A/N: Sorry this is so late, but I wanted to dedicate this chapter to andria, who is actually why i continued to write this story. I will update soon, promise. xx

Emma was half way through her week, getting ready to take her last exam, and was doing well avoiding her group of friends when they tried to ask her out for breakfast or coffee.

"Just get through exams, Emma. You can do it, then vacations and everybody will be gone." she repeated to herself as she paced to her class room. "just one more to go." The ability to focus and stay concentrated on the exam was almost impossible. All she can think about was wanting to go home and sleep.

Without realizing it, she was at the last questions of the exam. Holy shit. Emma regained focus, answered her last questions and went back to review the ones she spaced out on, but managed to somehow answer them with ease. She soon finished her review, turned in her exam and got out of there as she could.

"Alright, are you guys ready?" Ruby asked. We need to be ready for any lies she will tell just to avoid confessing the truth to us.

"I don't know, do you guys think this plan is a little harsh and intense?" Mary Margret asked as her gaze shifted between Ruby and Regina. "She is already a closed off person enough, don't you think this will push her to be more closed off and distant from us?"

"We need to show her that we care and are here for her. She needs to know that we aren't just going to wait around as she sulks in her own sorrow." Regina replied, annoyance obvious in her tone.

"Guys, we all agreed it was the only way that she will stop avoiding us and will trust us as much as she says she does." Ruby tried to calm the girls down, but she could only do so much. "Now get to your spots. She'll be home any minute."

"Hey guys, what's going on?" Emma said as she walked into her apartment, seeing her three friends gathered up in the hall way in front of bedroom. "Can I get into my room please?"

"I'm sorry Emma." Mary Margret said before she turned around and locked herself in Emma's room.

"What the hell are you guys doing?" Emma asked aggravated.

"We can't have you avoiding us like this, we love you Emma." Mary Margret's voice mumbled through the door.

"Exactly, which is why we needed to do this. Your exams are over and you can't keep using that as a reason to ignore us." Ruby said before locking herself in the restroom. "So now you can't hide here either."

"Emma please, just tell us what is wrong. Tell me what's been bothering you so much. Was it seeing Neal after dinner that night? I know you've been stressing about classes, but you have never been this distant. We know you more than anybody else on this campus does, we know something is wrong. Everyone is worried because even they see what is wrong with you. That is how bad you have been. Let us help you, Please." Regina was nervous talking to Emma about feelings. Emma never let her emotions get to a point where she needed an "intervention" from her friends. This was crazy, right?
"I don't want to talk about it, to anyone. And I really don't want to be a burden to anyone and have them worry about me." Emma lashed back. She couldn't believe this was actually happening to her. "I can't talk about it."

"Emma, for the love of God, we are your best friends, we are going to worry whether you want it to be so or not. Sit down. Please." Regina was able to give a small grin, "I don't want to have the girls locked up in there for too long."

Emma nodded back and took a deep breathe as she walked to the couch to sit down. "You guys can come out now. I'm not going to run away." Having all this attention and worry and concern directed towards her was something she never thought she would have. She wasn't used to it, but knew that her friends wouldn't give up until she confided in them and told them what was wrong. She knew she could trust them, they were the sisters that she was never able to have and they had a bond that was based on trust, respect, honesty, and realness to each other.

Mary Margret and Ruby came out of the rooms, sat by Emma and reminded her that she had nothing to worry about, that they are there to support her through anything.

Emma began to tell them everything, from the butterflies she got that dinner bickering with Killian, to the punch in the stomach she got when she saw Neal, to the disaster that happened to her walking home from her car, and even exams and the pressure to do good. At this point Mary Margret,Ruby and even Regina were tearing up or crying. Mary Margret had her arms around Emma, holding her and letting her cry it out on her shoulders. This was the first time that they had all been like this, the last time Emma got close to breakdown like this one was when Neal left her, but even that wasn't close to this.

"Emma, it's going to be okay. We will tell the dean, we can get him kicked out. We can do something about this an-" Mary Margret tried to explain to Emma what they could and should do.

"No!" Emma jolted up, having everyone freeze in their spots and stare at her. "Please, please don't tell anybody. Nobody can know about this. Promise me you guys wont say anything."

"I promise, won't say a word." Regina assured.

"Of course Emma, I promise." Mary Margret said rubbing her shoulder.

"I promise, too." Ruby replied quietly. "But Emma, Killian is really worried about you. Since that night we saw you, he knew you weren't okay. He hasn't stopped asking about you. Don't you think you should tell him or tell him something?"

Emma sighed out "Yeah. I guess I should say something to calm him down"

"To calm everyone down, Emma. Robin and David have been worried also, you have friends who care so much about you Emma." Mary Margret reminded her. If there was anybody you needed to tell you that you were loved, she was the one to go to.

"You guys can tell them that I am okay, that I am better now that exams are over and that I was sick and studying so hard didn't help. But nothing about what I told. No mention of Killian, or Neal, and especially Walsh. Just stressed, sick, and under pressure. I am sure that they will understand."

"Sounds like a plan." Regina smiled and reassured her that everything will be okay and that she could trust them.

"I am going to shower real quick, do you guys want to go out for something to drink? I think I can use a shot or two." Emma managed a grin and a chuckle.

"Oh hell yes." Ruby wooed, which caused the other girls to laugh and agree.

Emma took a quick shower and headed to her room to get ready. The entire time, all she thought about was how great her friends were to care so much, and how much she wanted them to think she was okay. She felt guilty asking them to go out for drinks just so that they will believe her that she is fine, even though she still feels torn into pieces inside. They deserved to be happy and not worry any longer; she already hated herself for wasting their time the few days that she did. Then like a bolt of lightening, Killian came to mind. Killian has been worried about me? Me. It just didn't make any sense to her that he cared. She reached for her earrings when she heard a knock on the front door. What the hell? The girls shouldn't be back for another hour, and Regina is in the shower. She quickly walked to the door to open it. Holy hell. "Neal?" she managed to gasp out. "What are you doing here? How did you know this is where I lived?"

"Hey Em. Well you weren't replying to any of my texts for the past few days, and I wanted to see you and I asked around and was able to find out. I hope that's okay?" he laughed swaying back and forth with his hands in his pockets. Typical Neal. "were you about to go somewhere? Sorry, I would have called ahead, but you wouldn't have answered anyways." he laughed it off.

"Yeah, going to get drinks with my friends. Uhmm... do you want to come in for a minute?" Emma asked, still in shock to see him standing in front of her.

Neal smiled, like he had won the lottery. "Yeah a minute sounds great."

I actually have big plans for some upcoming chapters, so I really hope people enjoy! Had to end in a "Wait wtf?!" type of moment also, for fun haha. Please review and tell me what you think!
