Lucina unsheathed her Falchion and drove through the Risen that had attacked her. She used her might to drive the sword skyward causing the monster before her to dissipate into a dark cloud of mist. She then surveyed the land in front of her before she spun on her heel. She needed to get back to the castle and warn the others.

Marth sat upon his throne speaking with his commander, Ike, about the threat of war upon their borders. They were speaking in a whisper until Lucina pushed the castle door open and told Marth what had happened. He instantly called a council meeting of his most trusted advisers to sort out what was to happen next.

They were called into the meeting room, a large spacious room behind the throne with a circular table in the center. Around the room were his most trusted advisers, he recalled the events that brought them together in his mind.

After Robin had struck down Grima, Lucina succeeded in altering history. Robin was found later on with the curse of the foul dragon removed. This is when Marth arrived in the out realm gate. Chrom was happy to give up his throne to the Hero King. This allowed him to live the life him and his wife Sumia wanted. They lived on a pegasi ranch not too far from the castle, allowing Chrom to commute to Marth when necessary.

Ike was next to come from the gate, Marth recognized him from one of the many wars he has fought in during his short life, and by far the weirdest war. Next came Lyn and Eliwood, with their son Roy. Marth could tell that Roy cared and looked up to his father a great deal.

Here everyone was, under one flag, on a war council deciding the fate of a nation.

Marth rose to his feet "Thank you everybody for coming to this meeting on such short notice, now that everybody is here, we can begin for we have many things to speak of, but first-"

"The risen have returned to Yissetol, we can only assume that they have advanced on Ferox as well" Lucina interrupted "Sorry Mar Mar, you were taking to long, and I'm not one to wait." Roy snorted at her latter comment.

"How do you-?"

"Sorry, that wasn't meant to slip" Tiki stated as she walked into the room. Marth looked at her with astonishment, never expecting to see his dear friend again "Am I late? Lucina contacted me and told me that I would want to be here, now I see why-"she turned to face Lucina"Thanks for the thought Lucina, but I really didn't need to see-"

"But that's not why I brought you here" Lucina correct "As the former voice of Naga, I assumed that you would be able to feel the evil approaching. That you would understand that because Grima is gone forever, there must be another great evil force driving them"

"Wait, so Marth and the Voice over there know each other-" Ike questioned.

"No duh" Roy said almost instinctively.

"Roy-"Lyn said discerningly.

"Nah, it's okay, but what I was going to say is how do they-" Ike responded

"Come on guys, there's the bigger picture here than how do these two know each other"Lucina said.

"Lucina's right, something has to be driving these Risen, if it's not Grima then, who else could it be?" Chrom agreed.

"I'll speak with you later," Marth said as he looked over to Tiki "Regardless, we need to develop a plan. Many villages have reported the same as Lucina here."

"I'll go out with some of my remaining shepherds and see if we can find any reasoning-" Chrom said before he was interrupted.

"But that's illogical, if we can't find a reasoning here, if we can't feel anything evil here, scouting will get us nowhere" Tiki commented "The shepherds will be better off going to Ferox, Chrom, if you fight for Flavia again this year, she will help you"

"But we don't need her help, we would just be asking her a simple question"

"And what if war does break out, we would need them as an ally" Marth added "So, from what I understand of this tournament, if we can get one of us on both sides, regardless of who wins we will receive an ally."

"I'll take the west khan Basilio, he would be overjoyed if I offered. "Lucina chimed.

"You might have to face Lon'qu" Chrom warned.

"I can take Lon'qu, I've done it before".

"Of course, Well I will talk to Flavia, see if I can fight for her"

"No Chrom, I need you here" Marth corrected "I'm still not completely trusted, I need you there when I voice my plans to the people"

"I'll go" Roy chimed

"No you ca-" Lyn started to voice before Eliwood calmed her with a reassuring hand "Just... be safe... promise"

"Promise" Roy said with a suddle rolling of his eyes.

"All right then, plan set, that means we have work to do. Roy, Lucina you'll leave on the morrow" Marth said as he closed the meeting.
