So sorry that this took forever to get out. Honestly I thought that I had published this Epilogue months ago. When I got a PM asking if the story was finished I realized that I hadn't hit publish. I have some outtakes to other stories that I started working on and never finished on my old computer, I've been thinking about publishing them completely unedited just to get them out there. If you're interested just follow me here on and you'll get an alert if and when I post something new.
Epilogue
One Week Later Early September
"Paul is acting weird." Angela sighed.
"What, no he's not," Bella winced at the octave her voice took before snapping her mouth shut.
"Now you're acting weird," Angela grumbled giving the hammock a push. "I've been home a week and have barely seen him, after all that marry you, make you live with me and have my babies speech in Chicago I didn't expect to be living back in my old room babysitting my younger brothers when I came back home."
Bella sighed and rolled over gripping the hammock for dear life when it started to tip, "He's got a lot on his plate with this new job. I'm sure he's told you how busy they all are with it."
"I know and I'm happy for him, I'm happy for everyone, it's just that I miss him. I want to be with him, its like since the second I saw him in Chicago I became this needy woman who wants her man with her every second of every day."
Bella opened her mouth, but stopped when Angela slashed her arm out in front of them.
"I know that's not possible, but he hasn't even spent the night Bella."
"I'm sure things will slow down soon, I've barely seen Jake since we got back too."
Sighing Angela pushed the hammock again, "I'm going to go to his house tonight and see if he will talk to me."
~U~
"She's starting to wonder what's going on Paul."
Slamming the hammer down with more force than necessary Paul smiled when Bella jumped. "What did you tell her?"
"She said you were acting weird, that you hadn't been spending anytime with her and after everything you said to her in Chicago she didn't think she'd be living with her parents."
"Fuck"
"Told you!"
"Can it Jared!"
Bella reached her hand out and placed it on Paul's forearm, "She seemed pretty upset about it and said that she was going to go over to your house tonight and make you talk to her."
"It's not done yet Bella, don't you think you could stall her?"
"I don't even like being here telling you this Paul, she's my friend and I don't want her upset with me."
"It's not done yet," Paul grit out earning another growl from Jake.
"She's not going to care, she never said anything bad about your house Paul."
"Shit"
"Told you that too!"
"Dammit Jared if you don't shut the fuck up I'm going to come over there and beat your ass!"
Huffing Bella smacked her hands on her hips, "Listen I might be able to work up something with the girls and get her to not go over to your house tonight but after tonight I'm not going to interfere any more, and it would probably be best if you at least stopped by her house tonight Paul." Bella stuttered out her face aflame.
"You know why I'm doing this Bella."
"I do, but I also know that Angela won't care Paul, as long as she's with you nothing else will matter, I thought you'd worked through that."
"I did!"
"Ok" Bella agreed unconvinced.
~U~
"Angela I really appreciate you helping us out tonight, this is the first time I've ever cooked for a party this big."
"Oh that's ok, I didn't have any plans anyway, plus this is exciting."
"I'm so nervous I could puke."
"Not around the food," Kim snickered bumping Emily's hip.
"Sam talked me into it, I don't even know if this is something I want to pursue."
"You're going to do great, everyone loves your food."
"Thanks Angela it means a lot to me."
Looking around the room Angela couldn't help but be happy. When Bella called her earlier asking her if she would be willing to help Emily out Angela was relieved. Not that she didn't love and miss her brothers but they seemed to have gotten a little worse since she'd been gone. She'd had a headache most of the day from their constant bickering.
"So where is this party again?"
"It's in Forks at the library, fundraising for a new roof and hopefully if enough money is raised new books as well."
"Well that's nice, it's local so you won't have to travel far."
"Something smells good."
Angela watched as Emily's face lit up at the sound of Sam's voice. Straining to hear if Paul was among the group making their way up the porch step Angela's shoulders slumped when Paul wasn't among them.
"Hey," Jared's whispered nudging her shoulder. "He's getting a shower then he told me to tell you that he'd be right over."

"Sorry that it took so long Angel. As soon as I walked in the door my dad called and said someone forgot to close the gate at the sight and he was already headed out of town, had to get back there and lock up."
Nodding Angela turned toward him folding her arms over her chest, "So why haven't I seen much of you lately Paul, I've missed you."
"This job is crazy, every time we get caught up the rain comes and washes some shit out, floods the footer holes and we have to wait for it to dry up. If we don't meet the deadline with this job Dad's worried that the company won't want to use our crew for the other phases of the job or that we won't be able to get other jobs that are set to start nearby. Trust me baby I've hated not seeing you."
