Kurt and Kaleb were 14 going on 15 and starting their freshman year and was so excited to be in high school they had got their schedules and was walking along the busy hallway they didn't allow the twins to have classes together the school said that when they allowed siblings (especially twins) to share classrooms they almost always cause trouble, so when the twins have got their books and put the ones they didn't need in the lockers they made to go their separate ways, no sooner was Kaleb out of sight when a big meaty hand shoved him into his locker it hurt so bad and shocked him he turned around and saw 6 football players leering at him.

"Watch were you going FAG," (although Kurt and Kaleb looked identical Kurt always dressed a little feminine he was never ashamed of who he was) "these are our halls so you need to know where your place is" one of the players spat at him while the other laughed and high-five him. As Kurt looked after him there was one in the back of the group that turned and gave Kurt a sympathetic look and small smile almost like he was sorry it happened.

God, he was beautiful, he was tall, blond, muscular, with the greenest eyes you could imagine. Kurt shook his head he already had bad luck with a straight guy in Middle school. He laughed at himself remembering how embarrassing it was luckily that boy just laughed it off and they became good friends.

Kurt kept thinking about that beautiful boy all day when lunch rolled around he got a text from his brother

FROM KALEB: sorry wont be able to make lunch gonna try out for football

TO KALEB: that's fine, good luck and I will see you after school I might try out for the glee club they have here

FROM KALEB: that's great, good luck see you later : )

Kurt went to the choir room where they were auditioning new members and talked to the director and he was able to sing and made it in the choir he was excited, he left the choir room and was going back to his locker when he was once again knocked into the locker by the same six guys. But that one at the back turned and winked at Kurt, he blushed and turned away quickly 'seriously, did they have to travel in packs' Kurt thought to himself.

He finally made it out to the parking lot after school when he saw his brother smiling at him so he forced a smile on his face to.

"Hey Kurt, I did it I made the team" he said excited "meet the new kicker"

"That's great, Kaleb, I knew you would make it, I'm so happy for you" he gave a small smile.

"Hey, what's wrong," Kaleb asked worriedly but Kurt didn't want to tell him what the other players were doing to him, cause he didn't want them hate both of them plus Kaleb just made the team and needed to make friends there so he just smiled.

"Nothing just tired, I guess, but I did get in the choir so that's good" Kaleb looked at him disbelieving at first, Kaleb could always read him, but figured Kurt would tell him when he's ready so Kaleb just smiled at Kurt.

"That's great I'm happy for you, too" Kurt sighed hoping Kaleb would just let it go, they drove home and Kurt was wondering if the whole year was gonna be like that.

So week after week he was getting pushed into lockers and tripped in the halls, sometimes they even threw him in the dumpster and every once in a while one of the meatheads would punch him in the stomach just for shits and giggles. He still didn't tell his brother or dad, Kaleb knew something was up with his brother but Kurt kept evading the question when asked he knew Kurt looked sadder almost everyday and kept snapping at him.

"God, Kaleb, why can't you just let it be." Kurt would snap every time he asked if he was alright.

"Cause something is not right with you, I know you Kurt, and I know that there is something bothering you, I wish you would tell me so I could help you"

"there is nothing to help, and just cause we are twins don't mean we have to be around each other all the time, you have your friends I have mine, lets keep it like that" he would snarl at his brother. This made Kaleb take a step back his brother always talked to him.

"is some.. Someone bothering you Kurt" he would say in a whisper

"Geeze, I wish you would just fuck off, and leave me the hell alone" OK, now Kaleb knew something was up his brother never cursed at him ever.

"whatever man, if you want to talk…" Kaleb trailed off not knowing what else to say or do he walked away and was determined to find out what was going on.

It was November when Mrs. Holbrook came and asked Kurt if he would like to tutor some of the kids in French and calculus since he has the highest GPA in the entire school she told him it was a good chance for extra credit which will look good on college applications as well, he agreed, what he didn't know was that some of the kids that needed help were the same boys that have tortured him since he started school. It was the following day that she announced that he could use her classroom for the session during his free period right before lunch and introduced the boys he would tutor, to say he was scared would be an understatement, but it also allowed him come face to face with the boy of his dreams. Jon Jackson.

"Hey, Kurt right," Jon asked, Kurt couldn't find his voice and just nodded. "Well, thanks for helping so close to the holidays, I have to pass those stupid finals or I cant play in the playoffs" Kurt just kept staring at him, Jon chuckled "your kinda cute when your flustered, you know that" Kurt just blushed.

Just then the other rowdy boys came in, "alright fairy boy you better get us at least a C on our finals or we will beat the shit outta you" Jason Andrews the teams QB told him. "and don't even think about touching any of us, I don't want to catch the gay"

Kurt rolled his eyes "well, I don't want to catch the stupid from you touching me so I think we can control ourselves" Jon snickered behind his hand as the other boy looked like he was ready to kill Kurt.

