Hi Everyone! Happy Late Valentines Day! WOO HOO! I love valentines day! I mean seriously, who doesn't love a day dedicated to lovey dovey couples and extreme cuteness!? This year, I watched loads of romantic films (Like The Last Song, come on who doesn't love a little Nicholas Sparks?) and baked for basically the entire day. As you can probably tell I'm single, but hey I'm only 13, I have loads of time to fall in love and be in a relationship. POWER TO THE SINGLE LADIES! (POWER TO THE NOT SINGLE LADIES TOO! You know, just so no one feels left out) I hope all of you guys enjoyed the day! BTW I am SOOOOOOOOOO SORRY I haven't updated in like a month, I've had to type this entire chapter on my phone. Why you might ask? Let's just say the laptop I use had a little...malfunction. It wasn't my fault I SWEAR! Just because I knocked it over and cracked it slightly, doesn't mean it's my fault it won't turn on... hehe. Don't judge me I was born clumsy. Thank you all SOOOOOOOO much for all the reviews, favs and follows I received! Your all AMAZING! I never dreamed one of my stories would get that much positive feedback, I love you guys! Sorry for rambling btw, hope you enjoy the chapter!

"Ally. Ally! ALLYSON DAWSON STOP IGNORING ME!" Trish's loud voice bellowed through our dorm, completely snapping me out of my dreamy state. I looked up at her in confusion. What just happe- oh, I was spacing out again wasn't I? Hey, it's not like I could help it! Ever since Austin and I kissed under the mistletoe, my mind had been in a complete state of romantic mush.

"Sorry Trish, what did you say?" I asked sheepishly with a goofy smile on my face. She placed her hands on her hips bossily and shook her head at me before speaking.

"I said can you help me with these flowers! I mean it's really sweet of Dez to get them for me, but..." She paused as we both looked around our dorm room. Daisies. There were daisies everywhere. And I mean everywhere! On the beds, on the dresser, in the wardrobe, in my underwear drawer- wait what? How did they get in there!? We both looked at eachother knowingly and smiled. "...it's a bit much," She finished with an amused look.

"Come on Trish, it's Valentines Day. Sure it's a tad bit over the top, but it's so incredibly sweet too! He even picked daisies, they're your favourite!" I gushed happily, while jumping up and down like a maniac. Oh I just love LOVE!

"Ally calm down, sure it's sweet, but your acting as if he just asked me to marry him!" She immediately burst out laughing at the mention of marriage, while my face brightened. In a few months, Trish and Dez would have dated for a year. A WHOLE YEAR! To be honest, I'm surprised they lasted a whole week dating without Dez meeting his untimely death, never mind an entire year.

"Trish, why are you laughing? It's almost been a year, marriage is a possibility," I smiled while she tried to catch her breath. She gave me a pointed look and chuckled.

"Promise me Ally, if I ever tell you I'm marrying Dez- just slap me." What? Not exactly the response I was looking for. "I really do love him, but if we ever got married, I'd probably end up killing myself. Then I'd come back to life and kill him!" True, very true. "Hey, what time is it?"

"6:37, why?" Wait a minute. 6:37!

"Our dates start in 53 minutes! AAAAAHHHH!" We both screamed in unison and dashed over to the wardrobe, throwing out random dresses and jackets at top speed. After picking an outfit, I turned and sprinted to the dresser. Unfortunately, just before I got there, my foot came in contact with a random bouquet and I tripped clumsily.

Thankfully, I landed on top of a load of daisies, so it didn't hurt when I hit the floor. It did hurt however, when my head banged roughly against the dresser corner. Funny isn't it? Just when I think the universe likes me, something like this happens and proves that I was cursed with severe bad luck.

"ALLY! Are you okay?" Trish asked in both shock and amusement while quickly helping me up.

"Yeah I'm fine," I giggled lightly as I realized how funny my fall must have looked. I brushed some dust off my leggings and playfully glared at Trish, who was currently trying extremely hard not to burst out laughing. "You know Trish, when we get back, we should probably sort out these daisies. You know, just to save me from injuring myself any further?" I smiled.

"Let's face it Ally, your gonna injure yourself anyway." She smirked as we both continued to laugh. Yeah, she was probably right.

"I'm serious Ally, if you and Austin kiss again, make sure it's French this time! For goodness sakes!" Trish exclaimed with a quick eye roll, while putting on her dangly earrings. I turned and stared at her in complete shock for even suggesting the idea.

