The Hollow Princess chapter 13
Heya guys its been a while ;P I'm acc goin on holidays soon (/*o*)/ I'm goin skiing :D let's hope I won't ski off a cliff or something. That really would be a cliff hanger! here we go then...

Chapter 13: Just my luck
They all stood for a moment and the next was a blur.
His hand moved.
Her body twisted.
He shouted.
And the next second ichigo had barrelled into Ishida.
"Oi you idiot!"
"What do you think your doing Kurosaki?!"
"That's my line!"
"I'm shooting down an enemy!"
"Enemy?! She's no enemy!"
Meanwhile the woman in question stood a while away, observing.
They where quarrelling like little children.
"Enough."
They looked up at her as she raised a slender hand.
She kept a bored expression as she slightly pointed her finger, forming a small but concentrated ball of her energy.
"Cero."
They jumped up as the beam of orange coloured spiritual energy whizzed past their head.
Barely clearing it, Ichigo and Ishida landed on either side of the auburn haired woman.
"Inoue!"
She looked from one man to the other.
She poised to strike once again when a voice stopped her.
"This farce has gone on long enough. You are obviously not ready to complete missions yet. I will finish this." Said the green eyed arrancar.
She jumped slightly, which to the surprise of the others, lifted her far in the air where she flipped over and landed just to the right of Ulquiorra.
He too, raised his hand and pointed. The two men went to move but quickly found it impossible.
"W-what...?!"
She smirked and said condescendingly " Oh dear, you really didn't notice?"
They stared at her in shock.
"What did you do ?!" Ishida said enraged.
She sighed and purposely shrugged her shoulders dramatically.
"Well it was when I destroyed the tree. I shattered it purposely. When I made contact with it, I put a small bit of my reistu into every shard which then showered all over the ground."
They looked around in shock.
It's was true! There were shards of the tree everywhere.
"So that's all I had to do to lace my spiritual energy into the ground."
Her surperior started to gather the energy into his fingertip.
"What more do you expect?" She purred.
Her body throbbed.
*Gasp* she grasped at her heart.
"Ugh, it hurts" she said, one eye closed in pain.
Hands reached for her mind.
"No..." She barely whispered.
A hand grasped Ulquiorra's wrist.
He looked down at her, the slightest look of surprise on his face.
Orihime looked at him, eyes sparkling with anger.
*"Tadaima" she said through clenched teeth.
But it was too late, he shot the Cero and she barely was able to off balance him.
The Cero shot up into the trees.
They fell back and to their surprise a gargantia opened behind them.
She had one last mournful glance at them.
Their eyes met.
Then they were gone.
It just so happened they landed on a certain blue haired arrancar who had opened up the gargantia in the first place.
'Just my luck.'
