"Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to Stark tower." Tony began "Everything is at your disposal." Cap added
"Yeah, yeah, bubs, what'd you call us in here for?" Wolverine started
"I know, I mean I have a Turkey basting in the oven and if it comes out wrong, you two owe me a turkey…" Spiderman put in.
"Shut up, Spidey" Logan said
"Don't tell him to shut up! You know he could really have a turkey basting. You know, people do that." Johnny defended him.
"Exactly!" The room broke out in a huge argument between Spiderman, Wolverine, Johnny Storm, and Dare Devil.
"Everybody quiet!" Iron man yelled. "Now, Nick Fury will be here shortly with all the information. Actually, Pete have you seen Kitty Pryde? She should be here."
Spiderman and Captain America both had blank faces. Cap pulled Tony into a corner to talk privately.
Cap: What's this about?
Tony: I'm thinking she could work valuable defense for the team.
Cap: I guess but what about the personal issues she might have with Peter?
Tony: I guess that's just a risk we're gonna have to take.
Tony made his way back into the room. "Pete, could you go to Kitty's house and bring her here? This also concerns her."
"As of when?"
"As of now."
"Hey, I'll tag along." Logan chimed in "It's been a while since I've last seen her."
30 minutes later
Nick Fury entered the penthouse in Stark tower to see Johnny Storm watching TV and Dare Devil yelling at him to turn down the volume. He cleared his throat, instantly getting everyone's attention. Johnny shut off the TV, much to DD's relief. "Where are Peter, Logan, and Kitty?
Iron man answered, "They'll be here any minute."
"I hate it when people are late." Nick said
Johnny couldn't resist. "So do you hate yourself?" Fury glared at him angrily. "I'm just saying, you were over 30 minutes late…. You should hate yourself."
The trio came into the room to break the awkward silence. Fury began. "Now that we are all here, we can begin. S.H.I.E.L.D is ready to fund The New Ultimates…
