Bella and I stepped into Krafty Kidz once again. I noticed that they had a whole display of glow in the dark stars and black paint. I walked over and grabbed a pack of stars. I then attempted to grab a can of black paint in one sweep, but I accidentally dropped the can. (I know vampires are supposed to be graceful and all, but I was having an off day.) Black paint was all over my hand, so I shook it off. I heard a little gasp and looked up. What I saw set me into uncontrollable fits of laughter. Bella was splattered from head to toe in black paint. She bent down and picked up the paint bucket. All of a sudden I had black paint pouring over my head.
Oh, it's on, I thought.
EPOV
I was walking toward the craft store when I saw a woman and her daughter, who was slightly covered in black paint, walking hurriedly out of the store. I tuned into her thoughts, curious about what happened.
Oh! I cannot believe that crazy hooligan had the nerve to throw paint at my daughter….
Right when she said "crazy hooligan" I instantly knew what happened. Emmett had started a paint fight.
JPOV
"So we've got the blimp, what's next?" Rosalie asked impatiently. I could feel that she was irritated and wanted to get out of here. I didn't really blame her. Yes, I love Alice with all my heart, but this just isn't my thing.
"Calm down," Alice said. "We just have to get the stars and paint, then we're done!" Alice flew to the craft store, then stopped dead in her tracks. I ran up to her, thinking she was having a vision.
"What's wrong, Alice?" I asked her. In return, I got black paint thrown in my face.
"This means war!" I shouted, and I charged into the store.
EPOV
I rushed into the store to find Alice, Jasper, Bella, and Emmett in the middle of a paint fight. Rosalie just stood off to the side, horrified at what her husband had started.
"STOP!" I heard a voice yell. I turned to see who it was and it was the manager.
"What do you think you're doing??" he screamed. "You will stay and clean all of this up, and on top of that, you are banned from this store forever!"
"NOOOOOO!!" Emmett whined. I looked at him strangely, but he intentionally ignored me. The manager handed us mops and we got to work.
