On the day at Azabu-Juban, Usagi and others were going to Juban Shopping District and Usagi was really to go out with her friends until she bumped into an older woman as Usagi fell to the ground. The purplenette asked if Usagi is okay. Usagi says she's alright as when she looked at her face, she started blushing. The rest of the girls ran in a panic to check on her.

The chapter continues with Eternal Sailor Chibi-Moon and the rest of the other Sailor Senshi fight the strongest Youkai, Gokuda which is human named Yakuza, the leader of the biker gangs who has been brainwashed by the evil organization, the Dark Union, and his target is Usagi Tsukino to steal the Legendary Silver Crystal, Gokuda evolves into darker form in a black and red aura.

After Galaxia's defeat, Ami and Makoto have finally confessed their feelings for one another, and Rei is trying to figure out where she and Minako stand, when out of the blue a mysterious new enemy arrives from the stars, with some very familiar tricks. Will our heroes be able to band together once more to defeat them, or will this new villain tear them apart from the inside out?
