It's midnight, in a dark and mysterious part of the city, divided by a wall, two girls and a boy are discussing some very important things.
"So, she was followed by Elligor up to our school?" Asked the sensual yet very calm male voice.
"Yes." Replied shortly, a fierce but also calm, female voice.
"Sigh ... This isn't good .."
"What happened to her? Why did she always had to change schools?" Asked the other female voice.
"I don't know exactly, I still have to do some researches, but I know for sure that, this woman brings with her some very dark and dangerous secrets and I'm going to find them out." Explained the man and the 2 girls nodded even though he couldn't see them.
"As long as I won't find bottom to this issue, try to keep an eye on her, but be careful. One never knows what to expect from someone like them. They are very dangerous and unpredictable." The boy warned them as he turned to leave.
"Sigh ... Okay, Jellal, but you too... be careful. We need you. Entirely." One of the girls, the one with the fierce voice, said stressing the last word before receiving a chuckle from the boy.
The following days Natsu did nothing but run after Lucy all day long. He followed her everywhere like a creeper. Where you found Lucy, you had to also find Natsu, even half beaten out of reality by the blonde girl but he had to be there with her.
Lucy was walking one day while reading a book during the break, in the large garden that was behind the school, when suddenly she heard Natsu's voice. The girl immediately looked behind and in front of her, ready to do a sprint in any direction away from the crazy pink-haired boy.
"Blondie move your fatass from there!" Lucy heard someone yell and saw Gray coming out of the training ground naked, while furiously waving his hands above his head.
To see his classmate shamelessly naked, waving at her made her blushed furiously but she didn't have time to curse him out, because her gaze shifted towards the sky, confused, as she though she heard Natsu's voice coming from there. And indeed, it was true.
"Lucy!" Lucy slowly opened her eyes to find herself face to face with no other than Natsu.
"God, gurl for a second I thought your bird-brain, has died!" Lucy heard Natsu's words and glared at him, making him understand that he had to move away from her within 3 seconds before dying from over-bleeding. But Natsu stood there surprised by the amount of guys that gathered around them.
"Good catch, Natsu!"
"Ehehe, only Natsu can melt ice princess' heart, with his 'fire'!"
"Oi, you two, go and do these things in another place!"
"We could have expected it from Natsu to do certain things in public, but I would have never imagined that the golden monster would have done it too!" Lucy raised an eyebrow at their comments not only for the new nickname, but for the fact that everyone was whistling, making photos and the girls were shrieking while blushing. Lucy looked at Natsu and finally understood why.
Lucy was pinned on the ground, with Natsu straddling on top of her. And to make matters worse, Natsu didn't have his T-shirt and his typical scarf on at that time, while Lucy's shirt was slightly opened showing a bit of her cleavage. Lucy became as red as a tomato before 'kyaa-ing' and head-butting Natsu to run away.
"I want the whole 2-A class in my office! RIGHT NOW!" The sport teacher yelled, as he entered into Natsu's and the others' class interrupting Professor Macao's 'teaching', shamelessly.
"W-what happened?"
"Woah, when he's angry like this, it can only mean one thing!"
"Like what?"
"Maybe someone has cheated in the classification of power ..." Lucy overheard the boys' conversations and her beautiful face turned into a dark frown while looking towards Mirajane, who was watching her with her hands up and shaking her head furiously.
"Oh? Ice princess made a new expression!" Gray rudely yelled pointing a finger to Lucy's face and scratching his belly, with the other.
"Ehhh, let me see, let me see! Woah! God, Blondie you give me the creeps-!" Natsu commented, and soon he found himself slapped through the face. It was so strong that it turned his head around.
"Buahahahaha, only the golden monster can send the so 'great' Natsu unconscious-! O-oi, L-Lucy? W-what do ya want- Arghhh!"
"Gray-samaaaaa!"
"Gray!"
"Oi, don't die stripper!"
"So, perhaps by now you might have understood … The ... Rea...son ..." The sports teacher, said turning towards the whole class that was in his office but when he saw Natsu and Gray beaten the crap out of them, he sighed heavily and shook his head.
"When will you ever stop fighting?"
"It wasn't our fault!" The 2 teenagers shouted together, before growling at each other.
"Oh, yeah, and who did it?"
"The blonde chick!" Both pointed at Lucy who scoffed as she crossed her arms over her chest.
"Sigh ...yeah, sure... Anyway, I'll go straight to the point. Someone has cheated in the power's classification that we made a couple of days ago." The man said glaring at everyone.
"And that someone won't get away that easily. I'm going to punish him using that thing." Everyone turned pale, except for Lucy who only raised an eyebrow.
"Nooooo!"
"It's impossible!"
"No, please spare us, not that thing!"
"Everyone will die! I'm too young to die!"
"What is this thing?" She muttered under her breath to herself, not expecting any answer, yet Natsu heard her speak and enlightened by an idea he put an arm around Lucy's shoulders, bringing her closer to him.
"Don't worry Luce, I'll protect you! Even against that thing!" The blonde girl blushed slightly at Natsu's touch and words, and while screaming 'No!' she pushed herself against his chest causing him to fall to the ground.
"Ouch, Luce you hurt me!"
"Stop calling me Luce!"
"Why? We're friends right?"
"... F-friends? ... No! We're not friends at all!"
"Okay lovebirds, enough with the flirting, we have a serious matter-"
"We're not flirting!" Lucy screamed red with anger but Natsu, as usual, made thing worse. He rose from the ground and put back an arm around her shoulders.
"Oh, come on, everyone knows that you are heads over heels in love with this body!" He smirked. Lucy managed to hide some of her blushing but not quite all, before nudging Natsu's side and making him crouch on himself while asking for help.
"Ahem, in any case, the person who cheated in the exam was ..." There was a deathly silence while the old man was about to announce the cheater. Some called their parents, other started praying, some other guys instead got around a girl and started betting on who it was. Lucy gave one last glare at Mirajane who flinched back a little, trying once again to reassure the blonde girl that she didn't do anything.
"Loki."
"Ehhhhh?! It can't be!" The orange-haired boy shouted as he was dragged away by the teacher. Everyone else breathed a sigh of relief and began to get back in the classroom and Natsu noticed Lucy staying still, and observing Loki's figure becoming smaller and smaller with a lost look on her face.
"Lo...ki?" Lucy whispered quietly, closing a hand on her chest. Natsu raised an eyebrow, confused by her behavior, as he put his hands behind his head.
"Blondie? What's wrong with ya? Are you on your period?"
"..."
"O-oi, Luce let's go." The pink-haired boy put a hand on her shoulder but she didn't move at all. Right in that moment, Natsu was struck with an evil idea. Exerting a little force, Natsu pinched Lucy's butt and as a response she squealed, blushing like a tomato before running after the boy, swaying dangerously a chair in the air while swearing that she would kill him.
