A/N: Could this be… the last chapter? *gasp!* Or… perhaps not? Maybe… Maybe not…. Read and find out.

Three Small Words That Mean So Much

Of three things, Kyo was certain. One, he was in a small children's daycare without a small child to drop off. Two, that Tohru and Haru were here. Three, that they were most certainly sitting on the couch. Well, Haru was sitting on the couch. Tohru was sitting comfortably in his lap, with her hand in his lap. His hand was in her lap, and their faces were comfortably meshed together. And making funny noises. And Haru's pants were undone.

Of two things, Kyo was NOT certain. One, How the hell was Tohru sitting on Haru's lap without him turning into a smelly, enormous cow? Two, what the hell was going on.

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHARUUUUUUUUUUUU!" Screamed the cat, cheeks flaming the same color as his hair. Haru and Tohru broke apart, a small strand of drool hanging from their mouths, which were slightly agape.

Kyo felt slightly breathless. And strangely, really, REALLY turned on by this whole ordeal. But he ignored the lump in his pants to deal with the more pressing issues at hand. Like,

"WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON IN HERE?!?!" He screamed, fists clenched.

Haru blinked very slowly. "Shhhh, that language is not appropriate. There are small children around." He spoke very calmly, the small little string of spittle hanging from his mouth between him and Tohru. Tohru simply looked very shell-shocked. Her brown eyes were wide, and her mouth was slightly open. She looked a bit breathless, but that might have been because she had just been sucking face with Haru.

Kyo laughed bitterly. "Cause sucking face right in front of small children isn't inappropriate at all?"

The cow shrugged slightly. "We do it all the time."

The cat took in a deep breath. He decided that that statement didn't even deserve a response. Then the other pressing issue popped into his brain, and he… less then strategically changed subjects. "How is she on you without you turning into a cow?" He lowered his voice a bit, as if the little kiddies playing with building blocks would catch onto what they were saying.

"Oh. My curse was broken like the day after I ate dinner at your house. Crazy." But he didn't look like he thought it was crazy. He looked the way he usually did: grey eyes vacant and uncaring.

"Oh. Okay. Well…" It was now getting somewhat awkward. Kyo's cheeks were still flaming red, and he felt as if he wanted to cry. If only Tohru would stop looking at him with that scared expression. "I guess… I think…I…"

It was at this moment that Tohru seemed to regain her senses. Her cheeks rapidly turned a brilliant red, even more so then Kyo's, and she wiped the strand of spit away from her mouth.

"It's not what it looks like!" She cried, jumping up and waving her arms frantically. "Okay, maybe it is, but… I'M SORRY KYO ARE YOU ANGRY AT ME?!"

The red-head paused for a moment, staring into her pure brown eyes, which were almost tearing with sincerity. He smiled a bit. Even when she was doing something that made her happy, she still wanted everyone else to be happy around her. He loved that. As he thought more about it, he realized how much more he viewed her as a sister then a girlfriend. And if she was happy with Haru, then she was happy with Haru. No questions asked.

"No," He said very quietly, I'm not angry at you at all Tohru. But I think it's about time you both came home."

A/N: So that chapter was totally lacking in funny, and I apologize for that, but it had to be done. The story isn't over yet though… wait until Aya and Shigure find out how their bet failed… how are they going to settle it now?
