Sherlock returns, and Greg has difficulty forgiving Mycroft for his deception over the previous two years. The world Sherlock returns to is not the same as the one he left, and so Greg becomes pivotal in helping him cope with the continued changes... all the while making a few changes of his own that will affect the Holmes brothers forever.
