It's seems things just got more complicated for J.R. If his calculations were right, everyone except for Alex and Justin actually remembered him. The good side about this was that he didn't have to be in rush to head back to the station since Jerry probably doesn't even know who the heck he was. The bad side was if Alex and Justin figured out why no one remembers him than it wouldn't take long for them to figure out who he was or at least get suspicious that will eventually come to the same conclusion. All these thoughts were running through his head as he walked in the hall.
He immediately snapped out of it when he saw Harper coming his way. She probably has just seen Justin so it wouldn't go so well if she saw another Justin right away. J.R quickly hid behind a wall.
"That new guy Justin is so cute! I wish I could stare at him some more. Oh, I know! I'll make something that looks just like him! Yeah that's what I'm going to do!" Harper said nodding her head to herself.
She just saw Justin and she was already acting like a love sick puppy. J.R watched her as she walked away. He better find Alex and Justin soon. He had to keep a close eye on them. He didn't know how he was going to prevent his identity from being exposed, but he sure wasn't going to give up without a fight.

J.R was getting a lot of exercise today. After finding the two siblings he thought that there wasn't much he could do by following them where he already knew they were going. They still expected to see J.R in the station even if the rest of the world didn't. J.R changed back to his original form and took the long way home so he wouldn't run into them. He had to beat them to the station. He quickly went behind the station and quietly came through the back door, making sure no one saw him.
After gently closing the door, he snuck into the kitchen just as Alex and Justin came through the front door. He looked around and immediately stood still behind Theresa who was making sandwiches. He tried to not make a sound while holding his breath. She turned to her side reaching for plates with J.R quickly moving behind her. He moved back as Theresa turned back to her original position, but accidentally knocked two plates down. He swiftly crouched, catching one plate with his right hand and the other plate with his left right before it hit the ground. He looked up making sure she hadn't spotted him and slowly stood up. He moved to put the plates down, but bumped against a table. J.R saw a cup at the edge started to fall because of the small tremor and quickly put a plate under his arm and caught the cup with his free hand. He stood completely still, afraid if he moved the slightest, she would hear something.
"We already met!"
J.R was concentrating so much on Theresa that Justin's voice startled him making jump back hitting the wall. Theresa grabbed the two plates she grabbed earlier with the sandwiches she was making and started walking away. J.R at the corner of his eye saw a frying pan and an ego soup spoon that were hanging on the wall began to fall. He put the cup on his mouth and went as low as he possibly could and jumped landing on his back right where the spoon and pan were falling. He caught the spoon with his free hand and the frying pan landed on his chest just as Theresa left through the door. J.R relaxed, closing his eyes and lay his head on the ground for a few minutes.
"J.R, what are you doing?" He heard Alex's voice ask.
J.R looked up and saw Justin and Alex giving him weird stares. It was understandable in the position that he was. He stood up and put everything back in its place. Since he didn't have a good answer he decided to do something else.
"Who is he?" J.R asked referring to Justin. He had to play dumb since he wasn't supposed to know about magic.
Alex now knowing that everyone has forgotten Justin decided to tell him what her parents thought he was.
"He's my friend from school." She said looking at Justin. "Oh, really." J.R said with his cold stare.
"Listen can you give us a minute. We need to do something in private." Alex said. She and Justin wanted to talk about what happened, but couldn't with J.R there.
J.R slightly raised his eyebrows, looking at them. "I don't think your parents would approve of that."
They both stared at him confused at what he said, but then their eyes widened, realizing what he meant and blushed.
"N-No! Nothing like that!" She said a little disgusted, but still blushing a little.
"We are just going to talk, now bye." She said as she pushed J.R out the door.
At least they bought his act.
"Excuse me sir, but customers are not allowed back there." Theresa said, looking at J.R.
"I was just looking for the bathroom." J.R said, thinking fast.
"It's the door right over there that has the sign that says bathroom." She said pointing as she walked behind the cash register.
"Right."

After convincing their parents into letting Justin stay, Alex and Justin tried to think of ways to make their parents remember him. Just as expected they were too caught up into trying to find a way to fix this that they didn't notice the lack of absences from J.R, something he was counting on. However, that didn't mean he was completely of the hook.
J.R took the opportunity that no one was paying attention and snuck upstairs.
Meanwhile, Alex and Justin were sitting on one of the tables trying to come up with something to get them out of this mess.
"Come up with anything yet?" Alex asked, looking across from her at Justin.
"No."
"Don't you have any kind of idea? You always have at least something when it comes to these things." Alex said with hope in her eyes. If she could ever count on anyone, it was him. He always had answers and if he didn't you just had to give him some time and he would come up with one.