"Trish, you know I have a bad history with French kisses!" I whined childishly while trying and failing to buckle up my nude high heels. Uhh! I hate buckles! They're so hard to close up and then when you want to open them because your feet are in agonizing pain, they're impossible to open! Who even invented buckles anywa-

"Ally, just because your last French kiss was horrible, doesn't mean you should ban them from your life forever!" She replied bossily before walking over and buckling up my heels with ease. I huffed and crossed my arms childishly.

"You don't understand Trish! When Dallas French kissed me...it-it was one of the worst moments of my entire life," I whispered and shuddered over dramatically." He tasted like- a wet dog that had rolled around in a puddle of sewage. SEWAGE!" Trish chuckled at my words and rolled her eyes playfully before speaking.

"But Austin isn't Dallas," She smiled before sitting down to put her own shoes on. She was right! Dallas' kisses tasted like wet dog, but when Austin kissed me, it was magical. It was soft and slow and perfect and- MAN I JUST WANT HIM TO KISS ME AGAIN! Whoa Ally, calm down. I have seriously got to stop having these mental outbursts!

"I know, he's nothing like Dallas. He's amazing," I replied with a small smile and a light blush on my face. "Come on Trish, we've gotta go! Your gonna be late for your night with Dez and I'm gonna be late for my blind date! Let's go!" Please, who cares about being late, I just wanted to see Austin!

"Calm it Ally, we have an extra five minutes. You can see your blonde lover boy soon," She smirked while I blushed in embarrassment. For goodness sakes, why was a person with embarrassing thoughts, born with a thinking out loud problem? Stupid irony.

"Yeah, I suppose your right," I giggled while straightening out my dress. I was wearing a pink, floral lace skater dress. It was sleeveless and flowed down to just above my knee. I was also wearing my nude heels, a few bangles and a pair of simple golden heart earrings. My hair was in a loose, side fishtail plait, with two loose curls framing my face. My makeup was fairly simple, I wore a little mascara, faint blusher and some light pink lip gloss.

Trish was wearing a long, flowy, purple strapless dress. She paired it with her strappy black heels and dangly silver earrings. Her makeup was quite bold as she had a beautiful smokey eye look with dark pink lipstick. Her hair had its usual curls but was pinned to the side with a few purple rose pins.

"Trish you look gorgeous," I smiled softly, while grabbing my purse and jacket.

"And you look beautiful Ally," She replied sincerely, with a big grin. "Now come on, we're gonna be late! Go Go GO!"

I have a mixed relationship with Valentines Day. I LOVE it because, well, I just love LOVE in general, but I also hate it because I'm almost always alone. It's kind of sad seeing everyone paired up with a special someone, while I'm always, well- single. Not that there is anything wrong with being single! No No No! It's just nice to have that feeling of being that special someone for someone else. Wait, does that even makes sense? You get what I mean!

"I know how you feel," A familiar voice said from behind me. I froze on the spot and my eyes widened in shock. I knew that voice... and it definitely wasn't Austin's.

"Dallas," I breathed quietly, a frown quickly forming on my face as I turned to look at him. I took a step away from him while he took a step closer to me. "What do you want?" I snapped. I seriously couldn't be bothered with this guy right now.

"I see you've still got your weird thinking out loud problem," He chuckled while I rolled my eyes in annoyance. "I just want to talk to you. See how you've been. I miss you Ally-Gator." Miss me? MISS ME? Sorry dude but I've moved on.

"Don't call me Ally-Gator! I hate that name," I sulked childishly at the name he used to call me, while we were dating. I had never liked it, but thought it would be rude if I told him that while he was still my boyfriend. Pff, who cares now?

"Come on Ally, don't be like that, you know you still love me!" He pleaded desperately and stepped closer to me. I almost burst out laughing.

"For your information, I have strong feelings for someone else," I admitted happily and turned to walk away. I knew he wouldn't leave me alone though, he would never give up without a fight. Freakishly stubborn I'd say.

"Ally-Gator, wait!" Just before I turned to shout at him for calling me 'Ally-Gator' again, a warm hand took mine, making me gasp in surprise. I suddenly felt tingles shoot up my arm and smiled softly when I came face to face with Austin. I sighed in relief and felt any small fear I had disappear.

"Hey Alls, you okay? Is the idiotic douche bothering you?" The tall blonde asked calmly and smirked at my ex boyfriend. Dallas glared at Austin angrily and took a step towards him. They were both very tall, but Austin was about an inch higher.

