Okay so even after all these years, I'm still writing the next chapter because I'm still not satisfied with how it's flowing. I know, I know...this has put things into perspective for me. So what does this mean? It means...

I'm NOT abandoning this story or my other stories. I know it's taking awhile and to be honest I was supposed to post the next chapter in 2021 but my life literally took a turn for the worst that year.
2022 turned out to be my saving grace. I'm finally a registered nurse pursing graduate nursing at the moment.
2023 is finally here and my life has stabilized for the most part. Like I said, I'm slowly updating this story but I also have writer's block. My writing is not the same anymore but I'm hoping that it improves as I update slowly.
Thanks for the reviews everyone! It really has encouraged me to continue.
