Ella ran as fast as she could through the rooftops while Lee was wasting no time in catching up right behind her masked sister.
"Okay, someone's been training pretty hard." Lee muttered with a raised eyebrow.
Just then, it begun to rain that became a heavy downpour. Ella has nowhere else to go as she reached dead end on the edge of the large rooftop just when Lee slowed down into a stop at the other end of the building.
"Hold it right there!" Lee cried.
Ella gasped sharply in a whisper as if she could feel something taking control of her mind and body. She began to fight it off with little resistance until she smirked dangerously with glowing dark red eyes under her mask.
"I have no business with you." Ella spoke from her mask. "You can hurry yourself off back to your boyfriend."
"You and I both know that's not happening." Lee snapped firmly. "I'm not going anywhere and neither are you. You can't change the world with your vigilante nonsense despite your intentions."
"And you and I both know I can't do that." Ella said. She slowly turned around to face Lee. "But you can try beat it out of me."
Lee engulfed her hands in pulsing blue energy and immediately stood in her fighting stance.
"Look, trust me when I tell you, you don't wanna fight me." Lee warned.
"Is that so?" Ella said with a sadistic smile. She engulfed her hands in blazing red energy. "Well, now I gotta."
Ella charged forward and sprang high into the air to fire fifteen large dark red energy bolts at Lee, who easily dodged them like it was nothing. Ella landed down on her feet and unleashed a sudden barrage of dark red energy bolts to attack Lee in rapid speed. But Lee dodged the energy bolts with quick speed and dashed forward to drill her blue energized fist into Ella, making the red mystic kunoichi lose her balance by that attack.
"Impressive." Ella said with a grin. "Now, let's make this a lot of fun!"
"Alright, you finally enlighten me." Lee said with a mocking smile.
Ella sprinted forward to deliver powerful dark red energized roundhouse kicks at Lee, who was able to block the attack with her rapid blue energized kicks in lightning speed. Lee then moved quickly behind Ella that made the red mystic kunoichi gasp surprisingly with wide eyes underneath her mask.
"You know, if you let your anger consume you, you'll be blind to your surroundings." Lee said with a grin.
Lee gathered a full force of her magical energy in her palms and released an omni-directional sphere of blue energy that hit Ella within inside, causing the red mystic kunoichi to land on the ground with her helmet landing right beside her.
"Your skills just aren't good enough, dark princess." Lee said with a triumph smile. She walked up to Ella. "Not even at your full strength."
Ella got up on her feet and spun around to face Lee with a dangerous glare that made her older sister stop walking.
"Ella?!" Lee gasped with wide eyes. "But how? Why?"
"Oh, don't act all surprise, sister." Ella spat as she rolled her eyes. "You just love to come back home and be the all-mighty powerful leader we all know and love. Well, news flash. We are completely fine without you!"
"I always knew there's something wrong with you, but I've never thought you're willing to risk the safety of our family for this vigilante shenanigan!" Lee said angrily. "I mean seriously, what the heck were you thinking?!"
"Hey! I did what I had to do!" Ella snapped. "If you really expect me to sit at home and do nothing, especially when people are in trouble, then no thank you!"
"Where are you getting at?" Lee asked with a glare. "We made amends before I left home on a worldwide training mission and you're already upset me all of sudden?"
"What do you think?" Ella snarled. "Ever since you left, I grew sick and tired of fighting our enemies while people in this city are getting mugged and hopeless every day! Besides, you can't always expect me and our sisters acting like soldiers whenever you show up!"
"Listen, the whole reason I left home is because I was training to be a better leader!" Lee retorted. "For you! Our sisters! Even our mother! Why do you seriously hate for that?"
"Oh, please. Spare me!" Ella barked. "I'm rather off calling my own shots than being led by you!"
"That's because you aren't ready to handle it!" Lee yelled angrily. "Not only you're annoyingly hot tempered and impatient, but you are no way near better than me."
"Oh, don't act so superior, big sister." Ella said with a sadistic laugh. She summoned her red energy constructed gauntlets from her hands and stood in her fighting stance. "You and I both know we're not gonna prove do this the easy way."
"Don't make me do this, Ella." Lee said sternly with narrow eyes.