"So your dad's not home?" Angela asked her voice taking on a husky tone.
"No"
Angela smiled at the rumble in his voice.

"Not going to be able to make in the house Angel," Paul growled out while ripping his shirt over his head.
The second his lips touched her neck Angela is a writhing mess.
"You smell so fucking good baby, can't wait to wake up beside you every fucking day."
Gasping as the shirt is jerked over her head a snarky retort died as soon as his lips touched her skin.
"Oh Paul."
"Just a second baby."
In the next second Paul stood in front of her completely naked, his ass in plain sight of anyone who would come down the driveway.
"Scoot a little close to the edge of the seat Angel."
Wiggling toward the edge of the bench seat Angela gasped when Paul placed one hand in the middle of her chest and slowly lowered her onto the bench.
"Gonna eat you up," he snarled before ripping off her shoes and placing one of her feet on the armrest of the open door.
"Look so fucking good spread out for me; lift your hips baby."
Doing as she's told Angela used the open door for leverage and lifted her hips off the bench seat gasping when Paul flipped up her skirt and jerked her underwear down.
"Like that you listened, wearing this pretty little skirt for me."
"Paul"
"Almost there sweetheart."
Writhing on the seat Angela opened her mouth to beg for his touch when his heat from his breath fanned across her inner thigh.
~U~
"Look at me Angel."
Peeling her eyes open Angela frowned when she saw the roof of the truck, the interior light shining in the darkness.
"You ok baby?"
"What happened?"
"Think you may have scared some kids from going into the woods for a while."
"What?"
"I like when you get loud like that," Paul growled while moving up her body and capturing her lips.
"Next time try not to pass out on me though, scared the fuck outta me."
"I did what?"
"S'okay probably won't be the last time it happens, next time though, might wanna let go of my hair first." Paul smiles while scrubbing his hand across the back of his head.
"Oh my god did I pull your hair out?"
"No, mostly I did when I was trying to get to you."
Covering her face with her hands Angela couldn't help the shudder that rolled through her body when Paul's lips slowly make contact with her knuckles.
"It was fucking hot babe, c'mon I got something to show you."
~U~
"Is this why I haven't seen you all week," Angela whispered as she made a slow circle in the living room?
"Pretty much."
"It's so different."
"Just tore out a few walls and added on another room and a small bathroom."
"You act like it's no big deal, the house doesn't look any different from the outside."
"We added on to the back."
"You painted these?" Angela asked while slowly walking over to the paintings on the wall behind the sofa.
"Yeah, there's some more in other parts of the house, left a lot of walls for your work though too."
"I want to see the rest."
Waving her along toward the hall Paul slowly followed behind, loving the faces and sounds she made as she took in the old bathroom that he remodeled, his old bedroom that he'd added square footage too. Turning toward the new hall and section of the house Paul pulled to a stop, "Haven't been around this week because it's not done."
"I don't care."
Waving her in front of him Paul held his breath as she opened the door to the new bedroom, "This is a bit bigger than mine we can switch if you want, the bathroom is connected to this room."
"I'm sure you dad will want this one."
"He's not staying here."
"What?"
"There's been some stuff going on while you've been away, he's living in town now."
"So this is," Angela waves to the unfinished room.
"Our room, our kids room whatever." Paul shrugged.
Eyes going wide Angela turns and surveys the room, "Paul I,"
"Listen, I meant everything I said when I was in Chicago."
"Ok."
"Good, come here I want to show you this."
Still stunned Angela followed Paul across the room to a set of french doors.
Opening the doors and stepping aside Paul waved her in front of him, "So this works as a hall, office and closet, it connects to the other room."
Walking into the hall Angela is surprised by the size of it, "It's wider than the hall in the main part of the house. About a quarter of the way down there is a built in desk to the left looking out a window with a view of the back yard."
"That's an amazing view."
Paul simply nods and places his hand on her back pushing her along. Further down the hall on each side is a set of doors that Paul pushes into the wall, "Pocket doors save a lot of space here, the closets aren't really wide, but sit inside the walls so they are pretty long, most of your stuff should fit in here and if not there is another small closet in the new bathroom."
"When did you have time to do all this?" Angela whispered turning toward him.
"I was never going to let you go Angel. Even though I was being a dick I knew I had to do this because I knew you'd end up here. When you finally started talking to me again I talked to dad about trying to build something else a little ways into the woods but he told me he wanted me to have this place, that he had something set up already in town."