"Well, I'm sorry, but this is a little bit more complicated than the usual." He said with a thoughtful expression.
It was true and Alex hated to admit it. But even though she felt guilty about this, she didn't feel bad that this was how her life was. She rather live a life with excitement that involved a lot of weird things and creatures than a normal life.
"You know what I've been wondering." Alex stopped her train of thought and looked at him. "What?"
"I'm wondering how my room looks like."
"I don't know. It's probably a guest room that J.R uses now." She said the first thing that came into her mind, which was probably a good answer.
"Let's go see it." Alex said standing up.
"But we still need to-" Alex cut him off.
"Come on Justin you are the one that brought it up and I know you're just as curious as I am." She said waiting for him impatiently.
Justin sighed. "Alright let's go."
*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*
Once J.R reached the second floor he saw Max sitting on the large couch, the one that had its back turned to the stairs, watching T.V. Now the problem was that the hallway that led to the bedrooms was at the side of the room. If he tried to sneak his way over to the hallway, Max only had to turn his head to the side to see him. J.R made a four inch ball of wind and shot it to the front door.
Thud.
Max looked at the door.
"Did someone just knock?" He thought.
He stood up and walked to the door. Max waited to see if they would knock again, but heard nothing. He opened the door and saw no one.
"Max what are you doing?" Alex asked as she and Justin came up.
"I thought I heard someone knock." Max said closing the door.
"Hi Uncle Ernesto." Max said heading back to the couch. Justin sighed and looked at the ground defeated.
"No Max. This is Justin." Alex said with small hope that he would remember.
No such luck.
"Oh, so is this your boyfriend?" Alex's mouth hanged open not expecting that while trying to say something.
"You must really like this one because you never actually bring them up here."
"H-He's just my friend from school." Alex tried to explain sounding a bit uneasy.
Max shrugged his shoulders. "Okay."
Justin grabbed her hand seeing as she was going to say something else, and pulled her towards the hall. After reaching his door he just stood there with his hand holding the doorknob.
"Well, what are you waiting for?" Alex said looking at him.
"It's just that this is my room and once I open the door, I know none of my stuff is going to be there."
Alex felt sympathy for him and touched his shoulder. She put her other hand over his on the doorknob. "I'm with you." Alex smiled at him trying to comfort him.
Justin looked at her and gave her a grateful smile.
The door suddenly opened.
"What are you doing?" J.R asked standing at the other side of the door.
"Uhhh?" They didn't know what to say. J.R looked down at their hands. They both followed his gaze and quickly pulled their hands back.
"This isn't what you think." Alex said quickly at J.R's expressionless face.
J.R's usual stoic face made her nervous and decided to leave. "Come on Justin let's go to my room. There still things we need to do." She said pulling Justin with her.
Alex went rigid halfway to her door after her words sunk in.
"That's no-it's not what you think!" Alex said as she went inside with Justin and closed the door.
He wasn't even thinking it like that. That's typical Alex for you, always digging her own grave.
They both were so distracted by getting caught in that position that they didn't notice the room full of boxes behind J.R.
After hours passed it was almost time for dinner. J.R stayed in the 'guest' room the whole time keeping an eye on Alex's door, making sure they stayed there. If he remembered right, they didn't summon the genie after dinner and when they were ready for bed. He also remembered that Justin and Alex went downstairs one more time before they stayed upstairs for good. And it was pretty much around this time so he better get moving and get there before them.
J.R changed back into Justin and walked into the living room.
"Hey Justin." Max said from the couch.
"Hey." 'Justin' said as he passed the couch and went down the stairs.
When he reached the dining room he went straight to the bathroom. A few seconds later he came back out as J.R. He saw that Jerry and Theresa were attending the customers and went inside the kitchen.
After hours of talking about the genie, Justin and Alex came out of her room.
"Hey Max." Justin said as he and Alex went downstairs.
"Hey Justin." He said.
……….
"Wait." Max looked back at the stairs and then back at the hall. "Didn't he just…" Max shook his head and went back to watching T.V.
J.R waited patiently in the kitchen waiting for Alex and Justin, but was becoming a little bit agitated. He didn't think it would be good if he was caught by Theresa again.
Just in time Alex and Justin showed up. "Alex, I'm going to go out tonight and won't be here for dinner." He said not looking at them, but instead outside the kitchen through the small opening in the wall, keeping an eye on Jerry and Theresa.
Alex and Justin looked at each other then at J.R.
"Where are you going?" She asked.
"Somewhere." The usual answer. Every now and then, J.R has been disappearing to places and when they asked where he goes he always says the same thing.