Jason walked over to Kurt and grabbed the front of his shirt and was about to punch him in the face when the door opened up he dropped his hand to see Mrs. Holbrook coming in she had her eyes on a folder she was looking at and didn't notice the tension in the room, when she looked up she saw all the boys standing there. She smiled, "great your all here" she handed Kurt the folder "these is the problems that most of the boys are having problems in they have their names on the top of each page, work from there some are calculus and some are in French" Kurt nodded in response while looking over the information, she turned to the boys "now I need you boys to pay attention to Kurt and at the end of the four weeks you will take the test to see if you guys will pass the course for the semester in order to play the game before Christmas, and I will be checking in from time to time so no goofing off you here"

"yes, ma'am" they chorused together. Kurt just smiled at her as she left and rolled his eyes when he was finally alone with the apes. The following half hour dragged by he could seriously say these boys were as dumb as a box of rocks and was so glad when the full hour was up he had to give them extra work so he could at least know where they would be at when they met again the next day, he was totally exhausted. He was still packing up his stuff when he turned and noticed all the boys left except for one. Jon.

"Hey," Jon said with a bright smile "I was wondering if you would like to get some coffee or something with me this afternoon" Kurt stared at him a moment to make sure he wasn't planning a trick or something "Look I know the other boys are giving you a hard time, Kurt, but I really like you and would like to get to know you better," he said as he ran his hand down Kurt's arm.

Kurt shivered at the contact, "oh, um, ye..yeah, I would love to" he stammered.

"great," Jon beamed at him "do you know where Drake's deli is" when Kurt nodded he said "Great why don't I meet you in 20 there"

Kurt smiled wide, "um, sure, I have to get my stuff outta my locker anyway, see you soon" Jon winked and walked out of the room. Kurt sighed and leaned against the desk 'maybe it wont be a bad year after all' Kurt thought.

Kurt was scared of going into Drake's 'what if he don't show, what if it's a set up' he kept thinking of all the what if's and decided to forget it and swallow his fear and see what happens, so taking a deep breath he finally walked in, five minutes late.

Jon saw him and waved him to the table "I was scared you weren't gonna show" he said and breathe a sigh of relief.

"I'm sorry, after what your friends keep doing to me, I honestly thought about not coming I was scared it was just a set up"

"yeah, sorry about them, I tried to tell them to leave you alone but then they told me that I was a fag too" Kurt winced at that last word "but I want you to know that I am glad you're here and I really do like you, but if we want to be anything more I'm afraid that we would have to do it in secret"

"Jon, I like you to, but I cant, no I wont go back in the closet for anyone, I'm sorry, but I like who I am and happy where I am" Kurt stated.

"Kurt, you don't understand, those guys will kill me if they knew," he grabbed Kurt's hand, Kurt felt the flutter in his chest he wanted to be with Jon he just didn't want to go back into the closet. "I want you to be my boyfriend, Kurt, but I cant if the guys find out, Please think about it" he pleaded.

Kurt looked at him and he looked so cute with the pleading puppy dog eyes, finally he sighed and said "fine, we can try, but Jon, please think about coming out, I don't know how long I can take a secret relationship"

"oh, my beautiful Kurt, you wont regret this," Jon said, "give me some time to try to talk to the guys"

"Alright, I wont push you" Kurt smiled, the truth was once he called Kurt beautiful, Kurt melted, no one has ever called him things like that.

It was the final week of the tutoring Jon and Kurt had been seeing each other for four weeks, the apes have calmed down while being tutored. "Hey beautiful, you want to come over for our one month anniversary?" Jon asked sweetly.

"I would love to, I need to tell Kaleb that I am gonna stay with Marianne from choir, give me two minutes" he pulled out his phone and preceded to text Kaleb, To Kaleb: could you please tell dad that I am staying at Marianne tonight and will see you guys in the morning ~ Kurt

To Marianne: could you please cover for me is Kaleb calls to check on me~Kurt

From Kaleb: no prob bro, have a good night ~ Kaleb

From Marianne: got cha' covered sweetie ~ Marianne

"I am all yours tonight" Kurt replied

"Wonderful" Jon smirked but Kurt didn't see the look Jon was giving him.

After dinner the boys were making out Jon was on top of Kurt and started to unbutton his shirt Kurt started panting "please wait" Jon looked irritated "come on babe, please we been dating for a month and your driving me nuts, I need you please" Jon started to kiss down his neck again.

"Jon, I never done this before please give me a minute," Kurt begged.

