It's been three years since Bonnie graduated from Middleton High and has been friends with Kim, Monìque and Kai'Liam. After reconciling their differences on graduation night, they've become a really tight-knit group. But just how close are they going to stay when an old friend comes back from London, England? Warning: chapters are being rewritten.

12. Friendly Supports

Bonnie slid her laptop in her bag before zipping it up and saddling it across her shoulder. Just as she opened the door, she felt it swing back at her and a hand shot out to hold it inches from her face. Recognizing the Michael Kors logo on the watch, she thanked Ron and slid through the slightly larger space between the door and door frame. "Take it easy man, let me help you up." The brunette watched as the blond helped the dazed male off the ground. Once he was standing, she barely had a good look at him before a blur of beige and black whizzed past her.

Blinking in surprise, she turned to see Kim and the others making their way over to where she was. Looking back at the dark haired young man, the first thing that drew her in were his almond clear blue eyes. He stood about six-foot-three and had porcelain skin and pale pink lips. Wearing a silver Cortez watch, a blue-and-gray striped V-neck, white slim cut jeans and black Nike Airs; he emanated a laidback sophisticate persona that reminded her of someone she knew well: Kai'Liam Sovinçoir. He didn't appear outwardly injured, if the periodic baritone chuckle he released as he attempted to pry off the girl attached to him was anything to go by. "Briz, you can let go now." The aforementioned chuckled as she reluctantly did as she was told. "Sorry, Kai; I was just making sure you were okay." The Métis young man simply chuckled again as he indicated to his person. "Well as you can see, I'm alright." His smile wavered surreptitiously as he looked to the other brunette before him. "But you should be asking your sister that."

Brittanya whirled around to regard her sister, an abashed blush tingeing her cheeks a light pink. "OMG Delle, are you okay?" seeing the abovementioned nod reassuringly, she smiled kindly. A gurgling sound broke through the silence and the group immediately cracked up as the Health Major's face lit up in embarrassment. "I don't know about you guys, but I'm starving." She whispered meekly as the laughter died down. Ron threw his arm around her shoulder as he led the way to the cafeteria. "Well you're in luck; we were just about to grab some grub." Kim and the others sniggered at the offhanded comment as they followed after the twosome to get something to eat, with Kai'Liam not too far behind.
