The Town Hall
Carl C. Gunman awoke again. After being pushed out of a car expected to go 50, no, 60 miles an hour, you would only guess that he felt a little tired. He looked at the Town Hall in agony. What a dump with shot out windows and the front door about to just come off. He walked inside.
"How may I help you?" Miss Pelly said. She had a wound on her head.
Carl looked side to side. Tortimer sat in a desk behind Pelly with a book and a Pipe? Not one that you smoke either. A full Steel 12 inch pipe used for water and oil and stuff, Carl put two and two together.
"How may I help you?" she reminded him.
"I came by cab."
"Oh, welcome to Ganglands Town Hall. I'm-"
Tortimer gave her an angry look.
"Um, here's your map. It shows who lives here."
Carl studied the map. "Hmmm. Tiffany, Rosie, Apollo, Rasher, and Olivia. Miss Pelly, why does this map have four bid black division lines? It's as if there are territories."
"You'll find out."
Phyllis came up to Pelly and gave her a letter.
Pelly read it aloud. "You have now been promoted to a new duty. Go to the back of the Town hall to receive your commission." Pelly Sighed.
Tortimer got up and followed her to the outside carrying the pipe. "I'm beat." He joked.
Oh my god! Carl thought I dropped my mom's credit cards in that old perverts van!
