Shinnok tired to restore the One Being, Raiden and his ally's prevent it. But in doing so, they are transported to another Earth, one with a different history, and different heroes. Rated M: Intense Violence, Comedy, Adventure, Vulgar Language

Mortal Kombat belongs to Netherrealm Studios, and Marvel Belongs to Disney. This idea was literally inspired by two sources for this crossover, Snafu the Great, the writer of The New Era: Mortal Kombat vs Marvel Universe. And the other inspiration was Marvel's Ultimate Alliance 3, I even watched the gameplay, to the point it gave me ideas. I hope you guys enjoy this crossover.

Chapter 1: Visitors from Another Earth

Long ago, the One Being tried to destroy all the realms when they were one. But the Elder Gods rebelled against him, splitting him into six pieces. The Kamidogu of each realm, Earthrealm, Outworld, Edenia, Chaos Realm, Order Realm, and Netherrealm, the lowest of them all. But Shinnok, one of the Elder Gods, saw the evil and cruelty of every being in the realms. The pain and suffering that they had inflicted upon one another, and sought to bring the Kamidogu back together to summon the One Being.

But when he tried to unite them, the Elder Gods prevented him from succeeding, and cast him into the Netherrealm. Never to escape, to forever watch over the burning inferno, surrounded by the evil and the screams of countless souls that had been cast into Netherrealm. But he plotted his revenge behind the scenes, scheming his way through the aid of mortals such as Quan Chi, Shao Kahn and other beings such as Onaga. Shao Kahn provided Shinnok with five of the Kamidogu to the Fallen Elder God, all Shinnok needed was the Kamidogu of Earthrealm.

But when Shao Kahn failed to obtain Earthrealm twice in the Mortal Kombat tournament, Shinnok took matters into his own hands and ordered Quan Chi to convince the Outworld Emperor into invading Earthrealm, so that his loyal followers could seek out the final Kamidogu, and bring it to him. Raiden, the Thunder God, didn't know it at first, but he quickly realized that the invasion was nothing more than a distraction. To deter him and his allies from his goal, while his demons retrieved their goal.

(Netherrealm)

Shinnok awaited the return of his servants within the Netherrealm Spire, his eyes narrowed menacingly at the hellish inferno. His ears immediately perked as he turned around seeing a portal open behind him, his demon's servants appeared before him along with Quan Chi, who held the last Kamidogu before him. This made Shinnok grin with delight. "Ahh, at last… you have it." He said as he walked towards him.

"I never fail you, master." Quan Chi said to him as he bowed, showing his loyalty towards him as he handed the Earthrealm Kamidogu to him.

The Fallen Elder God reached to it and took it out of Quan Chi's hands and examined it, he chuckled with a sadistic grin over his face. "At long last… the final piece of the Kamidogu." He said as he looked towards his devoted servant. "You have served me well, Quan Chi… such loyalty should not go unrewarded." He told him.

"To serve you is its greatest reward, my lord." Quan Chi replied to him.

This earned a modest chuckle from his master as he walked towards the five other Kamidogu that floated before them. "At last, after so many centuries of searching, the six Kamidogu have been reunited. And once they are together… the One Being will rise again, to destroy the realms once and for all." He declared.

"I don't think so." Said a voice as Shinnok's eyes widened and he turned around and saw Raiden and his allies appear within the spire, the demons in the room saw them as they snarled angrily. Among Earth's mightiest warriors were Liu Kang, Princess Kitana, Kung Lao, Jade, Johnny Cage, Sonya Blade, Jax, Stryker, Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Nightwolf, Cyrax, and Kenshi. Shinnok glared at them, while Raiden stepped forward and held lightning in his hand. "I knew something was wrong during the invasion, none of your demon hordes were there to support Shao Kahn's army. I wondered why, but when I checked the Temple of Elements? I knew… your plans were still in motion after thousands of years." He told him.

"Always has been, Thunder God. Thousands of years you've stood in my way, you denied me my revenge! But not this time… children! Defend your master till I've finished the ritual!" He ordered as he walked towards the Kamidogu, while his demons along with Quan Chi got in the way of the Earthrealm warriors.

Seeing them, Sonya turned towards Raiden to get an answer. "Talk fast, what will happen if those things are combined?" She asked him.

"If the Kamidogu are brought together, the One Being will return to tear apart all the realms." Raiden explained it in one sentence.

"Then we need to stop him before he finishes the ritual!" Sub-Zero suggested.

"Agreed." Scorpion nodded as he looked towards his new allies. "But we need to get through his followers first." He told them as they looked at the demon horde.

The actor looked at the demons and let out an exhale as he cracked his knuckles. "Alright then, let's take them out before they take us out shall we?" He asked as Kung Lao was the first to attack as he took his razor edge hat and threw it at the horde, slicing one of the demons clean through its midsection as it shrieked in agony from it. The hat eventually returned to him as he saw another demon appear above him, it was about to go for the kill till its head got pierced by Scorpion's spear and it got pulled over towards him.

The yellow ninja raised his leg and thrust a kick against the demon's main body and landed hard against it as the demon's head ripped off of its shoulders as Scorpion swung his spear around and slammed the head against an Orochi Hellbeast as it roared out and fell onto its back. Sub-Zero slid across a trail of ice and formed a pair of Kori Blades and cut through the abdomens of every Oni that came at him, he sensed one behind him as he brought the two blades together and formed them into one singular blade. He quickly used it to pierce through the skull of the Oni as its body twitched only to freeze over as Sub-Zero froze it solid and ripped its head off along with its spine as he swung it and shattered it against the main body.

Sonya avoided the claws of one of the Orochi Hellbeasts and leapt onto its back, climbing up to its head as the beast looked up to her as she held an arm up aiming her arm blaster towards its face as its eyes widened. She quickly shot the beast in the face as the blast shot down its face and blasted straight through its chest. She felt the beast falling over, causing her to fall over as she tumbled and rolled across the ground and got onto her knees as she blasted a few Oni that were charging towards her. One was about to hit her from behind, but Johnny grabbed hold of its wrist as he pulled it over and slammed his elbow against its face, causing blood to spurt out as he punched through its body as he spread his legs till he did a perfect split, and he jabbed the demon in its testicals as it squealed.

The actor stood back up as he crouched down while pulling his right fist back and thrusted it upwards as he landed a hard uppercut against the Oni's jaw and knocked its head clean off its shoulders, he exhaled as he looked towards Sonya. "I got your back babe." He told her.

"I told you to stop calling me that." Sonya reminded him as she blasted an Oni that was sneaking up on him from behind. "And know that I got your back." She said as she avoided an Oni's claws she grabbed it by the head and yelled as she slammed it against the ground. Elsewhere, Jax was in a power struggle with an Orochi Hellbeast as it was trying to overpower him.

The two growled at one another as Jax used the strength of his bionics to push the hellbeast back, his arms soon began to charge energy into his fists as he shoved the beast back and landed a hard punch against its face knocking its jaw clean off of as he used his other fist and punched into its chest and grabbed its heart, crushing it with his bionic hand. He pulled his hand out of the hellbeasts chest as it shrieked and collapsed to the ground, Jax flicked its blood off of his hand as he looked at its corpse. "These motherfuckers definitely work." He commented.

Meanwhile Kenshi felt he was surrounded by several Oni, they believed he was an easy target, but Cyrax appeared above them and launched nets at one half of the Oni who surrounded Kenshi, while Nightwolf brought lightning down to paralyze the other half. Kenshi smiled upon sensing it as he reached behind him and grabbed his sword, Sento. "Thank you friends." He told them as he pulled out his sword and threw it as it spun through the Oni and sliced them all to pieces as Stryker leapt over and threw his grenades at a good chunk of Oni as some of the grenades combusted against the Oni that nearly tried to kill him. Kenshi sensed him land behind him as he glanced towards him. "Still getting used to this, officer?" He asked him.

"A little, but after what happened to my city? Consider me pissed!" He yelled as he shot at the Oni to keep them from getting closer. Meanwhile Jade used her staff to strike at several Oni that advanced towards her, she soon threw out her boomerang as it sliced off the heads of every Oni that was caught off guard. She watched as it returned as she quickly caught it and stabbed a Hellbeast under its chin and through its skull.

She was soon grabbed by a second Hellbeast as it lifted her up and squeezed her at her waist, hearing her whimper in pain from its tight grip. It snarled as it went to bite her head off, but Kung Lao appeared and kicked it hard in the face as he threw his hat through its wrist as it cried out as Jade fell to the ground. The Hellbeast held where its hand used to be, only to feel Kung Lao's hat slice through its neck and decapitate its head as it hit the ground. The Shaolin walked over to Jade and grabbed the fingers that gripped around Jade and pried them open as he grabbed Jade's hand and pulled her up. "You alright?" He asked her.

"I will be once we stop the Mad God." Jade replied as she stabbed a demon that was behind him, surprising him as he looked at her as she smiled at him. "You're welcome." She said as she stroked his chin and ran off.

Kung Lao let out an exhale as he smiled. "She… is dangerous." He commented as he punched an Oni with quick jabs to its chest and grabbed its shoulders throwing it over as he held it over his knee and started beating its face in and landed one more punch as it literally destroyed half of its face. Meanwhile Liu Kang smacked an Oni across the face with his nunchucks and kicked its head as he slammed it against the ground, he swings his nunchucks around his body as he saw another Oni coming towards him as he swung the nunchucks and smacked it several times across its body and kicked it hard in its abdomen as he surrounded his fist in dragon fire and punched through its chest.

A Winged Oni soon swooped down towards him to snatch him up, but a steel fan rushed towards it and pierced into its skull as it shrieked and crashed against the ground. Kitana rushed over and pulled the blade out of its head and looked towards Liu Kang. "Always keep your eyes open Liu Kang." She advised him.

He smiled at her as he heard changting across the room and looked towards Shinnok, he was speaking a dark incantation. A language that he did not understand, but he knew it was evil, he turned towards Raiden who was fighting Quan Chi. "Lord Raiden! Shinnok is merging the Kamidogu, we need to stop him!" He yelled.

Raiden blocked the sorcerer's attacks and looked towards Shinnok as his focus was on the Kamidogu, he knew he needed to do something before Shinnok could finish his work. He blocked Quan Chi's attack and punched him several times and knocked him down as he charged towards Shinnok, the Mad God chuckled in delight as he glanced towards Raiden. "You're too late Raiden, the One Being… lives again!" He yelled as the Kamidogu were close to merging into one.

