Michael knows that Lucifer will never repent willingly, it's about pride for him. So when he seeks his brother to show some repentance in the cage he pulls a few tricks from Lucifer childhood to get what he wants. And uses it as an excuse to tickle the ever living snot out of his dear baby brother too.
