Chapter 10: Lullaby
(P.O.V Lucy)
Its been about three weeks since the Fairies of Oz, play and it was such a great hit that the Drama department has had a flood of applications, the student council President was also very please, so needless to say Titania stops by our class every now and then. Every time Erza shows up the class becomes hilariously obedient, however, Erza is a good girl, and you can easily tell she loves her friends very much. Sorry for the short letter mom, but I got to go, Natsu is waiting for me.

I stretched and put the pen down, already in my uniform I smiled and grabbed my bag, taking a nice deep breath I walked out the door. I couldn't wait for what crazy adventure might be ahead of me.
I made it to the corner of where Natsu and I usually meet, he was standing there leaning against a brick wall when I turned the corner. He seemed slightly lost in thought, his pink hair swayed in the wind. I guess he noticed me cause he turned and glanced my way. His day dream expression quickly turned into a grin as he smiled at me. My heart skipped a beat.
"Hey Luce!" Natsu waved, and I smiled back.
"Look who's on time!" I exclaimed jokingly as I hit him on the back and we started toward the school, surprisingly not late, and not running this time.
We made it to the school almost effortlessly, however, when we got there our jaws dropped. All the students were running around, building things, cleaning things, making things, and thing that was a thing something was happening to it.
"What's going on?" Natsu looked around just as shocked as I. I spotted the head master talking to Erza and Mirajane on the school stairs.
"Lets go ask" I pointed to the three and Natsu nodded his head. We almost ran to the stairs.
"Ah, Natsu, Lucy, glad to see you two could make it" Master grinned happily.
"You two are late!" Erza glared at us, cause both of us to shiver in fear.
"We're sorry" I squeaked, Mira laughed.
"Oh Erza the school bell hasn't even rung yet"
"Is that so... I apologize" Erza bowed her head slightly.
"Ah... No its alright..." Natsu held up his hand slightly.
"So Master, what's going on?" I questioned as I looked back at the chaos of the school grounds.
"Hohoho, I'm glad you asked, do you know the game competition known as Lullaby?"
"Lets buy?" Natsu tilted his head questionably.
"No Lullaby!" I wanted to hit him over the head, but held back and started to explain, "Its a music competition, like a battle of the bands, 3 schools in the area are picked to fight against each other, they each play 3 songs, and the 2 teams who are the best go head to head in a final battle of the band!" I smiled. Natsu stared for a moment.
"I don't really get it, but if there is a battle I want in!" Natsu exclaimed with a grin. The master laughed, as Mira and Erza smiled, leaving me almost dumbfounded.
"That's good to hear cause I want Mahō no Yōsei to take this on as their second mission" The master grinned. The news bubbled up inside me, excited I smiled wide and looked over to Natsu whose smile was even bigger.
"Alright! We accept!" He exclaimed.
"So what are we going to have to do master?" I asked almost too excited to care.
"You're going to form the greatest band Fairy High has ever seen and destroy our competition!" The master exclaimed and pointed into the sky, he started laughing almost maniacally. Natsu copied his movement except his hands were on his hips. I, however, froze for a minute...
'We have to... start... a band...?' Wind blew past me, as the noise from the school grounds seemed to fade.../p
