Prompt was Crane/Mohinder, ethics
"Dr. Suresh, you invent the most exquisire tortures."
"They're tests, not tortures."
"Come, Dr. Suresh. We both are scientists. We are committed to truth at any cost."
"The difference is, I don't enjoy making my subjects suffer."
Crane laughed. "And yet you keep finding ways to spend your days standing over men lying helpless, bound with restraints. Curious.... Ahhh!! Now, Mohinder, did you really slide that needle in as gently as you could?"
"Keep talking and you'll find out."
"He has no powers," Mohinder reported. "Just a lack of scientific ethics and a highly advanced set of psychotropic drugs."
"Well, we can't let him go," Angela said nonchalantly.
"Agreed," Bennet said, "he would tell his bosses all about us."
"You seem to enjoy his company, Dr. Suresh," Angela said with a smile. "Why don't you keep him for yourself? Think of it as a bonus."
"You can't be serious? I can't just hold a man prisoner in my lab."
"You've helped us control and imprison many criminals, Mohinder. Why should this man fare differently? You said yourself he acted without ethics. It would be dangerous to set him free."
"Think of it as a reminder," HRG said with a smile,"THat even a brilliant scientist can become a lab rat if he doesn't remember who his friends are."
Mohinder gaped, then nodded and silently walked out. He went to find the man who used to be his test subject, who was now his possession. Again he encountered the smirking face, the false front that so obnoxiously tried not give away his fear. Even thought it was clear that his body trembled when Mohinder walked in the room.
"My fellow scientist," Crane greeted him, "What do you have in store for me today? Something creative, I hope."
Mohinder sighed. "Sorry, Crane. Not in the mood for your sarcasm," he said as he shut the man up with a sedative. He needed to think.