Angela nodded and took a step past Paul loving the rumble in his chest as her nails scraped across his nipples and then down his arm.
"So," Angela breathed out, "we should probably get to Christening this place then."
October
"Are we there yet," Angela questioned while snuggling further down into Paul's fur knowing she won't get an answer.
Digging her nails in deeper Angela smiled as his body slowly came to a smooth stop. Gripping tighter with her legs as he lowers himself to the ground Angela chuckled, "You know this would have been a lot easier if you didn't blindfold me, plus I could have taken some pictures along the way."
Once Paul was completely settled Angela slowly slid off his back and cautiously took a couple of steps away, loving the shift in the air as he phased behind her, just as her hand crept toward the blindfold to get a peek at his nakedness Paul's warm hand landed on her own, "Later."
Angela couldn't help the shiver at the promise in his voice, to be honest she was surprised that she could even walk at this point. She'd been basically living with Paul sine the night he showed her the house, they'd been making sure to christen each and every room, multiple times since.
"Are you done yet." She huffed her hand going toward the blindfold yet again.
"Impatient today aren't you."
When Angela huffed again Paul chuckled and slowly slid his lips along hers, "We still have a bit of a walk, it'll be easier on foot though."
"Don't let me fall."
"Never"
They hadn't taken too many steps before Angela stilled a smile working across her face, "I know where we are," she whispered.
"Yeah," Paul asked while jerking his head around to make sure she wasn't peeking.
"I can hear the stream, the air smells so much better here."
Paul watched as Angela tilted her head back and sucked in a deep breath through her nose. A flash of white teeth caught his eye and Seth stepped out of the woods ever so quietly behind them shooting him a thumbs up as he pointed at Angela's neck. Stepping forward Paul stole a kiss which made Angela gasp then slowly lifted the camera off her neck, "Let me just for a second."
Angela nodded and stood, a blush creeping up her cheeks as Paul snapped a few pictures of her standing in the middle of the path blindfolded.
"Just a bit more," Paul urged her on.
When they finally came into the small clearing Paul looked around nodded at each one of his packmates, then he slowly turned back toward her and pulled her in for a kiss.
Angela gasped into Paul's mouth the second his lips made contact with her own, her hands wrapped around his body and pulled him even closer. His tongue had just touched her lips when he slowly lifted the blindfold off.
"Open your eyes Angel," he whispered before finishing the kiss.
As he pulled away he could see the smile on her face, "I love you."
"Love you too Angel" he whispered then stepped around her and curled her body into his own.
At her gasp his face lit up and he watched her head snap around to each person standing in different spots of the clearing.
Jared stood with Kim beside him, leaning up against an easel holding the picture Jared was so protective of at the studio back in Chicago.
Not far from them stood Embry and Leah, the picture she had taken of Leah sitting on a log at the bonfire between them. Leah smiled when Angela waved.
Each and every one of them stood as a couple beside their photo's smiles on their faces, scattered around the rest of the clearing, resting on logs or nailed to trees were the rest of her pictures. Front and center was the picture she took of Paul as a wolf on the top of the cliff. When she caught sight of it she gasped then moved toward the picture her finger slowly tracing along the frame.
"You bought them all." Angela whispered her finger slowly touching each and every part of the wolf in the picture.
"I did," Paul answered.
When Angela turned around to hug him she gasped again, her hands covering her mouth as a tear slid down her cheek.
"From the moment I met you I wanted you." Paul started as he stared up at her. "I was an idiot more often than not when it came to us Angela, but you need to know that I always knew we would end up right here. Everyone was always worried about my temper and how much I let my wolf do the thinking before you. When I found you I took over and I was too in my head, I know that I hurt you and I swear on everything that I won't ever do that to you again. You see I didn't realize it but no matter how much I liked the wolf, liked knowing I had this power I didn't trust him nearly as much as I should have, I didn't trust myself. I've learned to do that, I've learned not to question what he tries to get me into because every time I did it ended up hurting you. Coming to that realization let me know that I was the man that you deserve, that it was time for us. Angela I want you to marry me, I need you to marry me."
Chuckling Angela whipped her tears and looked around the circle, her smile growing wider as she took in his family, then a wave at Seth who was taping the entire thing.
Turning back toward him slowly Angela sank to her knees at the sight of his shaking stretched out hand, "Paul, there is no one I'd rather be with than you."
As whoops and catcalls filled the air Paul slowly pulled the antique looking ring out of the box and gently slid it on her finger before smashing his lips against hers.