"What do you want, Moon? How do you know my girlfriend?" Dallas snapped while my jaw dropped. Girlfriend? GIRLFRIEND!? HOW DARE HE CALL ME THAT! SOMEBODY BRING ME A KNIFE!

"Dallas Centineo I am not your girlfriend! Your a total jerk and your French kisses taste like wet dogs that have rolled around in sewage! SEWAGE! I cannot believe you have the nerve to try and get me back after you dumped me in front of the entire class during a science lecture! You're a total...erm-er-erm-" Quick Dawson, think of something mean to call him! While I searched my brain for something to say, Dallas took a step closer, so he was towering right above me.

"I'm a total what?" He smirked with his eyes narrowed menacingly, as if he was daring me to go on. I looked up at him angrily, but felt my glare wavering slightly. He could be extremely intimidating when he wanted to be, and let's not forget how much of a scaredy cat I was.

"Well firstly, your a complete idiot for even dumping Ally, and secondly your total dimwit for just being yourself! Now if I ever see you harrassing her again, I will personally make sure you return to your dorm with a broken nose! You got that!?" Austin growled angrily and roughly shoved Dallas away from me. I breathed a sigh of relief and felt my face getting warmer quickly. Man, Austin sure was hot when he got all mad...

"Get away from me Moon, I'm leaving," Dallas muttered quickly before storming away. Austin sighed and turned to me apologetically.

"I'm so sorry you had to see that Ally, he just makes me so mad." I smiled softly, knowing that he just needed to calm down. After a few seconds of silence, I wrapped my arms around his waist and rested the side of my head on his chest. He wrapped his arms around me and we swayed slowly together as our hug continued. "I know I should let you fight your own battles, but Ally lets face it, your insulting skills are awful," He chuckled lightly and held me tighter.

"You know, I think they're actually getting worse," I giggled quietly and buried my face deeper into his warm chest. I felt his heart beating fast and I'm pretty sure mine was too. If not 10 times faster. Well, Valentines Day was looking up already!

"So erm, do you have any interests?" I asked the tall boy sitting across the table, nervously. He didn't even bother looking up at me while answering, bluntly.

"I like black objects. Piercings. Dead fingernails." What the heck? Since when were fingernails alive? So, you're probably wondering what was going on, let me explain. Me and Austin had arrived at the restaurant about 10 minutes ago. After saying a quick goodbye, he got to work while I went in search for my blind date. After a few minutes of looking around like a lost puppy, I noticed the only person sitting on their own was a boy around my age. Was he a nice, normal, regular university guy? Of course not, because Trish obviously loves to see me suffer through these awkward and freaky dates!

He had long black hair that flowed down way past his shoulders. His eyes were an extremely dark shade of grey, and he had loads of piercings. And I mean LOADS of piercings! Five on each ear, one below his lip, two on each eyebrow, one on his left cheek and two on his nose. You know, not that I was counting. His face was very pale and he had a dark smokey eye look, kind of like the one Trish had before. Well that's not weird at all. He also wore jet black lipstick and to finish of the look, had on a long, plain black jacket with random rips in the sides.

In a nutshell, he was a hard core goth. And a scary one at that.

"Dead fingernails, hehe, cool! I like them too, the way they're always so- dead," I lied enthusiastically, he simply rolled his eyes tiredly and continued to ignore me. "So erm, I never actually caught your name."

"Why do you want to know my name?" He snapped immediately which made me flinch in shock. "Are you a spy? Are you the skull queen? ARE YOU MY FATHER?" Everything was silent for a few long seconds. I stared at him in pure confusion and moved my chair a few centimetres back. What on earth was this guy talking about!?

"No, I'm not a spy, a skull queen and I'm certainly not your father! I just want to know what your name is!" I explained slowly, as if I was speaking to a small child. Just as he was about to reply, Austin walked over casually with his usual notepad and pen. He winked at me with a charming smile, causing my cheeks to get hotter and my knees to buckle slightly.

"Hey guys, please can I take your order..." The tall blonde boy trailed off in confusion as he noticed my date shielding his eyes with his hands. He looked at me with a cute puzzled look and scratched the back of his head. I shrugged my shoulders and looked at my date curiously. "Erm dude, what are you doing?" Austin asked calmly.

