The Mnemosyne Faction is the ancestor organization to the Time Masters. Their goal was not to control or preserve history but to document any all outcomes of figure pertinent to the timeline the Faction functioned under. A faction member writes, reflects, and collects research on all they can for a time period allotted to them of a group or individual.

The subject, Caitlin Louise Snow, has recently rediscovered her abilities' origin and nature. I have not yet looked into the times surrounding her memories, nor have I studied the times that immediately follow her revelations.

Caitlin has recently looked into a repressed memory. I have contacted those who were sent to collect data on Ms. Snow's early life. I have not yet received any word from them, however, I have, with permission from Faction's Board of Traffic, gone back to the exact time that the memory takes place. I presume that since her curiosity has piqued at her situation she will look into it more and most likely find another. To which I'll have to respond by making an appeal for a permit to travel to these times. I have filmed the occurrence with the proper materials and will attach the file.

At this time, Caitlin's powers are a mystery to Team Flash. They appeared later than those that came from exposure to the Dark Matter from the 2013 CE Particle Accelerator Explosion did and that is, to them, the only 'apparent' way she could have gained them. Caitlin at this point does not have her powers. I have not looked to see how they are returned to her, but as anyone who has study 2019 CE, even slightly, knows she will use them again.

I will also ask the Board of Traffic of why I was not consulted of others coming from the future. My equipment has detected another entity coming in from the future. Although I would normally let this slide, I was assigned to watch over a speedster and his friends and family, many of which have non-physical connections to the Speedforce (e.g. Iris Francine West-Allen) or pseudo-connections (e.g. Vibers like Francisco Armando Ramon (A.K.A Vibe)). As the Faction's physicists have stated, multiple time travelers still in contact the space between points of time and dimension, and the contact of tangible reality and dimension being to third-party accessible Speedforce in some degree can create anything from a black hole to faults in history and reality, making 3-dimensional creatures aware of the fourth dimensional plasticity of time, forever. We all agree that is cataclysmic and must be avoided at all costs and so, again, I will make a statement to the Board of Traffic.