"I'm done taking your orders and more importantly...I'm done with you." Ella replied with a glare.
Lee shook her head with a heavy sigh and summoned her blue energy constructed tessen in her hand. Two mystic sisters stared each other with fierce glares.
Ella charged forward with her gauntlets and Lee sprinted forward with her tessen as two sisters started to fight each other in the rain. Ella flew spinning towards Lee while punching her multiple times, but Lee increased the size of her tessen to block her sister's attack like a force field. Lee rapidly striked Ella with a flurry of slashes from her tessen in its original size and then launched her sister into the air with a final slash. Ella got back up on her feet and gathered a massive amount of dark red energy in between her gauntlets as she fires a large ball of dark red energy at the blue mystic kunoichi. But Lee dodged away with swift speed and threw her tessen to deliver a series of slashes at Ella from multiple directions before her weapon returned to its owner. Ella growled and sped forward with her blazed glowing gauntlets as Lee zoomed forward with her blazed glowing tessen. Two mystic sisters locked their weapons together with every strength they got. With an uncontrollable ball of anger coursing within her, Ella gained the upper hand and began increasing her gauntlets into massive size that scattered Lee's tessen in pieces before it evaporated out of thin air. Lee's eyes widened wide in shock, but she didn't have time to protect herself when Ella delivered a powerful flurry of heavy punch at her with lightning speed. Ella then shot her gauntlets as rockets from her hands to pin Lee to the ground.
"Are you...happy now?" Lee asked weakly. "Watashi no imoto, ankoku no akuma kara torinozoku."
At Lee's words, Ella was being pushed and forth by unseen force while becoming engulfed with pulsing blue energy. As she struggled against her sister's spell that has seized control of her body, Ella fell backwards slowly and hit the ground on her back as a dark red spirit was poured out of her body. The dark spirit instantly took a physical form as Rafaela.
"Finally! I'm free!" Dark Ella shouted with a happy smile. She turned back at the defeated Lee. "I've been wanting to end your existence for a long time."
As Dark Ella was about to strike Lee with lighting speed, she suddenly felt a sharp pain within her. Dark Ella slowly turned her head around and saw Ella emerging her red energized claw through her chest. Lee broke free from the pinned gauntlets and slowly stood up on her feet frozen in shock.
"Now, it's my turn to end your existence." Ella said with narrow eyes.
With that, Ella sliced her dark side with one slash. That ripped Dark Ella to shreds, leaving her physical form to disintegrate with a scream of defeat in a huge explosion.
Ella looked back at Lee with horrified fear in her eyes while backing away, knowing that her anger almost made her kill Lee.
"Lee...I...I...I'm so sorry." Ella spoke fearfully.
Ella quickly ran off across a few rooftops away from Lee in heavy tears.
Before Lee can cast a healing spell on herself, she suddenly looked around to see the four generals and the Shadow Ninjas surrounding her. She tried to protect herself with a force field, but she was too weak from her fight with Ella.
"She is no ordinary mystic." Gato spoke. "She is definitely one of the Four Dragoness reborn. Especially after I've fought the other one before."
"Then she shall perfectly join our purposes." Aguila said with a small smile. "Let us inform Yaotl that the reincarnated Dragoness has been found."
The Shadow Ninjas held long thin black sticks in their hands as they began to approach Lee. They zapped her with yellowish-white electrocution, causing Lee to scream loudly in pain. That was loud enough for Ella to skid into a stop.
"Lee!" Ella gasped.
Ella turned around and started running back to the rooftop she fought her older sister. She stopped at the edge of the roof to see the four generals and the Shadow Ninjas taking Lee away into the dumpster truck as they drove off into the streets. Ella jumped from rooftop to rooftop in order to catch up to the moving vehicle that has her captive sister.
"Hang on, Lee!" Ella yelled. "I'm coming!"
Unfortunately, the dumpster truck was too fast for Ella to catch up and Ella eventually lost the truck that made her collapse to her knees on the roof.
"NOOOOOOOO!" Ella screamed.
Ella slammed her fists on the ground while fighting her tears for not being able to save Lee. She got up back on her feet and immediately headed back to the fortress.