The Thunder God knew that if the One Being was restored, all of reality would be lost. He could not allow Shinnok to finish his work; he saw that the Earthrealm Kamidogu had yet to merge with the others. He saw this as an opportunity, but at what cost? He narrowed his eyes knowing it was the only way to save the realms. "You will just have to wait another thousand years, Shinnok!" He declared as he shot a lightning bolt towards the Earthrealm Kamidogu and struck it as it began to crack, earning a shocked look from Shinnok as he turned towards Raiden.

"You fool! What are you doing?!" He asked him in anger.

"Making sure you never fulfill your destiny!" Raiden answered as he blasted the Kamidogu with an enhanced blast, but Shinnok let out an angry yell as he blasted Raiden in his chest. Leaving a gaping hole in it as the Thunder God fell to the ground, next to his defenders as Liu Kang caught him and saw the wound on his chest.

Shinnok pants angrily but looked towards the Earthrealm Kamidogu as it started shaking badly as magic started breaking through the crystals as his eyes widened in shock. "NO!" He cried out as he charged towards it to try and keep it assembled, but Raiden shot one last lightning bolt at it and hit the Kamidogu, shattering it as it combusted in Shinnok's face. The other five Kamidogu were separated by the explosion as all the pieces scattered, and the explosion of energy engulfed everything and everyone within the spire.

(Marvel Universe - New York)

Within the Sanctum Sanctorum, a lone man was meditating in midair, his holding over a medallion as he focused on his magic. This man was none other than the Sorcerer Supreme, Doctor Strange. He was peacefully meditating within the Sanctum, but his eyes began to squint as he felt something happening. He didn't know exactly as to what… but his eyes snapped open as he gasped in shock as he fell down and landed on his knees. This earned the attention of one of his apprentices as she rushed over to him, she was a young woman, clad in scarlet red, surrounded in a magic red aura, her name was Wanda Maximoff, otherwise known as the Scarlet Witch. "Stephen…? Are you alright?" She asked him, feeling worried.

Stephen was rubbing his head from what he felt and opened his eyes. "It's… hard to say, but I felt something… something ominous, something we've never encountered before." He told her as he stood up with her help. "To the map room, quickly." He quickly teleported them to their destination as they appeared within the map room, he approached the table and used his magic to form a map of the same city they were in. Only difference was… there were realm tears all around the city. "Realm Tears through the city." He examined them.

"Not just New York…" Wanda told him as she brought up a map of the entire world. "But across the entire world, do you think Dormammu is up to something? Or Mephisto…? Or maybe America Chavez?" She asked him.

"No, Dormammu is still recovering from our previous battle with him. Ms. Chavez is still in her training, and Mephisto hasn't been seen since Blaze cast him back into Hell, I have a feeling there may be more to this than we know." Stephen explained as he looked towards her. "We might want to contact the Avengers… minus Stark, because we know how he is." He mentioned.

"I'll be sure to tell him that." Said a new voice as Stephen and Wanda looked and saw someone swing in and perch himself on one of the railings in the Sanctum. He wore a red and blue uniform with web patterns along the suit and mask as he had a spider emblem on his chest and back, this was none other than your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. "I mean sure, Mr. Stark doesn't really believe in magic like I do, but can you really blame him for that?" He asked.

"Thanks for the supportive words Peter, but I doubt if we do bring him here to the sanctum, he won't believe a word we say to him." Stephen calmly argued.

That's when it hit Spidey as he quickly remembered something. "Oh, that reminds me, did you guys know that there's a huge portal right above your house?" He asked them as Stephen and Wanda looked at him surprised and looked at each other. They quickly made their way outside as Spider-Man swung his way out one of the windows as he latched onto the wall of Stephen's home, looking at the realm tear above the Sanctum. "Yeah, guess you guys failed to detect that on your little world map, huh?" He asked.

"It must have opened just recently." Wanda said as she examined it, something soon caught her eye as something was falling towards them. "S-Something's coming… look." She pointed out seeing a light falling towards them.

Stephen saw it as his eyes widened. "I see it… it's falling towards the Sanctum. We need to slow its descent before we end up having to patch another hole in the roof." He told them.

"On it!" Spider-Man shot his webs and swung into the air as he launched himself up and looked down and shot web after web to make a landing platform for the falling object, Stephen formed magic glyphs to help reinforce the webs in case it is a stronger impact than they anticipated. "Good thinking doc! Let's hope this works." He said to him as he looked towards the falling object.

Stephen watched as the object fell towards the webs and crashed against them, he felt the impact against his magic as he tried his best to hold it. "Come on, come on…!" He tried to keep it from reaching street level. Once the descent was slowed down, Stephen helped release the tension on the webs as he let out an exhale from feeling the impact. "Spider-Man, check what it is." He ordered.

Spider-Man swung towards the object, reaching where it landed as he checked out what it was. To his surprise, it wasn't something… but rather, someone. "Uhh, doc… you might wanna see this." He told him as Stephen and Wanda floated up to where he was and looked to who he was looking at, Wanda's eyes widened upon seeing Raiden within the webs. He still beared the wound Shinnok inflicted upon him, Spider-Man crawled along the web and looked over the wound and started looking away as he felt sick to his stomach. "O-Ohhh… I… I think I'm gonna hurl." He tried his best not to, especially with his mask on.

"Now's not a time to get squeamish Spider-Man, we need to get him inside, quickly." Stephen told him as he grabbed one arm while Wanda grabbed the other and lifted him off the webs and carried Raiden inside.

Spider-Man followed them to the door, but he turned around and saw a few people inspecting what had just happened as he tried to find a good excuse. "Uhh, Doctor Strange is looking into this, so don't worry everyone. Everything's gonna be alright… I think." He said as he tried to block the image of what he saw earlier from his mind.

He stepped back and closed the doors and walked to where Stephen and Wanda were examining Raiden, the sorcerer supreme looked over the wound as he found residual magic within his wound. "What do you make of it Stephen?" Wanda asked.

"By the looks of it, it doesn't look good. This is by far the darkest form of magic I've ever seen, where it originated, I do not know." Stephen explained.

Spider-Man hung upside down above them as he looked at Raiden's face, then looked at Stephen feeling curious. "Who do you think this guy is?" He asked him.

"I'm wondering the same thing… whoever he is, he bears the wounds of an intense battle. Perhaps if I look into his memories, I can get the answers we need." Stephen suggested as he walked to his head.

"You sure that's gonna be okay with him?" Spider-Man asked as he leapt down to ground level. "I mean, I know the guys unconscious, but looking through his memories like a smartphone is like an invasion of privacy." He told him.

"Smartphones are easy to hack Peter, this is a human being, therefore I won't have any issues with him." Stephen told him as he focused his magic that would allow him to peer into Raidens mind. "And it's a long shot to see what I can learn from him." He said as he reached for his head and held his hand on both sides of his head, casting the spell as he closed his eyes.

Wand and Spider-Man watched as Stephen concentrated on the spell to look through the memories of their mystery guest. The web-slinger looked over to Wanda and whispered. "How long does this usually take?" He asked.

"Given that this is his first time mindscaping into someone's mind, chances are he might take hours to look through this individual's mind." She explained only to see Stephen gasp as his eyes shot open as he saw Raiden's memories, all that he went through, who his allies and enemies were. He even saw the six Kamidogu including the one he destroyed, causing his journey to his reality. Stephen quickly pulled his hands away from Raiden and fell back towards the wall, panting heavily as Wanda and Spider-Man rushed over to him. "Stephen…? What did you see…?" She asked her.

"Yeah doc, give us the big scoop." Spidey said to him.

But Stephen was still overwhelmed by seeing everything he saw, he inhaled deeply and exhaled as he got up. "I don't think we're dealing with an ordinary human… I need to work fast in disinfecting the wound and stitch it closed." He said as he started forming a magic needle and thread.

"Uh doc, you sure you're okay? I mean you looked like you saw something out of a horror movie." Spidey told him as he felt concerned.

"I'll be fine, I just need to do my job as a doctor, or we're going to lose the answers we need." Stephen told him as he began stitching his wound, but before he could continue, the lights began to flicker within the Sanctum as he looked up. "Peter… did you mess with the power box when you got here?" He asked him.

Spider-Man immediately held his hands up in defense. "I swear, that isn't me doc." He assured him only to feel his spider senses tingling.

"He's right…" Said a new voice as the group looked around and saw a stream of electricity flowing through the room and it formed a bio-electric body that was feminine in form, and the body became human revealing their intruder. "I'm the cause of it." She told them as she grinned. This was Francine Frye, genius in bio-electric tech, otherwise known more as… Electro. "My, my, quite the find you have there." She told them.

"Oh man, of all the women in my life, why her?" Spidey asked in annoyance.

"How many women have you pissed off, exactly…?" Stephen asked him.

"Well, not counting Felicia, MJ, Gwen, or Silk… just her and Flint Marco's daughter." Spider-Man informed him.

"Look, I'm in a bit of a rush, so why don't you hand over the stranger and I'll be on my way." Francine said to them.

"Not a chance, Francine." Stephen declined as Wanda formed a barrier around them to keep her from getting to Raiden. "He needs medical attention, and you're only going to make it worse." He told her.

"Sorry, but I wasn't asking." She told him as she went to break through the barrier, only to feel Spider-Man's webs and pulled away as she turned towards him angrily. "Stay out of this Spider-Man, this doesn't concern you!" She yelled.

"Focus on the patient doc, I'll handle Electro!" He told him as she used an electric current to burn away the webs. She yelled as she charged towards him and went to strike him, but Spidey used his agility to avoid her attack as he shot a web bullet and covered her eyes as she yelped and hit the wall trying to get the webs off her eyes. "What do you want him for Francine? What happened to getting at me for not completing the bounty?" He asked her.

"Let's just say he's got me curious, his body is running like an electric current that is endless. Something like that could change how my powers work, and I will have him, even if I have to go through you!" She yelled as she shot a stream of electricity at him.

"WHOA!" Spider-Man swung away from it to keep himself from getting electrocuted. "Easy Zappy! I just had this suit made!" He exclaimed as he avoided another blast from her, she angrily lashed out at him trying to zap him. But the web slinger avoided her attacks as he quickly swung behind her and kicked her hard as he punched her hard.

Wanda watched as they fought one another as Stephen focused all his magic into healing Raiden. "Wanda, I'll need you to extract the magic within the wound before I close the stitches." He told her.

"But it's a kind of magic that we've never encountered before, you sure it is wise to meddle with it?" She asked him.

"We need answers Wanda, and he's the only one who can provide them." He replied as he put one more stitch into his chest. "Okay, now… concentrate your magic and pull out the infection." He ordered as Wanda exhaled and focused all of her magic to extract the infection from Raiden's body. As she extracted it, she examined the magic seeing its form as she was immediately shocked by how evil it was.