Alex sighed.
"Alright."
Thinking J.R wasn't paying attention they snuck inside the lair.
J.R ducked down when Jerry turned towards his direction from the dinning room. He made his way to the back door, but cursed when he saw it was locked. There was only one customer left, who was paying, ready to go and the whole place was very quiet. The lock made such a loud noise when you unlocked it, but you usually wouldn't hear by the customers that talked. Plus the sound the door made when you opened it would give him away.
In short, he was trapped.
J.R stood up and headed for the stairs. Theresa had her back turned to him cleaning the tables and Jerry was locking the front door as the last customer left. He quickly went up without making any noise.
As he reached the hall upstairs he heard the toilet flush. He didn't think Max would fall for the same trick twice. I mean Max was gullible, but not stupid. He turned around ready to make his way to the stairs, but then heard footsteps coming from the stairs. He couldn't go to the hall, he couldn't go to the stairs and he surely couldn't make to the front door that was at the other side of the room.
There was only one place he could go.
*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*
After having dinner and changing into their pajamas, Alex finally confessed. After turning Justin invisible and wasting her last wish, which made someone else invisible.
J.R watched from the terrace as everyone, minus Justin and Theresa, went downstairs to get the orange soda. Soon this mess will be over. He sat down on one of the chairs for a couple of minutes, finally being able to relax. Suddenly his eyes snapped wide open, remembering one small detail.
"Oh, no." Just as he finished that thought, he was warped back into the living room along with everyone else.
Alex like everyone else was a little disoriented until she saw Justin. She quickly went to him and hugged him. "You're back! I'm so glad I can see you."
"Oh, Justin sweetie. I'm can believe I forgot you." Theresa said as she hugged Justin after Alex.
After talking for a few seconds, Alex noticed Justin suddenly became tense.
"Justin what's wrong?" Everyone looked at him, but he was staring behind them. They all looked at what he was looking at and they all became tense.
"J.R." Alex spoke in a low voice.
"How…how much…how did you get here?" Jerry asked carefully, not sure how to go about this.
J.R realized that they were tense because they got caught with magic. There goes one secret out the window. He is just glad is one of theirs and not one of his. He had to play it smooth if he wanted to keep it that way.
He put on the best surprised face on, but that wasn't saying much. Alex was the actress and he was not. They were too stunned to even pay attention to his poor act.
"I was…walking on the street and suddenly…I appeared here." J.R said. They all stared at him. "What's going on?" He asked looking at them. None of them dare to speak…well no one except for Alex.
"Well, daddy, I guess the cat is out of the bag." She simply said a she patted her dad's arm.
"J.R the truth is we're wizards as in we can do magic." Alex started without giving it much thought.
"Alex!" Jerry scolded.
"What?" Alex sounded like nothing was wrong. Like blowing a big secret like this wasn't a big deal. "It's not like we can keep it a secret now."
"She's right Jerry." Theresa said accepting the situation. Justin and Max followed soon. Jerry on the other hand was speechless.
"Jerry, you yourself said when J.R moved in with us that there was a big chance of him finding about magic." Theresa said.
Justin suddenly remembered something. "Pay up Max." Justin said extending his hand.
"What are-oh man!" Max realized what he was talking about and took out ten dollars, giving it to him.
"What's this all about?" Alex asked. Justin smiled at her. "Max and I made a bet on who would mess up and reveal magic to J.R first. I betted on you." Alex glared at him.
"Who did Max pick?" Theresa asked.
"Himself."
The following day in school…
"I'm so glad J.R knows about magic. Now we don't have to hide it anymore." Alex said opening her locker. "I'm amazed it lasted this long." Justin commented.
"What, you thought I was going to blow it sooner?"
"Yes." He said it like it was obvious. She rolled her eyes.
"You know, I imagined how J.R's reaction would've been if he ever found out about magic and I must say I wasn't disappointed. It didn't look like it faced him that much." Justin nodded, agreeing with her.
"Yeah, it was like he was expecting it, which is weird." He said giving it some thought.
"Well, now we can go back to the usual." Alex said closing her locker and started to walk.
"When did you stop doing the usual? You did magic behind our parents back way before J.R showed up and you still did it afterwards." Justin said with humor, walking next to her. Alex playfully pushed him and he started to laugh.
The laughter soon stopped right after three familiar looking girls came and stood in front of them.
"Can I hel-" Not even a chance to finish.
Slap!
Slap!
Slap!
Justin received three slaps in a row.
"Pervert." One of the girls said as they walked away.
Well, there you have it, part two. I hope you enjoyed it. Now, I think it's time to bring back some darkness into this story.
