Author's Note
Well i had a whole thing planed out to say how frustrated i am and all that jazz about what was going on with why i havent updated. I pressed save and for some reason i was logged out of my account. So i'm just going to be blunt about a few things.
1) I'm frustrated about this story because i feel something is off about it and i can't place why.
2) I've lost all my motivation towards this story after i put out chapter 3.
3) I cant think of any ideas for the next chapter outside of what i have despite what i have on my profile. I only have a small part and I was more lying to myself with what i have on my profile rather than you.
4) I can just no longer write this because of these things. It frustrates me because i promised myself that this wouldn't happen.
5) i realized and remembered why i didn't continue this for my own entertainment as this was an old story i thought was interesting. its that i have no clue what to write about a student council and about actually making a festival happen. I should be able to do it considering the college classes i have taken about Business and other classes that cover festivals but i cant for some reason.
So with that said, I'm going to discontinue this or at least go on hiatus still i figure stuff out. However, if someone wants to take this and make it better, i'm all for it. You can message me to get my ideas and what Naruto's power, that was shown in the end of last chapter, is.
I'm truly sorry and disappoint in myself. I promised myself this wouldn't if i started posting stories again after so long. I feel like I failed you guys more than myself which i have. For that, i'm truly sorry and hope you can forgive me as I have wasted your time and excitement for the next chapter.