"This… magic… pure evil, much like Dormammu. But it is different all together." She explained as she continued to extract it, but her attention was drawn away as she saw Spider-Man crash against the wall near them as he let out a painful grunt.

He groaned but saw Electro charging up and yelled as she shot a bolt towards him, he quickly avoided it and swung away as he shot two lines from both web shooters and pulled hard towards her as he landed a hard kick against her chest, cracking her suits energy source. She let out a grunt as she got angry as her body became bio-electric and she blasted him away. "You got lucky the last few times, Spider, but nothing will stop me from achieving my goal. Not even YOU!" She yelled as she blasted him.

Spider-Man jumped up avoiding the electric bolt as it destroyed a few priceless relics in its path, earning a disapproving look from Doctor Strange. "Hey, careful! Those relics were priceless!" He yelled.

"Sorry Doc!" Spidey replied only to get grabbed by Electro. "OH SHIT!" He cried as Electro yelled as she threw him hard against a wall, slamming him against it as he cried out painfully. Electra saw him falling which made her charge towards him and grab him by his suit and hold him up. He groaned as he weakly raised his head and looked at her. "I'd say thank you… but that would mean you did something selfless." He told her.

"Maybe because you're worth more to me alive, for the most part at least." She told him as she looked towards Stephen and Wanda. "Now that I got your attention, lower your magic barrier, or Spider-Man perishes… this I swear to you." She told them.

"You forget who you're talking to Francine Frye, until I've properly treated him, he's not going anywhere." Stephen told her.

But the female lightning conductor narrowed her eyes as she lowered herself down and held Spider-Man by his shoulders. "Then I suggest you work fast, Doctor Strange… otherwise." She sends a jolt of electricity through his body hearing him scream, making Stephen and Wanda's eyes widen as he went through the painful torture. "Your friend isn't going to last much longer." She warned them as she stopped electrocuting him.

"Alright! Alright… just give me 2 minutes." Stephen pleaded.

"No tricks, wizard… or Spider-Man dies in your house today." She warned him as Stephen nodded at her and focused on healing Raiden, Wanda turned to help extract what remains of the dark matter within the wound.

She turned towards Stephen with a worried look on her face. "You sure she'll be true to her word?" She asked him.

"At this point, I wouldn't trust Electro with any of the relics in my home. "Stephen replied as he glanced towards Electro, seeing her messing with a window that opens to different parts of the world, feeling mildly impressed as she would take the window to use to plot vacation plans. "But if we are to save Peter, we need to work fast, cause we only have 1 minute and 29 seconds remaining." He told her.

Wanda nodded in understanding and focused on extracting the last remaining bits of dark matter from the wound. Once it was fully extracted, the dark matter was sealed away by Wanda's magic into another dimension. "Alright, close the wound." She told him as Stephen nodded his head and pulled the magic strings together and stitched the wound closed.

"Alright, now to-" Before Stephen could finish, Electro threw Spider-Man towards Wanda as he went through the barrier and crashed against Wand as she grunted and fell down while the barrier went down. Stephen saw it and looked towards Electro and formed magic glyphs. "I haven't finished with the procedure Francine!" He yelled.

"Don't need you to… I can finish the rest myself, and then… I will find out what power he has, and use it for myself!" She went to grab Raiden, but her hand was immediately stopped when Raiden's hand shot up and grabbed her by her wrist.

She was immediately stunned by this development as Raiden's eyes opened as they were glowing brightly, the wound on his chest began to heal when he felt the electric current from Electro's suit. Once it was fully healed, he pushed Electro back as she screamed and slammed against the wall of the Sanctum. She shook her head and looked at him, seeing him levitate into the air as he fixed his clothes and summoned his straw hat to him and put it on. "If you want my power, you will have to earn it." He informed her.

Hearing this as a challenge, how could Electro refuse it? She grinned as she charged up her suit, it flickered a bit but she managed to get it in working condition again. "Alright then, let's see what you got." She dashed towards him and went to punch him, Raiden deflected her punch as he watched her go for an axe chop kick. He blocked it with both his arms and slide kicked her making her scream and hit the ground.

Spider-Man groaned as he shook his head from the voltage he got from Electro and looked towards the battle, seeing Raiden and Electro going at it as Raiden blocked and deflected her attacks and swung a roundhouse kick against her face, making her stumble back as she sends bolts of electricity towards him. He managed to absorb them as he felt stronger from her attacks, and sent it back at her twice as strong as her eyes widened from seeing it. She evaded the attacks and ran from his shots, she engulfed her body in bio-electric energy shielding herself from his next attack as she slid across the room.

Spider-Man was dumbfounded from what he was seeing and looked towards Stephen. "Uhh, Doc…? That was some fast healing you did there." He said, still feeling shocked.

"It was… but the rest was all him. Once the wound was stitched and before Electro could get a hold of him, he finished the rest himself after we extracted the dark magic." Stephen explained as he watched Raiden avoid Electro's attacks and leaned back as he deflected a kick from her, he saw her going for a wild haymaker, but he teleported from where he stood and appeared behind her.

Electro was stunned as Raiden blasted her from behind causing her to writhe as Spider-Man saw he was making a mistake. He quickly swung into action and shot towards Raiden and snared his arms stopping him from blasting Electro. "Whoa, hold on there pal, you don't want to do that." He told him.

"You dare to speak to me in such a manner?" Raiden asked him as he electrocuted the webs off.

"Look, all I'm saying is you're making a huge mistake in what you were doing." Spidey replied to him.

"And why is that, praytell?" Raiden asked only to feel something as he and Spider-Man turned towards Electro, who's bio-electric body was beginning to grow more powerful as she looked at herself and began to chuckle as she unleashed streams of lightning.

Spidey's eyes widened upon seeing it as he and Raiden looked at each other. "That's why… I've been dealing with her for years, she can be pretty relentless since that bounty was placed on my head during that time." He explained.

"Then how did you defeat her last time?" Raiden asked.

"Well, I have multiple ways of stopping her, either drain her suit of its power, or to take her suit from her." Spider-Man told him as he looked towards Electro. "But something tells me that option two is out of the question." He mentioned

Raiden turned to her as his eyes glowed and lightning formed within his hands. "Then let us weaken her enough so that I may drain her suit." Raiden offered.

"Good idea." Spidey agreed with him as he shot his webs and swung towards Electro as she went to stun him. He quickly avoided the bolts of lightning that she gained from Raiden, he maneuvered around the bolts to avoid getting shocked by her like last time.

He then shot his web bullets at her to web her up, she struggled feeling the webs around her. "You little shit, I'm gonna-" Before she could break free, she could feel the energy she received being drained by Raiden as he tried to take it back from her. "Oh no, you are not going to steal this from me!" She yelled as she broke free of the webs and dashed behind him and kicked him in his back, Raiden yelled out from it as Electro went to strike him in his head.

The Thunder God quickly turned around and grabbed her wrist, bending it as she cried out from it. He soon bent her arm behind her back as he drained her of her energy, but she managed to kick him at his knee and get her arm free as she kneed him in the face. He let out a painful grunt as he blocked and deflected her next attack. "This power doesn't belong to you, you have no discipline!" He told her as he drained more of the energy from her suit.

She struggled from it as her bio-electric body began to revert back to her original form, she panicked as Raiden hit her a few times and enhanced his hands with lightning and jabbed at her nerve points in her arm to make her go numb. She grunted in pain from the fast jabs he gave her as she held her left arm and backed away, she looked at it as she tried to move it. "I can't move my arm, what the hell did you do to me?!" She asked him.

"I merely paralyzed your arm, it will get its feeling back in an hour or so." Raiden told her as Electro growled angrily and yelled as she threw her right wild haymaker at him, to which he used an elbow block and slammed that elbow against her face and punched her in her abdomen and kicked her towards Spider-Man.

"Heads up!" Spider-Man yelled as he swung around and kicked her hard in the face, she screamed as she crashed against the ground and fell unconscious from the impact. She let out a small groan as Spider-Man approached her with Raiden. "She was always trouble for me… she could have used that tech for a greater purpose, instead she aimed it towards villainy." He said, feeling disappointed in her.

"Not all can live a good life, but if she were under my guidance? She could have been a perfect warrior." Raiden replied to him as he looked towards Stephen and Wanda. "Am I to assume that you two were the ones responsible for my recovery?" He asked them.

"We are, we were trying to help you heal when Electro showed up." Wanda explained.

"Electro…?" Raiden asked.

"Her real name is Francine Frye." Stephen answered as he approached the Thunder God. "A brilliant mind in electrical-engineering, till opportunity knocked when someone placed a bounty on Parker's head here." He gestured to Spider-Man.

Raiden looked towards him while Peter removed his mask giving the doc a disapproving look. "Strange, you know better than to reveal my identity in front of unknown guests." He told him, showing just how disappointed he was.

Raiden looked at the young man as he turned towards him. "For one so young, you possess a lot of skill. Who taught you?" He asked him.

"Oh, I actually taught myself, learned a lot of parkour, watched a few kung fu movies to see how I can perfect my technique." Peter explained.

Raiden nodded in understanding as he observed him and his outfit as he walked around him. "Your attire is of course strange, but with a few adjustments, you could be worthy of the Shaolin Order." He told him.

"Really?" Peter asked eagerly but quickly adjusted his composure. "I-I mean… I competed in a trial where Danny had to earn the title of King of K'un L'un. But Scorpion poisoned him with something that made him temporarily go blind, so Danny chose me to participate in his place." He explained.

"Scorpion…? Surely there must be some mistake." Raiden said.

"There is no mistake… Scorpion was a skilled warrior in K'un L'un, but when Daniel Rand left, hatred and spite filled Scorpion's heart and he lashed out like his name sake." Stephen explained.

Raiden held his hand as he put the pieces together in his mind, figuring out exactly what was going on as he looked to the sorcerer supreme. "Then clearly this is not the Scorpion that I know." He mentions.

This immediately piqued Peter's interest as he walked up in front of him. "Hold up, the Scorpion you know? We talkin' like a different Scorpion here?" He asked him.

"Yes, Hanzo Hasashi… he was a leader of a noble clan of ninja known as the Shirai Ryu. But he, his family and his clan were ruthlessly murdered in the dead of night, by a clan known as the Lin Kuei. A clan of assassins that were thought to have been led by the most feared of their warriors… Sub-Zero." Raiden explained.

Even the name of Sub-Zero sent a cold chill down Peter's spine as he shuddered and rubbed his arms. "Boy, a name like that definitely scares me." He commented.

"Hold on, when you said they thought they were being led by Sub-Zero, do you mean to tell us that someone else led the assassination?" Stephen asked.

"Yes, the true culprit was an evil sorcerer named Quan Chi, he used sorcery to hide his identity, to make the once noble clan of assassins do what he wanted." Raiden answered.