"Your bright Sun hair is blinding my dark, gothic eyes," He stated bluntly. "You must leave, blonde earthling, or I shall turn into a skull if I look at you!" Okay, this guy was really starting to freak me out. I'm pretty sure it's impossible to be allergic to blonde people, right?

"I don't know what your talking about, but can I just take your order please?" Austin asked, with that cute clueless look still on his face. The dark haired boy agreed but refused to move his hands from his eyes.

"Fine, do you have rat eye soup? It's my favourite," He replied simply while me and Austin just stared at him in bewilderment. I blinked. I blinked again. My mouth couldn't form words, I was completely speechless. This guy was beyond weird. I can't believe I'm saying this but- this guy was weirder than Dez! OH MY GOSH!

"No, we don't sell rat eye soup here, whatever that is," Austin replied after a few seconds of silence.

"That is a shame. I must leave now, before the Sun Human turns me into a skull," My date announced suddenly. He stood up from his seat swiftly and left the room, his hands never leaving his eyes. We stared after him for a while before I broke the silence.

"Austin? What just happened?" I asked quietly while tilting my head slightly to the side.

"I don't know, Ally. But apparently my awesome blonde hair zaps people into skulls!" He joked childishly while I smiled and shook my head at him. That was by far, the weirdest Valentines Day date I had ever been on! But thankfully, everything turned out fine, and of course, Austin being there made it even more perfect. Maybe I wasn't completely unlucky after all? Actually it's probably best I don't jinx it.

"So you were in 4 of my classes last year, your best friend is dating my best friend and your on the basketball team! How have I never seen you around campus before!?" I exclaimed in shock while Austin chuckled. A few hours had passed and now me and Austin were the last people in the restaurant. We had completely lost track of time, just chatting away about nothing in particular.

"I honestly have no idea Alls, I'm with Dez most of the time and he always draws attention," Austin replied with a smile, I nodded in agreement. Whenever you saw a crowd on campus, Dez was always somehow involved.

"Got that right!" I laughed, thinking of the time Dez embarrassed Trish by walking through campus in a giant doughnut costume. I smiled at the memory, then suddenly decided to mention something I'd been thinking about for a while. "You know what's weird Austin?"

"Dez and his peculiar obsession with giant costumes?"

I giggled and nudged him playfully before continuing. "Well yes, but, I mean the fact that we had never spoken in school, then one day, we meet in the most unlikely of places. It's a weird coincidence isn't it?"

"Yeah, but it's a good weird coincidence, right?" He asked hopefully and I nodded.

"Yeah, definitely a good weird coincidence," I smiled sincerely, while nervously playing with my fingers. I think it was fate, that we never spoke at school, but randomly met one day in his parents' restaurant. Things like that didn't happen very often, unless you were watching one of those cheesy romance films that I loved so much. What can I say, I just love LOVE!

I suddenly felt Austin's eyes on me, while I continued to play with my fingers. I very slowly tilted my head up and felt our eyes immediately lock. His intense gaze softened when he realized I was a little nervous. Come on, do I look like I'm used to boys staring at me like that? No! A deep blush crept onto my face and I bit my lip softly, while trying to process how handsome the boy sitting right in front of me actually was.

I smiled lightly and watched as his eyes lit up. But I couldn't shake the feeling that something was different, it was the way Austin was looking at me. I could tell, something had definitely changed. Like he had just had an important realization. I could see it in his eyes.

"A-Austin? You okay?" I asked quietly, he broke our eye contact quickly and smiled as he stared down at the table. I watched him with a curious smile.

"Yeah, I'm fine. It's just, Ally I think I-"

"AUSTIN MOON, WHY ISN'T THIS RESTAURANT CLOSED!? YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO CLOSE IT HALF AN HOUR AGO! GET TO WORK!" A loud voice bellowed from the kitchen. Man, Mr Moon sure was scary! Austin cringed in annoyance before sending me an apologetic smile.

"I should go," I smiled and slowly stood up from my chair. Austin followed and we both made our way to the door. "Oh, what were you going to say before?" I asked curiously. He hesitated for a few seconds before casually shaking his head.

"It doesn't matter, it was stupid," He replied nonchalantly with a quick shoulder shrug. I observed him suspiciously for a few more seconds, before letting it go and smiling. I knew he was lying, it wasn't stupid at all, but whatever it was he would tell me when he was ready. "Oh, I almost forgot! I have something for you," he said excitedly and quickly pulled something out of his backpack.

