I know this one is short, but you guys will love the next chapter, promise! ;)
Finally after nearly four weeks, Takuma was on his way to see Tachi and Akihito followed three car lengths behind on his Vespa all the way to the warehouse complex. Yama-san had been beat when he got to the LAB and fell asleep not long after he go there, so he didn't know Akihito was out. If anything happens, Akihito would be on his own. They got to the warehouses and Akihito parked behind one three down from the one Takuma and Tachi were meeting in.
Akihito went down and behind the warehouse and climbed up a ladder that went to the roof. He got about two thirds of the way up and climbed through a window, landing on a cat walk. Looking over, had a perfect view of Takuma and Tachi. He couldn't hear them, but it was a clear shot. Akihito kept his viewfinder trained on the two.
He didn't have to wait for long because suddenly Tachi pulled a gun and shot Takuma. The shot was deafening in the warehouse. Akihito was in shock, but stood his ground and took the pictures of Takuma dead with blood pooling around him and Tachi, gun in hand still smoking from the shot he fired.
Unfortunately, Akihito's camera shutter going off also echoed through out the warehouse and alerted Tachi and his men. Akihito saw them as they made their way to and up the cat walk. Akihito didn't think. He ran to the window and jumped out on to the ladder. He quickly climbed down and ran to his Vespa.
He got on and was putting in the key when he was grabbed from behind and thrown to the ground. Akihito looked up to see one of Tachi's standing above him and scrambled to get up. He was barely to his knees when the man grabbed him by the scruff of his shirt and brought him up to his chest. Akihito scratched at the arm holding his back to the man's chest.
He held Akihito and brought out his gun before hitting him in the back of the head. Akihito's vision went blurry and he could feel something warm run down his neck. Akihito went limp and the last thing he saw was another black car pulling up and someone stepping out before he blacked out.
Ever since he met Akihito at the café, Asami had been keeping am eye on him, wondering what he was up to. It didn't take long for him to figure out he was watching Takuma Kyoichi, but for what reason? As far as Asami knew, Takuma wasn't under investigation from police and hadn't been very active in his deals. So what was Akihito watching him for to the point he doesn't sleep for days?
It all clicked when Asami followed Akihito who was following Takuma to a warehouse complex where he knew Tachi Ryuji and Takuma were supposed to meet. Asami watched from a distance as Akihito climbed up the ladder and through a widow. The brat really was bat shit crazy
Not long after Akihito went inside Asami heard a gun shot and less than a minute later, Akihito jumped through the window, climbed back down and ran to his Vespa. One of Tachi's men came around the warehouse as Akihito went by and went after him. He grabbed Akihito and that's when Asami moved. When he was out of the car, Akihito was already unconscious and bleeding.
Asami had the man detained by Suoh and carried Akihito back to the car. Asami got a towel out of a compartment and pressed it to Akihito's head to stop the bleeding. Asami went back to the penthouse, while Suoh waited for another car to get Tachi's man to Sion until further notice.