Wanda was surprised by what he learned as she held her head and sat down on the staircase. "I can't believe they would follow a mad man like that." She stated and looked towards Raiden. "What became of Hanzo…?"

"After his death, Hanzo's soul descended into the Netherrealm, the farthest reaches of Hell. Endlessly searching for revenge… it was then he became the ninja specter, Scorpion. He found Bi Han, the first Sub-Zero, and killed him at the ancient tournament, known as Mortal Kombat." Raiden told them.

It was then that Peter snickered at the name of the tournament. "You serious…?" He asked him.

"When the fate of all the realms are on the line, would you take it seriously?" Raiden asked him.

Pondering over his question, it was then Peter saw the seriousness in his eyes, despite the fact that they were glowing with an intense light. "Uhh, now that you look at me with those scary looking eyes, then yeah, I probably should." He said, backing away in fear.

Meanwhile Stephen was putting all the pieces together, the realm tears, the background behind Raiden's explanation, it led to one possible theory. "That explains everything I saw in your memories, your allies, your enemies, this Mortal Kombat tournament? None of you exist in our reality." He told him.

But this made Raiden confused on the subject. "Reality…?" He asked him.

"Yes, it's called the Multiverse Theory, different Earth's with different realities. Where there are alternate versions of ourselves, some where we are god, evil, dead, alive, retired, or still children but are heroes while young Parker here would be an adult." Stephen explained and looked at the Thunder God. "But in your reality however, we probably don't even exist." He told him.

Raiden nodded his head in understanding the situation. "It certainly explains my current location, and why the lot of you dress the way you do." He told them.

"But the question remains, how did you come to be here?" Asked Wanda.

"That my dear… is a long story to tell." Raiden told her.

"Well you can start by telling us who you are, my name is Wanda Maximoff, also known as the Scarlet Witch. This is my mentor, Doctor Stephen Strange, the Sorcerer Supreme." She introduced him.

Raiden raised a curious brow towards Stephen as he walked towards him. "I've had encounters with sorcerers in the past, and none of them, like Quan Chi, are very trustworthy," He told him.

"Well, you will find I am nothing like Quan Chi, or the other sorcerers you encountered." Stephen assured him.

"So it would seem." Raiden replied and looked towards Peter. "Peter Parker, is it?" He asked him.

"O-Oh, yeah, I'm Peter… My friends and the people in New York know me as Spider-Man." He introduced himself.

"Which explains the attire." Raiden pointed out as he looked at all three before him. "I am Raiden, God of Thunder and Protector of Earthrealm." He introduced himself.

Peter was immediately taken aback by his title as he looked towards Stephen. "Did he just say, God of Thunder?" He asked him.

"Yes, he certainly did. Looks like Thor is gonna have some competition." He replied.

"You have another thunderer in this reality?" Raiden asked.

"Yes, of the Norse variety." Stephen told him.

"I see… in any case, let's not waste any time, I have much to explain." Raiden told them as he explained everything to the three who stood before him. Hearing his tale of the tournament, the Elder Gods, even the Kamidogu that almost unleashed the One Being.

Even how he had to destroy the Earthrealm Kamidogu to prevent his return, Stephen began to understand the gravity of the situation of the realm tears that were around the world. "This explains everything, when you destroyed the Earthrealm Kamidogu, you must've opened the dimensional fabric which caused you to appear in our reality." He theorized.

"Yes, which is why I need to find my colleagues and return them to Earthrealm, immediately. Shinnok will not wait to find the Kamidogu again, he will use all manner of man or beast to find them. To fulfill his destiny and destroy all of reality." Raiden explained the seriousness of the situation.

"Then your allies could be scattered all across the globe, they could be anywhere at this point." Peter said to him.

Pondering over that little dilemma, Stephen quickly came up with a solution as he snapped his fingers. "Or some of them could be nearby." He told him as he walked to the center of the room and used his magic glyphs to form a map of the world.

Raiden was surprised to see his form of magic as he approached and touched it. "By the Elder Gods." He said in amazement.

"Wanda, see if you can trace any residual magic matching that of Raiden's magic signature." Stephen told her as he put his focus on New York, further surprising the Thunder God.

Wanda focused her magic into tracing Raiden's magic on certain areas in New York as she managed to find four of them in the area. "I have four signatures, and they seem to be in two locations. The closest ones are in Chinatown, while the others are in the Flatiron District." She pinpointed their locations.

"We'll have to split up, Peter, you go with Raiden to Chinatown." Stephen ordered him.

"Hold up, why do I go to Chinatown with Thunder God 2.0?" Peter asked.

"Because where we're heading is the Daily Bugle, and do you want to deal with J Jonah Jameson?" Stephen asked him.

Peter felt an internal monkey scream in his head, knowing that going to the Bugle would ultimately bring him down for good. "Well, when you put it that way? Chinatown it is." He said as he put on his mask and looked towards Raiden. "So Ray, are you ready to go?" He asked him.

Raiden looked towards him and walked over grabbing his shoulder. "Be still, this may sting a little." He told him while raising his hand.

"Wait, sting? What do you-" Before Spider-Man could ask, streams of lightning came down upon both of them, and they instantly vanished before Stephen's and Wanda's eyes.

Both of them were surprised by his way of teleportation, even Thor would show a fit of jealousy for it. "Well, we better get to the Flatiron District quickly before anything happens." Stephen suggested as he used his magic to open a portal to the Daily Bugle and walked through it with Wanda. But Stephen quickly thought back to Electro and turned towards her as she was still unconscious on the ground. "Oops, almost forgot." He formed a portal underneath her as she fell through and landed in her cell on the RAFT.

(New York - Chinatown)

In Chinatown, lightning came down upon one of the buildings as Raiden and Spider-Man appeared as they stepped out. Spider-Man stepped away from the lightning as he looked at himself, feeling unscathed by the lightning. "Whoa, got hit by a bolt of lightning and walked away without so much as getting electrocuted." He commented.

"You'll still be feeling it for a moment, but you'll be alright." Raiden told him as he looked around the area. "They are close, I can feel their aura…" He said as he looked around.

"Yeah, but… how will we know who we're looking for? I never even met your allies, and I don't know what they look like." Spider-Man mentioned, unaware someone was sneaking around in the shadows behind them.

"I wouldn't worry, one of them is… close." Raiden answered as Spider-Man was confused, but his spider senses started tingling as he felt something was approaching him from behind. He quickly leapt over what appeared to be a steel fan, he snared it with his webs and pulled it towards him as he grabbed it.

He turned to the source as he held the fan in his hand. "Alright pal, don't know who you are, but you better come out before I-" Before he could continue, the figure stepped out revealing herself as Kitana. Spider-Man's eyes widened upon seeing her as his imagination took over, feeling his heart thumping out of his chest like a random cartoon gag. "I… I-I… oh wow…" He commented.

"Step away from Lord Raiden, stranger." She told him as she pulled out her second fan and opened it. "Or I will take your head." She threatened him.

"Stand down Kitana, he is a friend." Raiden told her as he took the fan from Spider-Man and gave it back to her. "His appearance, as strange as it may be, he helped save my life." He told her.

Kitana looked towards Spider-Man as she took her fan from him. "You saved him? Quite scrawny for one so young." She pointed out.

"Hey! I got some muscle on me, and your friend here would have been a stain on the pavement if it weren't for me." He replied to her and looked towards Raiden. "Sheesh Ray, you could have warned me one of your allies was such a-" Before he could finish the insult, Kitana held one of her fans to his throat to stop him. He panicked knowing she was deadly to the point she scared him, and she knew it too. He couldn't risk getting on her bad side, so he decided to play it cool. "Such a charming and nice person." He forced a compliment, even though he was clearly lying through his teeth.

"Remember that the next time you choose to say an insult that will cost you your life." She told him as she closed the fan that was almost near his throat, causing him to gulp as she turned towards Raiden. "Lord Raiden, thank goodness you're alive." She said as she bowed to him.

"Princess Kitana, it is good to see you are alive as well." He replied.

Hearing the title caused Spider-Man to hear another internal monkey scream in his head as his eyes widened. "PRINCESS?!" He asked as he grabbed Raiden and pulled him away. "She's a princess?! She looks more like an assassin!" He yelled.

"That's because she is, she was trained in the deadly arts for Outworld. But now she uses her skills to defend Earthrealm." He explained.

Spider-Man paused as he thought about it, he came to the conclusion that she may not be as bad as she appears. "Ah, well that explains it. But how did she find us?" He asked.

"I was focusing on trying to find Lord Raiden's chi, just how Liu Kang taught me." She explained.

"Where is Liu Kang…?" Raiden asked her.

"He's not far from here, I'll lead you to him." She said as she took off and parkoured over the vents, Raiden floated into the air and followed after her.

"Hey, wait for me!" Spider-Man swung after them to keep up.

Kitana ran along the rooftops as they followed her, she looked towards Spider-Man and grew curious as she looked towards Raiden. "Lord Raiden, who is this stranger?" She asked him.

"He goes by the name Spider-Man, but I will leave it at that. How far are we to Liu Kang's location?" He asked her.

"Not far, he's unconscious, but he's stable." She explained as she leapt to another building and slid under a few vents. As she ran towards the location with them. "I'm sure he's probably awake by now." She said as she reached the ledge and looked towards an apartment complex. "He's there… someone is looking after him." She told him.

"Do you know who?" Raiden asked.

"I sure do, I know who lives in that apartment." Spider-Man swung down and landed on a billboard. "That's Shang Chi's place, he's a good guy, believe me, but his family is a bit rough." He explained.

"Then let us greet our host." Raiden suggested as he floated down to the apartment as Kitana and Spider-Man leapt to where Shang Chi's apartment was.

Meanwhile in the apartment, Liu Kang was lying on a bed, unconscious from his previous battle with Shinnok. A young man soon approached with a pot of tea, this was Shang Chi, the Master of Kung Fu, and the Wielder of the Ten Rings. He poured the tea within a cup as he awaited Kitana's return, till he suddenly heard a knock at his window and saw Spider-Man and Kitana as Raiden appeared in the window. He walked over and opened the window for them, poking his head out as he looked at them. "Kitana, welcome back." He said.

"Thank you Shang Chi, I found who I was looking for." She gestured to Raiden as he floated down and landed on the fire escape.

Shang Chi looked at the Thunder God and stepped through seeing him in his armor. "So this is Raiden… much more intimidating in person than you described." He said to her as he looked towards Spider-Man. "Peter, good to see you again." He told him.

"Hey Shang, how's your house guest?" Spider-Man asked him.

