocean, so big and amazing. I hated watching you through the viewfinder but I couldn't pull my eyes away from you for a second."
Paul looked at the picture again, his eyes zeroed in on himself as a wolf standing atop the cliff, he could see how the wind was ruffling his fur, the ink blackness of the sky behind him, "You gonna show me the color one someday."
Angela pursed her lips, "It's nowhere near as amazing as this one but I will."
Angela smiled when Paul pulled her closer in response.

They were half way between Chicago and LaPush, the U-Haul bumped along behind them as Angela slept her head resting on the window as he drove. He was tired as fuck but so beyond ready to be home that he didn't want to stop. He knew at some point he'd have to he just hoped like hell he'd at least make it to Washington before he wore out completely. Stealing a glance at Angela again when a small snore filled the cab of the truck Paul smiled. She still didn't know that he'd been the one to buy all of her photo's. He'd hated to see the tears in her eyes when her teacher told her they'd all been bought. Hated it even more and almost gave in when he held her that night as she cried. But he couldn't fucking wait to see the look on her face when she figured it out.
** Fight Scene
I know some of you may be upset by the lack of fight scene in this chapter. I honestly just didn't feel like a big one with the Cullen's was necessary. They aren't a real threat, they didn't break the treaty and Victoria died by Paul's hands. Plus we are at the end of this story, I would have hated to write a fight scene this late in the game and then wrap everything up so quickly. If you are itching for a fight scene check out my other story Lost To Me or even That If By Chance It Be Shaken.
