Chapter 9
I'm pretty sure most of you are sick of me writing only one day in a single chapter, so I've decided to write two days in one. Anyway, I don't own Persona 3 or the characters in it. I only own Nagito, who is also co-owned by Immortal Thunder
April 21 – Gekkoukan High – Afternoon
Today, class was being taught by Ms. Miyahara. She was just another one of the colorful teachers at this school. She had an afro, yes she had a freakin' afro! She was acting all fangirl over numbers like American girls do with Justin Bieber. She asked Nagito a question, which he answered correctly.
April 21 – Gekkoukan High – After school
After class, Nagito was about get up to go the mall when someone appeared in front of his desk. It was everyone's favorite cap wearing class clown known as Junpei Iori.
"Hey, you doing anything right now?" He asked with his usual grin.
"Oh, I was going to the arcade. The games are really good there." Nagito replied.
"Yeah, I guess they're not that bad." Junpei said. "Anyway, I'm heading over to Hagakure to grab a bite to eat. Wanna come, it'll be my treat." He said.
"I don't want to trouble you." Nagito said.
"Just shut up and accept my good will." Junpei said still with his grin.
"A-Alright, if you insist." Nagito said.
April 21 – Hagakure – After school
Nagito and Junpei headed over to Hagakure and took a seat at the barstools.
"Whatcha gonna get, dude?" Junpei asked.
"I don't know, what do you recommend?" Nagito asked.
"If I were you, I would try the pork ramen. It's awesome." Junpei said.
"Okay, get me one of those." Nagito said.
"Wise choice, Nagito." Junpei said with his trademark grin.
After about ten minutes, their orders were ready.
Nagito said Itadakimasu before taking a bite of the ramen. Once he tried it, he was sent to heaven with the broth's perfectly sublime flavor. Any cares that he previously had were eradicated.
"Oh my god, this is the most delicious thing I ever had..." He said.
"I told you this place would be good, didn't I?" Junpei asked.
"Yeah, you did." Nagito said with a smile.
"Any time you want to hang out, just ask your good buddy, Junpei." He said with an even wider grin.
Nagito was genuinely happy that Junpei had said that to him. He was the happiest person in the world to have real friends like Junpei, Yukari, and Mitsuru, and would be willing to do anything to return the favor for the kindess they showed him.
Then time froze

Time then returned to normal.
April 21 – after school – Paulownia Mall
After eating their bowls, Nagito and Junpei went to the Game Panic arcade in Paulownia Mall. Nagito completely whooped Junpei in air hockey. He also defeated him in pool. They then had a two out of three match in Tekken and Mortal Kombat. Junpei managed to beat Nagito in Mortal Kombat, but Nagito won in Tekken.
After it started getting dark, they both headed back to the dorm.
April 21 – Dark Hour – Tartarus
Since Nagito was the field leader for exploration of Tartarus, he was allowed to tell the team when they go.
While the three were running through the corridors, three Cowardly Mayas were headed towards them. Nagito took out his Evoker and summoned Orpheus. He played a melody to launch an Agi at the Shadows, but every one of them dodged except for the one in the middle.
"Damn, I didn't get all of them!" Nagito cursed.
"Don't worry, I've got you covered!" Junpei said with a confident grin, pulling out his Evoker. "Burn 'em alive, Hermes!" He ordered, pulling the trigger and summoning Hermes. His bladed wings engulfed them in flames and then he charged at the remaining Shadows, severely burning them. One of them dissapated, but one of them was still alive.
"Let's finish him off, Junpei!" Nagito ordered.
"Gotcha!" Junpei replied.
The two then unsheathed their swords and charged at the Shadow, both their weapons piercing it, and then dissapated.
"Your Persona can do fire, too? That's awesome, Junpei!" Nagito said with admiration.
"You know it!" The two then high-fived each other.
"There are more Shadows headed your way!" Mitsuru warned.
The shadows headed their way were also the Maya type enemies, instead they had Lovers masks.
"They're weak to ice. None of you can use Bufu unfortunately." Mitsuru said.
"That's fine by me. I'll just get Hermes to slice and dice or burn them alive!" Junpei said.
"Let me take care of this." Nagito said.
"Apsaras!" He yelled, pulling the trigger, summoning his new Persona, Apsaras.
"What?! He has another Persona?!" Yukari asked, astonished. But now that she thought about it, she could've sworn on the first night he summoned his Persona, Orpheus transformed into that thing with the skull mask.
"Are you kidding me?!" Junpei was also astonished.
"Bufu!" He ordered. The mythical Hindu dancer performed a beautiful dance and a couple of ice shards materialized and were launch at the Shadows, immediately freezing them on impact. He then switched back to Orpheus and shattered them to pieces by hitting them with his harp.
He can use different Personas? Mitsuru thought to herself. Her surprised look then turned into an impressed smirk. I knew from the start that something was special about him.
After reaching the 4th floor, everyone decided to call it a night and return to the dorm.
April 22 – lunchtime – Gekkoukan High
Nagito was once again eating lunch by himself. He could barely eat because he was too scared of being ambushed by fangirls. He was looking around for a place to eat in peace until he spotted Akihiko walking out of the restroom in the laboratory hallway.
"Oh, hi there, Akihiko-san." He greeted.
"Oh, hey, Nagito. What are you up to?" Akihiko greeted back.
"Trying to find a place to eat in peace from those crazy fangirls." He said.
"Oh yeah, Junpei told me about that. I didn't think he was serious, though." Akihiko said. "Well, follow me. I know of a good place." He said.
Akihiko had led Nagito to the school's roof.
"No one ever comes up here, so it's nice and quiet, and the view's not bad, either." Akihiko said.
"Yeah, it's pretty nice up here." Nagito said.
"Mitsuru told me about what you did last night. It's a pretty interesting ability, but don't get too cocky. I'm not going to fall behind you." The boxer said.
"Yeah, I can't wait to see what your Persona's like when you recover." Nagito said.
"Heh, I'll recover in no time." Akihiko said with his battle ready smirk. "I just hope you don't get injured when that happens."
"It won't." Nagito said, extending his hand.
"I'm holding you to that." The boxer said, accepting his handshake.
Time then froze.

Time then returned to normal.
The two then eat their lunches on the roof together and engaging in small talk until lunchtime was over.
April 22 – Afternoon – Gekkoukan High
Today class was originally going to be taught by Ms. Terauchi, but someone was substituting for her. This school was known to have some pretty colorful faculty, but Mr. Edogawa was the most bizarre, must creepiest person at the school. You can't even see his eyes behind his glasses! Junpei told Nagito that he was the school nurse. He wasn't even teaching the proper subject, he kept droning on and on and on and on about magic.
April 22 – after school – Paulownia Mall
Yukari had told Nagito that the coffee at Chagall Cafe was really good, so he went there and tested it for himself. He had decided to try the pheromone coffee. It had a sweet aroma and the flavor was robust. After drinking it, he noticed all of the females in there, including the waitresses were staring at him with lust. He quickly left before it got ugly. He didn't need maid and middle-age housewife fangirls. When it hit nightfall, he returned to his dorm and went to bed.