"Still unconscious upon his arrival, the hole in the apartment complex is going to cost everyone a lot in repair bills." He informed him and looked towards Raiden. "Master Raiden…" He bowed to him in respect. "It is an honor to meet you." He told him.

Raiden bowed to him showing the same form of respect. "It is an honor to meet you, Shang Chi" He told him as he looked up to him. "May I see my student?" He asked him.

"Yes, come in." He invited them in as Raiden walked inside through the window as Kitana and Spider-Man walked in as he removed his mask and saw the hole in the ceiling.

"Boy, you weren't kidding Shang." Peter pointed out as he leapt towards the ceiling, hanging upside down as he looked up through the hole seeing that Liu Kang fell three floors through the building. "Wow… that is definitely gonna be a lot of money for the repair bill." He commented.

"I know, but I'll handle the payments so that everyone won't have to." Shang Chi replied as he poured tea for him and Kitana. He turned towards Raiden, seeing him standing over Liu Kang growing curious about him. "Kitana, you said he was a god, what kind of god exactly?" He asked her.

"He is a God of Thunder, the Protector of Earthrealm, and he is Liu Kang's mentor. He helped train Liu Kang in the White Lotus Society in the ways of the Shaolin, I almost beat him when we first fought each other." She explained.

"Almost killed him, you mean…?" Raiden asked as he summoned his power into his hands and kneeled down to Liu Kang.

Peter was surprised as he looked towards Kitana, who looked away not feeling very pleased with her past history. "You almost killed him?!" He asked her.

"It was during the tenth tournament, I was under orders from Shao Kahn!" Kitana yelled as she looked away. "Until I learned of my fathers treachery when he created Mileena." She pointed out.

Shang Chi looked towards Raiden as he focused all his power into healing Liu Kang's injuries, he walked over and watched seeing his injuries being healed. "Incredible… I've seen many healing methods, but nothing like this." He said, feeling astonished.

"My power has many uses, not just for defeating my enemies." Raiden explained as he focused on healing Liu Kang's injuries. "What happened before he dropped in?" He asked him.

"Glad you asked, you see… I was busy practicing everything I learned from my father in regards to Kung Fu. Till out of nowhere…" Shang Chi began to explain.

(Flashback - Half an hour ago)

Shang Chi was practicing in his room as he listened to soothing music as he followed the rhythm of the music, his eyes were closed as he was steely focused on his martial arts. But his focus was soon disrupted as his eyes snapped open and he sensed someone falling through the ceiling above him. He quickly flipped through the air as Liu Kang crashed through the ceiling, Shang Chi quickly used the Ten Rings to catch him before he could crash through the floor.

He held Liu Kang up with the rings and carefully set him down on the floor and walked over, kneeling to him as he saw the injuries around him. "Oh god… hey!" He picked him up and carried him over to the bed and set him down. "Jesus, this is bad… I can't call a hospital, he's probably not in the database." He said as he rushed to gather the materials he could get from the first aid kit, but before he could proceed, Kitana shot down through the hole in the ceiling and kicked at him.

He rolled across the floor and saw her as Kitana took on her fighting stance and unfolded her steel fans. "Get away from him!" She yelled as she sliced at him with her fans, Shang Chi summoned the rings to him and quickly blocked her blades to protect himself from her.

He saw her come at him again as he rolled away and flipped up as he got onto his feet. "Wait-!" He blocked one of her fans as she threw it at him and he deflected the other one as he avoided getting stabbed. "Hold on, this is all a big misunderstanding!" He yelled as he avoided being stabbed.

"Spare me your lies!" She unfolded both her fans and pushed a gust of wind at him as it knocked him up into the air, this literally caught him off guard as he tried to balance himself. Kitana leapt up and swung her left leg, kicking him hard in the stomach as he let out a grunt and hit the ground.

He groaned from it but saw her stand over him, steel fans ready for the kill as he pushed against the wall using his rings to push him across the floor as he got back up and blocked her attacks as he summoned his rings back to him to deflect her fans as he swung a roundhouse kick at her. She redirected his kick as she snared his ankle and thrust a kick at his side, making him grunt in pain as she went to strike him from behind. Shang Chi quickly used one of his rings to block her attack as he swung a hard kick to her side, pushing her back as she let out a grunt. "Listen, I'm telling the truth, this is all a big misunderstanding. I'm not your enemy, or his." He told her.

"Then who are you?" She asked him, keeping her guard up.

"My name is Shang Chi, I only just found him, and right now, he needs medical treatment." He told her as he looked towards Liu Kang. "But I can't take him to a hospital, because it's more than likely that he isn't registered in the database." He explained.

Kitana looked at Liu Kang and put her steel fans away and walked over to him, she kneeled and saw the extent of his injuries as she saw how severe they were. "I know someone who can help him." She said as she turned towards Shang Chi. "But I will need time to find Raiden in order to bring him here, to heal him." She told him.

"Raiden…? I've heard of Raijin, but never Raiden." Shang Chi explained.

"You will find that the two are ultimately similar, I assure you. But right now, I need to work fast in finding him." Kitana said to him as she stepped towards the window and climbed out, she looked back to Shang Chi with a stern look. "If anything happens to him, you will answer to me." She warned him as she rushed out and leapt to the buildings outside and rushed to find Raiden, Shang Chi exhaled knowing that she would be true to her word.

(Flashback End)

"And just like that, she brought you to my home… or what's left of it." Shang Chi gestured to the hole in his ceiling as Peter was trying to repair it with his webs to prevent rain from falling in.

"I see… in any case, I should thank you for looking after my champion. He is a skilled warrior, much like yourself." Raiden explained as he focused on healing Liu Kang. "He faced many challenges, both simple and impossible odds." He stated as he finished healing his injuries, Liu Kang's eyes began to twitch as he started to awaken. His eyes slowly opened as he saw Raiden and Kitana standing over him. "Easy Liu Kang, you've taken a hard fall upon arriving here." He told him.

Liu Kang let out a painful groan as he slowly sat up, holding his head as he looked to his mentor. "Lord Raiden, you're healed… b-but how?" He asked.

"There is a lot to explain… but we must find the others so that I may give the full explanation." He replied to him.

Kitana meanwhile kneeled to him and touched his hand. "How are you feeling…?" She asked him.

"A little light headed from the explosion, but I'll be okay once it goes away." He told her as he looked at her. "But I'm just happy to see you most of all, Kitana." he said as he smiled at her and grasped her hand, to which Kitana happily grasped in return.

Shang Chi smiled for them as he soon noticed Peter trying to fight back his tears, letting out a chuckle as he nudged him. "Hey, no shame in crying." He told him.

"I'm not crying, just… just feeling a little misty, that's all." He replied.

It was then he got a call. "Spider-Man, this is White Tiger, come in!" She yelled on his comlink.

He wiped his eyes and quickly answered. "Ava, what's up?" He asked her.

"We got a problem, Danny, Luke and I are in East Chinatown, and something BIG just hit us." White Tiger answered.

"Big? Like Hulk big?" Peter asked her.

"About as big as Hulk, but this thing is like Abomination. Only it has four arms." White Tiger informed him.

Raiden heard it as he turned towards Peter with eyes widened. "Goro…" He commented.

Which confused Peter as he looked at the Thunder God. "Gor-Who?" He asked him.

"Prince Goro, a warrior from Outworld. The most powerful and feared of Shao Kahn's warriors, he killed many with his brute strength, including the Great Kung Lao before Liu Kang was chosen to fight against him in the tenth tournament." Raiden explained.

"But if he's here, then that would mean Shao Kahn isn't far behind." Kitana theorized.

"Okay, on a scale of 1 to 10, how bad is this Shao Kahn?" Shang Chi asked them.

"About 20… which leads to extreme." Liu Kang explained as he stood up and removed the bandages from around his body.

"You sure you should be moving around?" Peter asked him.

"Do not worry." Raiden answered as he walked up. "He is fully recovered thanks to me, now let's hurry before Goro destroys the city." He told them as Peter smiled and put on his mask.

(East Chinatown)

Meanwhile, White Tiger flipped back as Goro, the Shokan Prince tried to crush her with all four of his fists. He missed as he let out a menacing snarl, Luke Cage, or Power Man as he currently goes by, lunges towards the monstrous four armed brute as he tackled him against his torso. Goro felt it as he held his ground against the strong superhero, he growled as he grabbed ahold of him and raised him into the air as he roared out. "Oh shit! Iron Fist, a little help here!" He yelled out as he looked back, seeing him charge towards them.

"I got you covered!" He said as he yelled with a glowing fist and slammed it against Goro's face, knocking him away as he stumbled from it and landed against a car while Power Man landed on the ground. Iron Fist walked over to him and helped him up as he looked towards Goro, seeing him get back up even from his iron fist. He was stunned by this development as he could not believe his own eyes. "Impossible, my technique should have been able to knock him out." He stated.

This earned a chuckle from the Shokan as he stood up and turned to him, showing blood on his lip as he wiped it away. "It will take more than a glowing fist to take me down." He told them as he fixed his jaw, he snarled as he charged towards him as Iron Fist tried to leap away from the four armed brute. But Goro managed to grab hold of his leg and throw him over and slam him against the ground a few times and threw him towards a building, Iron Fist crashed against the wall and screamed in pain from it.

"DANNY!" White Tiger cried out as she leapt towards Goro and snarled as she extended her claws and scratched the Shokan's face, causing him to yell in pain, he growled angrily as he managed to grab her by her arm and slammed a fist against her stomach and another to her face as he slammed all three of her fists against her torso as he sent her flying across the street and slammed against a car.

She yelped in pain as she crashed against the window of the car, she went to get back up only to feel Goro grab her by her neck and keep her pinned down. She struggled as she tried to get free of his grip, but he was twice her size and three times as strong. "I'm going to enjoy tearing you and your friends apart." He told her.

"Hey, ugly!" Power Man yelled as Goro turned towards him, earning a hard sucker punch against his face as he flew across the street and slammed across the concrete as the shock made several cars shake and alarms went off from the impact. Power Man helped White Tiger up as she groaned from the pain she was feeling. "You okay Ava?" He asked her.

"I will be once I get some much needed payback." She replied as she fixed her back hearing several bones popping back into place, she turned towards Goro as he got back up from the ground shaking his head and turning to them. "I don't believe it, two of the strongest heroes with me, and not even their punches could bring him down?" She asked.

"It's clear he is tougher than he appears, we must exercise caution with this one." Iron Fist advised.

But Goro grinned as he walked towards them. "You three are strong, but you have no hope of victory against me, Goro, the Prince of the Shokan." He declared.

"You… a prince…? Please, I've seen prettier." White Tiger mocked him as Goro let out an angered growl and snarled as he charged towards them.