He had something for me? Aww that's so cute- wait! I didn't have anything for him! Oh man, now I'm a horrible person-

"Here, Happy Valentines Day," He smiled nervously and held out a single white rose. I gasped quietly and beamed as he placed it delicately into my hands.

"A white rose. I love it Austin, thank you. But why a white one?" I asked happily, while focusing on him intently.

"The truth is, when I went to the flower shop I had intended to buy you a red one. I was looking around, trying to find the perfect red rose, when this white one caught my eye. It was pure, it was different from all the others, and it was the most beautiful thing I'd ever seen. It instantly reminded me of you."

And that was the moment I completely melted into a puddle of romantic mush. That was single handedly, the most sweetest thing anyone had ever said or done for me. I was absolutely speechless, my mouth couldn't form words. So I was just there, stood in front of the most perfect male human on earth, looking like a dying fish. Quick Ally, say something! Anything!

"I-I-that-you-is-" Sheesh Ally, when I said say something, I meant say it in the English language!

"Breath, Alls," Austin chuckled and began doing weird breathing actions and noises. I took a deep breath and giggled loudly at how silly he looked.

"Thank You, your wacky breathing exercises saved my life!" I gasped dramatically while Austin continued to laugh. I sighed quietly and looked him straight in the eyes. "Thank you, for the rose. It's incredible that you would do something like that for me," I smiled and blushed deeply. Before he could reply, I leaned up and kissed his cheek, slowly and softly. As I pulled away, I realized he was blushing with a goofy smile on his face.

"You deserve it, Happy Valentines Day, Alls."

"Happy Valentines Day, Austin."

"OMG! OMG! OMG! HE SAID THAT!?" Trish exclaimed excitedly while we both jumped up and down on my bed like maniacs. I had just finished telling Trish about my date and was now on the part where Austin gave me the beautiful white rose.

"YES! I practically died, it was so incredibly sweet!" I squealed and we both went into major fangirl mode. Moments like this proved my theory that all university students still had the minds of 13 year olds. Well, at least me and Trish still did. We continued to squeal and clap our hands crazily, until Trish spoke again.

"Your so lucky Ally, my stupid boyfriend took me to a Zalien doll making factory, CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT!? While you were dying of extremely adorable gestures, I was dying of complete and utter boredom!"

"Come on, It can't have been that bad?" I smiled, trying to make her feel better. She huffed angrily and placed her hands on her hips in frustration.

"Ally, Dez volunteered us to help out with some dolls. I had to work on Valentines Day- FOR FREE!" She shuddered while I gasped dramatically.

"The horror! THE HORROR!" I joked loudly which made her giggle. "But think Trish, you got to spend some quality time with your boyfriend, that's what Valentines' Day is all about! Spending time with people who you love." Wow, when did I get so profound?

"You know what, your right Ally! I've changed my mind, I won't kill Dez tomorrow!" She shouted proudly while fist pumping the air. See, this is how I, Ally Dawson, would make a great psychologist. "No, Ally you'd make an awful psycho doctor thingy." Darn it! I thought out loud again didn't I?

"Thanks Trish, your so incredibly supportive," I replied sarcastically with a quick eye roll.

"Anytime Ally, anytime!" Trish smirked while I shook my head at her playfully. "Oh by the way, when are you gonna admit you feelings to Austin!?" Whoa, where did that sudden outburst come from?

"I..I don't really know. I think he might like me a little, but maybe it's just a stupid crush? I'm falling in love with him Trish, and I just don't know what to do," I sighed while focusing intently on the floor. Ugh! Love was so CONFUSING!

"Oh Ally, your such a fool," Trish started while I glared at her tiredly. "Austin loves you! You've just got to man up and accept it dude!" I giggled quietly at her words before standing up, quickly.

"Your right Trish! I have to accept it! I don't believe it yet, but I'm gonna try! I ALLYSON DAWSON, AM NOT A FOOL!" I declared boldly and fist pumped the air, like Trish had done earlier. When I turned back to Trish, after my empowering speech, my foot came in contact with a bouquet of daisies and I clumsily tumbled to the floor. Talk about deja vou smacking you right in the face!

"Ally, are you okay?" Trish smiled with an amused look, while helping me up quickly. I sulked childishly but couldn't stop a loud giggle escaping my mouth when Trish burst into crazy laughter. My gaze suddenly turned to the white rose lying on my bed, it was so beautiful and pure. Austin's smile flashed through my mind and I sighed softly, before quickly joining in with Trish's contagious laughter.