"look Kurt, I don't mean to sound harsh but I have needs to please, you know how I feel about you" Jon pouted 'do I really want to lose my virginity like this' thought Kurt, "how do you feel about me Jon," Kurt questioned if he was gonna take this step then he was going to make sure Jon cared about him.

"Oh, Kurt I am crazy about you, your hot, crazy beautiful and I want to feel your body against mine please," Jon was not above begging to get what he wanted. " I am crazy about you too, Jon. OK just go slow please"

Kurt started crying it hurt so bad Jon didn't prepare him enough he told Kurt that it was gonna hurt and that it will feel better if they just kept going, it didn't Kurt was praying it will be over soon, Finally Jon came and kissed Kurt "Oh baby that was fantastic, sleep now love and maybe we can go again before breakfast"

"oh ummm, Jon I just remembered I had some homework I needed to do tonight because I am supposed to help my dad at his garage tomorrow, I am sorry I can not stay" Jon was already asleep Kurt got up and winced he hurt so bad he just wanted to get home and soak in the tub, he left a note for Jon and left for home.

"I thought you stayed at Marianne's last night" Kaleb asked during breakfast the next morning, "yeah, she wasn't feeling to hot so I came on home so I wouldn't catch anything from her" Kaleb looked him in the eye and just nodded, they spent the rest of the weekend doing homework and helping their dad in the garage.

Monday morning Jon came up to Kurt, "Hey babe, sorry I fell asleep on you Friday night and I wished you could have stayed longer I was so lonely" Jon pouted Kurt chuckled "I am sorry I just had something I needed to do" Kurt said and touched Jon's arm just as one of the apes came around the corner.

"Jackson," Jason Andrews said side eyeing Kurt "we need to go to practice, we have a mission for you"

"sure, see you later Kurt" Jon said, Kurt just smiled and waved at the boys.

From Jon: can you meet me after practice in the locker room? ~ Jon

To Jon: of course, be there in 20 ~ Kurt

"Jon?" Kurt called out "are you here" there was no answer 'what the hell am I doing' Kurt thought "if your not gonna answer I'm leaving" there was a noise like something being thrown the first thing he thought was 'oh God, they found out about Jon and me' he started tip toeing over to where he thought the noise was and this time he could have swore there was a muffled groan, he finally turned the corner and there was Kaleb tied to a bench with duct tape over his mouth his face was bruised and the gorilla's were all laughing at him including Jon.

"Jon, what are you doing leave him alone, please" Kurt begged, tears running down his face.

" for the last time, I am not your friend I don't like you, I just needed a tutor" Jon said "I told the guys you cornered me Friday and begged me to fuck you I told them that I told you that you were just a disgusting little fag, so they wanted to teach you a lesson, so in exchanged for your brother we will take you and let him watch" Kaleb started to scream but it was muffled by the tape, Kurt started to back away from them when one of the guys grabbed Kurt's arm and twisted it behind his back, "its either you or him fairy, what's it gonna be" Jon sneered, Kurt looked him in the eye and told him "Do what you big macho men have to do to make you feel better about yourself but remember even in death you will not change who I am" after that everything went dark.

Two weeks later

Kaleb has been in the hospital everyday for the last two weeks, we he heard a groan, he sat up and stared at his brother 'come on baby boy open them peepers' Kaleb thought "Kaleb" Kurt croaked and finally opened his eyes "what the hell happened, I feel like I got hit by a bus" Kaleb was crying as he hit the nurse button and text his dad "don't worry about that now bro, everything will be fine"

Kurt's eyes popped open as everything flushed back to him "oh my God, Kaleb are you alright" Kaleb just laughed wetly "I am great compared to you, I had some bruising and a busted arm, football is out for a while but I don't think I would want to play with them ever again anyway" just then Hunter, the twins cousin, grandmother, uncle and dad all came in.

"oh my boy, how are you feeling" Burt was asking he was still upset with the school, Hunter's father is a high power attorney, who has practices in both New York and Ohio, started proceeding's to sue the school and prosecute the boys who did this since they were 16 and 17 year olds and the twins just turned 15.

"how much damage was done to me" Kurt asked, everyone looked down and would not give eye contact, "Kaleb, please just give it to me straight"

Kaleb looked at Hunter, uncle Rick and Burt and finally answered, "you had internal bleeding, but they were able to stop it they busted up both legs close to your hips so they had to put pins in and you will need to have therapy to help you walk again but not sure we have to wait until you can stand to see where you are" Kaleb looked at Kurt with tears running down his face.

"what else Kaleb, please no secrets" Kaleb looked at Kurt and said " all of them took turns and raped you and made me watch" Kaleb sobbed into Kurt's chest.

"shhhhh, please don't cry, thankfully I had passed out by then so I don't remember, we will be stronger because of this" Kurt said with tears running down his face.