It was at that moment Spider-Man arrived on scene and swung towards Goro and shot webs into his eyes, making him yell from it as he tried to get the webs off. "Hey, easy there Four Arms, too bad you don't have four eyes!" He joked about him as he landed next to White Tiger and the others. "You guys okay?" He asked them.

"Yeah, just glad you could make it." Power Man replied.

"I didn't come alone." Spider-Man told them as he looked up seeing Raiden using his powers to transport Liu Kang, Kitana and Shang Chi. Liu Kang looked down towards Goro as he yelled and ripped the webs from his eyes, growling angrily as he looked up and saw them. The Shaolin Monk glared as he leapt and dove towards him, he yelled as he thrust his leg and kicked him hard in the chest as he proceeded with a bicycle kick against the Shokan's torso as he yelled and kicked him away.

Goro cried out as he crashed through a brick wall, Liu Kang landed on the ground and looked at where the Shokan Prince crashed while Raiden arrived with Kitana and Shang Chi. "For someone who's pure muscle, he was taken down with ease." Shang Chi commented.

"Be on guard, a Shokan is anything if not relentless." Raiden advised him and the others.

"Are you serious? You mean after the beating your friend there just gave that thing, he's still not down?" Power Man asked only to hear the bricks ahead of them moving, Goro soon burst out of the bricks and roared out angrily as he growled at Liu Kang. Power Man's eyes widened upon seeing it, knowing that he was rip roaring pissed. "Guess that answers my question." He stated.

Goro glared intensely towards Liu Kang, remembering how he humiliated him during the first tournament. "Liu Kang, so you did survive after trying to stop Shinnok." He said to him, clenching his fists in anger.

"You know of our journey to Netherrealm?" He asked him.

"All the realms know of it, and now that I've found you, I can finally have my revenge for the humiliation you put me through." the Shokan Prince declared as he cracked his knuckles.

White Tiger looked towards the Shaolin Monk curiously as she walked up. "You managed to humiliate him?" She asked him.

"Shokan are honorbound warriors in Outworld, to suffer defeat is humiliating enough to even have themselves banished." Liu Kang explained as he looked towards Goro. "And he's had it out for me since the tournament." He told her.

"And I am going to settle that debt, once and for all!" Goro snarled as he charged towards Liu Kang.

Spider-Man took this chance to leap over and shoot a web line to his face and landed behind. "Not so fast, ya big lug!" He yelled as he pulled him down as Goro yelled as he fell over and crashed against the ground. Spider-Man leapt into the air and shot webs at him to keep him pinned to the ground as he landed on top of the Shokan. "Now start talking, how is it you managed to get here?" He asked him.

"I believe I can answer that, Spider…" Said a familiar voice that Spider-Man immediately recognized as he looked towards the sky, seeing Green Goblin, or as he knew him, Norman Osborn. "I was expecting you to show up, but to bring friends?" He asked as he chuckled. "Makes it all the more interesting." He said with a sinister grin.

"Gobby, why am I not surpri-" Before Spider-Man could finish, Goro ripped through the webs and grabbed him by his neck and broke free of the webs and held him up. "Oh crap…!" He said while getting choked.

"I was fortunate to find my four armed friend here when I discovered something oh so valuable." Goblin said to him as he pulled out what appeared to be the Outworld Kamidogu.

That earned Raiden's attention when he saw it in his hands. "The Outworld Kamidogu!" He shouted.

"Ahhh, so that's what this is?" Goblin looked at the relic and grinned towards him. "Now you may be wondering, how did I come across such a relic? Interesting story I will admit, I was in my lab when it happened. I was upgrading my glider, when out of nowhere this relic crashed into the lab. I didn't know where it came from, but the moment I touched it… it transported me to a different world." He explained.

(Flashback)

An hour before Raiden arrived, Norman Osborn, was working on the upgrades to his glider. He tuned up the engines on the thrusters when all of a sudden, something crashed into through the roof of his lab. Causing him to revert to his goblin form as he walked towards it and saw it as the Outworld Kamidogu, he did not know what it was, but he reached over to the relic and grabbed hold of it and pulled it out of the crater it made.

He was intrigued by it as he examined it, but as he examined it, the relic glowed purple and his eyes widened as the relic's magic transported him to a different world. Everywhere he looked, the world was surrounded by a dark purple sky, an ocean of blood, and piles of corpses. He recognized a battlefield when he saw it, his attention soon turned towards the fortress as he grew curious. But before he could proceed towards the fortress, something else caught his attention as he turned towards a group of vicious warriors that were approaching him. They were the Tarkatan horde, leading them was the strongest of their race, Baraka. "State your business, stranger!" He snarled at him.

Goblin looked at him and smirked knowing it would be unwise to attack him, so he came up with a plan to earn his favor. "Pardon my intrusion friend, but I seem to have been transported here against my understanding." He explained.

"You are on the shores of Sun Do, in the realm of Outworld. Ruled by our Emperor, Shao Kahn! And you are no friend of mine, creature." Baraka informed him.

"Emperor, eh…? Then perhaps I can request an audience with your emperor?" Goblin asked him.

"The only way to meet with Shao Kahn is to earn the right." Baraka told him as he extended his blades from his arms, to which Goblin was intrigued. He grinned as he stood ready for him as Baraka snarled and lashed at him with his blades, but Goblin narrowly avoided his attacks as he deflected them a few times.

He grinned as he avoided his blade again and grabbed one of his blades and pulled his arm back and punched him hard in the face, knocking him down as Baraka let out a painful scream. Goblin grabbed him by his leg and snarled, throwing him towards his horde as he crashed against them.

Baraka groaned from his attack as he looked towards Goblin as he snarled angrily and got back up, he ran towards him to cut him to pieces. But Goblin reached behind him and pulled out a few pumpkin bombs and threw them at him, Baraka slashed at them to keep them from reaching him. But upon striking them, they combusted as they let out a horrifying shriek with each explosion as they knocked the Tarkatan leader around.

He soon hit the ground as he let out a painful groan as he went to get back up, but Goblin placed a foot on his head and pinned him down to the ground. The Green Goblin grinned as he kept him down as he kneeled down, applying more pressure against his head. "Now then, I believe I have earned the right to meet with your emperor. Take me to him." He demanded as the horde surrounded him.

They prepared to stab him to death, but Baraka held up a hand to stop them. "Khut! Nar kombat trakka!" He spoke in his native language as Goblin saw them back down. He looked at Baraka and took his foot off as Baraka stood up showing his burnt skin from the bombs. "You have earned your chance to meet the emperor, but the next time we fight, no toys." He told him as he walked away, leading the Green Goblin.

(Shao Kahn's Fortress)

Baraka and Green Goblin walked into the throne room of Shao Kahn, and once Goblin looked upon the throne and who sat upon it, he could feel the raw power of this menacing brute that sat before him. Shao Kahn opened his eyes and saw him as he approached along side Baraka, Shang Tsung looked at Goblin as he was mildly unimpressed with his appearance. "What have you brought to us this time, Baraka?" He asked him.

"Even I am not certain, but he is strong, I believe he comes from Earthrealm." He explained.

"He looks nothing like the Earthrealmers we have seen, if anything, he looks like he is from Outworld." Shang Tsung commented.

"Outworld…? Is that the name of this world? Quite fitting." Goblin complimented.

"Flattery will get you nowhere, creature. Now, who, or what are you?" Shao Kahn asked him.

"So glad you asked, I am Norman Osborn, but as you can see from my appearance. I am what some would call a Goblin." Goblin explained.

"Hmmm, very well, Goblin… how did you get here?" The emperor asked.

"Interesting you should ask… it was by this rather unique relic that came into my possession." Goblin revealed the Outworld Kamidogu.

This surprised Shang Tsung as he approached. "How did you get that?!" He demanded to know.

"It fell into my lab when I was upgrading my glider, and it got me here. What is it, may I ask?" Goblin asked curiously.

"It is the Kamidogu of our world, but my emperor gave it to Shinnok, believing all the realms will be brought under his rule. But after the invasion, we were forced back here while Shinnok was secretly stealing the Earthrealm Kamidogu. We felt a strange surge of magic expanding across the realms." Shang Tsung explained.

"Magic…? Like Thor Odinson and Doctor Strange?" Goblin asked.

Shao Kahn grew curious as he stood up from his throne and walked towards the Goblin. "We do not know this Thor, or Doctor Strange. But if they are enemies of yours, perhaps we can help with said enemies. If you are willing to help us against ours." He offered.

Goblin thought about it for a second, he was of course his best chance of returning to Earth, and who was he to pass up an opportunity? Goblin grinned as he extended his hand to the emperor. "The enemy of my enemy, will be my ally." He said as Shao Kahn smirked and reached over grabbing him by his forearm. "I will need to bring one of your minions to show your might." He told him.

"I have just the warrior… Goro!" Shao Kahn yelled as Goblin looked to the halls hearing large footsteps as Goro, the Prince of the Shokan, approached the throne room. Goblin was impressed by the massive four armed brute as he approached him. "Our general will join you to Earthrealm, and he will show you our power." He told him, Osborn grinned as he clenched his fists, knowing this will be well worth it.

(End Flashback)

"And that is how Goro came to be here." Goblin finished his explanation.

"You fool, whatever bargain you struck with Shao Kahn, he will later turn on you!" Liu Kang exclaimed.

But he earned an amused chuckle from Osborn as he hid the Outworld Kamidogu, "Not unless I give them a good reason to keep me alive." Goblin replied as he looked towards Goro. "Goro, playtime is over, finish Spider-Man," He yelled.

"With pleasure." Goro replied as he held Spider-Man by his neck and waist, causing him to choke a grunt as he felt his body being slowly ripped in half. "Time for you to meet your end, hero." He said to him as he pulled harder.

Spider-Man felt it as he struggled to get free. "H-Hold on! Can I have a final request?" He asked him.

"Make it fast." He told him as he loosened his grip around his neck.

Taking the chance to catch his breath, Spider-Man exhaled as he looked at Goro. "Do you know the meaning of" watch your back?" He asked as he shot his webs at a mailbox and pulled it back as the mailbox hit him in the back of his head, Goro's grip loosened as Spider-Man got free as he kicked the Shokan hard in the face as he swung away from the Shokan warrior.

Raiden summoned lightning into his hands and blasted Green Goblin, but the super villain dodged the lightning and shot a few pumpkin bombs towards him. Raiden saw it as he flew away from the bombs as they flew towards him, sending lightning at them as it touched the bombs and combusted as they let out irritating shrieks. Goblin chuckled as he chased after Raiden, meanwhile Goro attacked the heroes that stood against him, along with Liu Kang and Kitana as Liu Kang shot dragon fire at the Shokan as he shielded himself from the flames.

He roared out and grabbed a car as he raised it above him and threw it towards Kitana, but Power Man got in the way and caught the car as he slid back and held it in the air. Groaning as he held it up, he gathered his strength and pushed back as he threw it back towards Goro as he quickly knocked it away as he roared out and charged at him. He throws his fists at him as Power Man avoided his attacks and blocked his second left arm, only to get punched in the face by the upper left arm as his shades shattered upon impact. He saw it and glared at him as Goro went to punch him again, only to catch his fists as he held him back as he shook the sunglasses off his head and showed his glare. "I liked those." He said as he pulled back his right fists and punched him hard in the face.

Goro let out a grunt as he backed away as Power Man charged at him and went to strike at him again, only to see Goro grab his arms and raise him up into the air as he held him by his waist and tried to pull his arms from his shoulders. But to his surprise, he wasn't screaming in pain, almost as though he couldn't feel it as he tried to rip him apart. Power Man glared as he raised his right leg and kicked him in Goro's chest as he let the masculine hero go while Iron Fist charged towards the Shokan alongside White Tiger.

The two got closer to the Shokan as White Tiger leapt above him and slashed at his chest with her claws, leaving deep cuts as Goro yelled in pain from it and backed away while Iron Fist surrounded both his hands with a magic glowing aura, and punched him several times against his abdomen as his muscles contracted from the pain he was receiving from the young warrior. Goro roared angrily as he went to crush him. Kitana leapt over Iron Fist as she unfolded one of her steel fans as she slashed at his face, leaving a deep cut in his right cheek.

Goro groaned in pain as Liu Kang leapt and slammed a fiery kick against his chest and punched him hard as Goro fell back and slammed against an auto body shop. Liu Kang landed on the ground as Iron Fist walked up to him as he saw Goro was inside the auto body shop, with a car on top of him. "Quite the technique, Jeet Kun Do?" He asked him.

"One of many Shaolin techniques, but that won't be enough to bring this monster down." Liu Kang replied as Goro pushed the car off of him and got up glaring at them.

Power Man was stunned from seeing how he survived. "Unbelievable." He commented.

"He took all that beating and he's still standing, what's it gonna take to beat this guy?!" Spider-Man asked, feeling infuriated.

"More than taking an Earthrealm transportation on top of his head." Kitana replied.

Goro chuckled as he walked towards them. "As the most powerful Shokan Warrior, and General to armies of Outworld, I have survived much worse." He told them only to hear a roar above him, he looked up to the rooftops seeing something falling towards him.

He saw it falling fast towards him as he quickly leapt back as the object slammed against the ground, causing a massive shockwave as dust flew into the air as a crater was made while cars were shaking from the impact. Liu Kang and the others shielded themselves from it as they looked to the cause as the dust slowly cleared, Liu Kang's eyes widened seeing a massive, masculine green giant standing in the crater as he panted and growled as he stood up. "AAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHHH!" The giant brute roared out showing his masculine form.

"By the Elder Gods…!" Liu Kang said in shock as he looked at the creature.

"Hulk! So good to see you bud!" Spider-Man said to him as Hulk looked towards him.

Liu Kang went on the defensive believing him an enemy as flames surrounded his fists, but Spider-Man stopped him from attacking "Whoa, easy Liu! It's okay, he's a friend… most of the time. But he won't attack you if you don't provoke him." He assured him.

"He's telling the truth." Said a new voice as a suit of armor flew down and floated in mid air. "He's with us." He told them, this was Iron Man, otherwise known as Tony Stark, Billionaire, playboy, philanthropist, as well as the genius behind Stark Industries. Appearing alongside him was a man dressed in red white and blue, carrying a shield with the same colors, with a star in the center of it.

This was Captain Steve Rogers, otherwise known more commonly as Captain America, the First Avenger. Arriving on scene was a beautiful redhead dressed in a black suit with a red widow emblem on her buckle, this was Natasha Romanoff, known to all as the Black Widow. The next to appear was an archer as he landed on the rooftop and aimed an arrow as he wore a deep purple uniform. This was Clint Barton, known more as Hawkeye. Lightning formed through the sky as everyone looked up and saw a warrior descending from the sky with a hammer as it generated the lightning. He had long blond hair, dawned a red cape, and norse armor around him. This was Thor Odinson, son of Odin, and defender of Asgard. "Friends… this is no ordinary villain we are facing." He said to them, landing on the ground.

Goro looked upon the Earth's Mightiest Heroes but looked mostly at Hulk as he let out a growl and stood up. He cracked his knuckles as he cracked his neck. "I don't know why you are, creature… but your head will make an excellent trophy." He told him.

Hulk smirked upon hearing it. "Come and take it then." He told him as he walked towards him, Goro happily obliged as he started charging. Hulk charged at him and snarled as he and Goro leapt towards each other, both creatures collided with each other as a massive shockwave through the city.

The shockwave ran through the city as J. Jonah Jaminson was giving his usual banter. "Breaking news, that web slinging menace and his friends are causing chaos through Chinatown against a four armed menace never seen before. And this just in, the Hulk and the Avengers are involved! Lock your doors and windows! Cause things are gong get-" Before he could finish his rant, the Shockwave destroyed the big screen he was broadcasting on.

Spider-Man saw it as he sighed in relief. "What I'd give to see a replay of that." He said as he turned to the fight between Hulk and Goro. "Goro's definitely met his match this time." He commented.

"It would seem, but this Hulk… I'm sensing an extreme amount of rage from him." Liu Kang said as he watched the fight between two monsters.

"Yeah, that's what happens when a guy gets exposed to an extreme amount of Gamma radiation." White Tiger mentioned, meanwhile Goro slammed two fists against Hulk's face, then received a massive fist to his own face as Hulk snarled and clobbered him down.

Iron Man landed on the ground and walked towards Spider-Man. "Give us the situation Spidey." He told him.

"Short version or the long version?" Spider-Man asked as Iron Man removed his faceplate, giving him a look. "Short version, got it. These guys are from a parallel world, they were trying to stop an evil god, their leader Raiden destroyed a relic that sent them here, and now their troubles followed them to our Earth." He explained.

"That explains the tears in the fabric of reality." Thor gestured to the realm tears in the sky only to see Raiden flying back as he was blasted back by Green Goblin and crashed against a car as Goblin flew over, earning their attention.

"Ahhh, more playmates… good, I anticipated this arrival." He pulled the Outworld Kamidogu and used it to open up a portal, the heroes turned towards it as they saw numerous Tarkatans stepping out of the portal, with a few Outworld soldiers.

"This just keeps getting better and better." Liu Kang commented as he looked through the hordes of soldiers and Tarktatans.

"Alright, start explaining, who and what are they?" White Tiger asked.

"They are denizens of Outworld, Tarkatans and the Royal Guard… they will stop at nothing till all of us are dead." Kitana explained as she looked towards her and the other Avengers. "My advice, kill them before they kill you." She told them.

"That's not how we do things here." Captain America told her.

Before they could argue, a Tarkatan snarled from behind Captain America. Liu Kang quickly blocked its blade from reaching him and unleashed a flaming fist and punched its head off as it hurled towards the rest of the horde, knocking them down. The captain was shocked when he saw it as Liu Kang looked towards him. "They're not going to give you a choice." He told him.

"This warrior speaks truth, in Asgard, I know this all too well." Thor told him as he quickly struck a few Outworld Soldiers with Mjolnir, he yelled as he brought down lightning upon several Tarkatan warriors. One of the lightning bolts hit Raiden as it quickly woke him up from the charge.

He got up as he felt his strength return as he floated into the air, gathering his power into his hands and looked towards Thor. "You have my thanks, friend. I only had half my strength when I awakened. Now then… shall we stop them before they destroy the rest of the city?" He asked him.

Thor smirked as he spun his hammer in his hand. "Aye, let us be rid of these abominations." He told him as he and Raiden charged forward into battle as the Tarkatans and Royal Guard charged at the rest of the heroes. Captain America blocked a few attacks from several royal guards as he struck them with his shield, he avoided a spear and broke the spearhead off as he jammed it into the soldiers head as Black Widow leapt above the Tarkatans that approached and shot them in their heads with her stingers, electrocuting them as the jolt fried their brains.

Spider-Man and Shang Chi blocked the attacks of a few Royal Guards as Shang Chi pulled out a pair of nunchucks and struck several of them in the head as Spider-Man webbed a few tarkatans in the face. "Man, we can really use some more help!" He said as he avoided a blade thanks to his spider sense.

The Tarkatan snarled as he went to bite down on his head, only to receive a kick to the head by Johnny Cage as he appeared on the battlefield. "Ask, and you shall receive, kid." He told him as Sonya shot a few royal guards in the head behind him.

"That's another one you owe me Johnny." She told him as she avoided a blade and grabbed the soldier as she slammed her forearm against his elbow as his arm was bent as she slammed her elbow against his face, caving it in as she took a zipline and flipped over him snaring his neck. She pulled hard and sliced the soldier's head off.

"I'll keep that in mind!" Johnny replied as he shot a force ball towards a soldier that was behind her as it slammed against his face, knocking him out. "Now, we're even." He told her as he roundhouse kicked a Tarkatan in the face.

Meanwhile Hulk and Goro were in a power struggle against each other as they beat each other with each other's fists. Goro meanwhile was using all four of his fists to beat the green monster to a pulp as he snarled and slammed both his right fists against the Hulk's face. The gamma monster flew across the street as his body slammed against several Tarkatan warriors and slammed on the ground. Goro charged towards him in an attempt to crush him to death, but Iron Man flew down and blasted him down with his unibeam from his chest. "Come on Hulk, you gonna let this bruiser get the best of ya?" He asked him.

This managed to get the green monster angrier as he got up and glared at Goro, he growled and charged towards him as he slammed his fists several times against Goro as he landed a few punches to his stomach. He soon grabbed hold of the Shokan and lifted him up, he yelled out and slammed him against the ground as he reached over and grabbed a car and raised it up. "RAAAGGGGHHH!" He slammed the car on Goro several times as the vehicle smashed to pieces as Hulk tossed what was left of it away. "AARRGGGHH! HULK SMAAAAASH!" He roared out as he slammed his fists against the Shokan's chest.

Goro felt him beating him to no end, he tried to break out, but Hulk's relentless beating was forcing him to black out. Hulk slammed one more punch against his face, knocking him out completely as Spider-Man flew over and shot webs onto Goro to keep him from getting back up. "Good work big guy, man this guy was stubborn." He commented.

"Remind you of anyone?" Hulk asked him as he suckerpunched a charging Outworld Soldier.

"Touche." Spider-Man answered as he leapt onto his shoulder. "Now let's go help the others." He told him as he shot a web at a Tarkatan and pulled himself towards the warrior and slammed a right hook against his face.

Meanwhile Shang Chi swung both nunchucks and smacked them against each Outworld Soldier that charged towards him. One of the soldiers caught one of his nunchucks with his spear and threw it away, it flew through the air only to get caught by Liu Kang as he swung it and smacked it against the soldier that attacked Shang Chi as his helmet smashed open. A soldier charged at Liu Kang from behind, he avoided a spear he had and snared his neck with the nunchucks he had and pulled hard as he twisted his head around.

Kitana meanwhile helped Sonya andWhite Tiger against 15 Tarkatan warriors that tried to attack them, White Tiger formed her claws and clawed out the eyes of one of the Tarkatans as he screamed bloody murder as she kicked him in the face as she saw more coming through the portal. "Dammit! There's no end to these things!" She complained as she clawed one in the face.

"Believe me, I spent years fighting these things, they're endless." Sonya told her as she shot several more of them.

"I had to live with them." Kitana said as she sliced one's head off. "Shao Kahn saw them to be the fiercest warriors in Outworld, their leader Baraka is no exception." She explained as she kicked one in the head and swung both her fans as a gust of wind swept the soldiers off their feet and into the air as she threw her fans at them, slicing through them as their bodies were cut in half.

Iron Fist and Power Man attacked several soldiers that tried to kill them, one soldier charged towards Power Man with his spear in an attempt to stab him. But once the large masculine hero turned towards him and spearhead rammed to his chest, the spear tip immediately shattered on impact as the soldier was surprised as Luke touched where his shirt was torn and looked at the soldier. "Big mistake pal." He commented as he punched him away as the soldier rolled across the ground.

"Keep your guard up Luke, these are unlike anyone we've ever faced." Iron Fist advised him.

"Yeah? Well They never faced anyone like us." He replied as he punched down several of the warriors that attacked left and right.

Elsewhere, Thor and Raiden were blasting opponents of their own as Thor swung his hammer and smacked several Tarkatan warriors in the head, instantly killing them as he threw Mjolnir as it flew and struck down several soldiers that was in its way as it flew back to Thor by his will. But before he could catch it, he avoided a spear from a Tarkatan and grabbed the spear and punched him as he took the spear and smacked it against the vicious warrior's face. While Mjolnir flew towards Raiden as he quickly sensed its approach and reached out, catching it as he took Mjolnir and smacked a giant brutish Tarkatan that nearly towered over him. Thor was quickly surprised as Raiden tossed Mjolnir back to him as he caught it. "That is incredibly well balanced." Raiden complimented his weapon.

"Aye, when all the weight is too much, just put it all into the swing." Thor advised him as he struck a soldier as Hawkeye shot a Tarkatan in the head. Thor turned around and saw it as he looked towards him. "Perfect aim Hawkeye, as always." He complimented his skill.

"These guys are still coming through the portal though, any suggestions on how to stop them?" Hawkeye asked.

Raiden heard cackling as he turned towards Green Goblin as he flew over on his glider, holding up the Outworld Kamidogu as the portal grew bigger as something much larger began to cross over. "Our best chance of stopping them is to take the Outworld Kamidogu from the Goblin." He suggested.

Hawkeye looked towards it seeing the relic in the Goblins hand, he pulled out a selected arrow and aimed it at Goblin. "Spidey, get ready!" He yelled as he shot the arrow at Green Goblin.

But the villain caught the arrow as he smirked at the archer. "Did you really think that would work?" He asked him.

Hawkeye smirked as he crossed his arms. "Tick, tick, boom!" He called out as Goblin was confused, but his eyes widened as he looked at the arrow as it let out an explosive light at his eyes.

He screamed from it as he dropped the Kamidogu and rubbed his eyes, realizing it was a flashbang. Spider-Man saw it as he quickly swung into action and swung towards the relic. "Aaaaand…" He reached out and caught it just in time. "Gotcha!" He yelled out and swung away from Green Goblin.

Goblin rubbed his eyes and opened them as his vision was still a little hazy. "Damn you…!" He cursed as his vision came back and he saw Spider-Man getting away with the Outworld Kamidogu, he snarled angrily as he flew after him.

He quickly looked back, seeing him flying after him as he quickly panicked as he swung faster. "Raiden, I got the Kamidogu, what do I do now?!" He asked him.

"I got this." Stephen appeared as he used his magic to form a portal in front of Spider-Man. "Toss it, kid!" He ordered as Spider-Man threw the relic into the portal as Stephen opened up a second portal in front of him as he caught the relic. "Raiden, now would be a good time to do something." He told him as he handed it to him.

Raiden took the Kamidogu and held it up as it glowed in his hands, the portal to Outworld began to close, with the giant beast inside it as it was pushed back into Outworld. The Avengers finished off the last of the Outworld soldiers and the Tarkatans and approached as Raiden lowered the Outworld Kamidogu. "In all my years, I never knew the Kamidogu were capable of this." He admitted.

"Yeah, you learn something new every da-" Before Iron Man could finish his sentence, he was hit from behind by Goblin's pumpkin bombs as he flew towards them.

"Give me that RELIC!" He yelled angrily as he flew towards Raiden.

The thunder god glared as he summoned his power and blasted the glider to knock him out of the sky, Goblin screamed as he slammed against the ground and landed near Raiden's feet. He looked up with a groan, only to find himself looking straight into the Thunder God's eyes as he glared at him. "Shao Kahn will not get his hands on this relic, or any of the others again." He said as he blasted lightning at his head hearing him scream in sheer agony as he fell unconscious.

Natasha was stunned as he walked over and checked Goblin's pulse, feeling it is weak but still there as he looked at Raiden. "He's alive, but with the power you have, you could have killed him." She told him.

"I could have, yes, but we will need more information about what he learned in Outworld." Raiden explained.

"Which brings us to the bigger question, what the hell is going on here?" Johnny asked as he gestured to the heroes around him. "Why are we surrounded by guys who look like they came straight out of a comic book?" He asked while Spider-Man threw his arms up from the gesture.

Raiden saw it as he looked to the others. "We best explain this elsewhere." He told them.

"I have just the place, enough room for all of us." Iron Man mentioned.

(Avengers Tower)

At Avengers Tower, Raiden had explained everything that had transpired in the last couple hours before arriving on their Earth. It was definitely a lot for the Avengers to take in, Thor meanwhile was quite entertained from the tail as he drank a pint of mead. "I must say, your tales of battle are like that of Asgard." He commented as he stood up and walked to Raiden. "I'll have to share some of my own tales when the time calls for it." He told him.

"We might not have time for that Odinson, more of our allies are around this Earth. And we must find them as soon as possible, before Shao Kahn or Shinnok search for them, and the other Kamidogu." Raiden told them.

"Funny you should mention them, cause Banner just discovered something interesting." Tony told them as they gave him their attention. "Ever since you showed up, these realm tears as you call them, they're not just summoning your friends, but landmarks from you Earth." He explained.

"We experienced this before, it's difficult to explain to be honest. But the Multiverse Theory that we studied was considered neighsay to other theorists." Bruce explained to them. "But when you shattered your Earth's Kamidogu, it not only opened up a channel to our Earth, but it brought your Earth crashing into ours." He told them.

"Thus resulting in our two Earths becoming one." Stephen explained as he summoned a world map of their Earth, showing the locations of the new landmarks around the world. "With new landmarks, and new threats in the universe." He told them.

"Hold on, if this is for certain, must we consider that as a danger to our world?" Steve asked them.

Liu Kang stepped up with Kitana. "I assure you, we have long since defended our Earth from threats such as Shao Kahn and Shinnok for years. By tournament rules, Shao Kahn shouldn't have been able to invade our Earth. But he was likely influenced by the sorcerer, Quan Chi." He explained.

"Shang, you didn't tell me you had a brother." Tony teased him.

To which he was far from amused. "Because I don't, I have a sister." He responded coldly.

"No shit?" Tony asked him.

"Look, we're wasting time, the more we delay, the closer Shao Kahn comes to planning another attack on Earth." Sonya explained as she walked up. "We need to find our friends before it's too late." She told them.

"Only one problem lieutenant, we wouldnt know where to start looking. They could be anywhere." Steve told her.

That was when the entire tower began to spark out of control as lightning flowed through the room, forming a portal as Heimdall, the Watchman of Asgard, appeared before them. Thor was surprised but pleased to see his old colleague. "Heimdall, so good to see you old friend." He told him.

"I'm afraid I'm not here for a social visit, Thor, you must return with me to Asgard, immediately. Asgard has been invaded." He told him.

This stunned the norse thunder god as he approached Heimdall. "Is it the Jotunheim?" He asked.

"Gesundheit." Johnny joked only to get elbowed by Sonya. "OW! What?" He asked her.

"The Jotunheim is the Norse World of the Giants, Johnny. Didn't you read that when you were in school?" She asked him.

"I was actually focused on the acting club." He admitted with a weak grin,

Much to her dismay as she groaned, pinching the bridge of her nose. "I'm afraid it is not the Jotunar who have invaded, but rather… a force of demons, the likes of which we've never seen before." Heimdall explained as he revealed the form to which Raiden and the other defenders recognized all too well.

"Netherrealm Oni!" Kitana shouted.

"Oni? You mean like those Japanese horned demons?" Peter asked.

"The Oni and Orochi are of a different variety in our world… how they came into Asgard is beyond me." Raiden told them.

"White Tiger and I have seen our fair share of Demons." Danny expressed his experience.

"Yeah, basically being possessed. Not fun at all." Eva stated.

"At least when we face these things, you won't face them without me." Luke told them.

"Many of our warriors have suffered at their hands, and we need help from the mightiest heroes in Midgard." Hemidall told them.

Steve stood up beside Natasha as they were determined. "You have our support, Heimdall… the Avengers will help defend Asgard. With the aid of our new allies." He gestured to Raiden and his defenders.

Liu Kang looked to his allies as they looked at him and nodded, he smiled as he stepped up alongside Raiden. "You'll have our support." He told them.

Johnny let out a sigh as he crossed his arms. "Here we go again." He commented.

"Get over it Johnny." Sonya scolded him.

Kitana approached Heimdall blades in hand. "When do we leave?" She asked him.

"We leave now." He informed him as the portal to Asgard opened and he stepped towards it, The Avengers and the Champions followed after him. What awaited them in Asgard, only fate will know.

Author Notes: Hey guys, Leonidas1994 here. Just gonna let you know now, I am gonna do two different opening stories, this story will mostly be a prototype to see what you guys think. The other story will probably be continuous, but you never know. But I hope you guys like the chapter.
