"So what do you think?" Face raised his eyebrows expectantly. His grand tour of the mansion he had scammed had ended in the sprawling courtyard out front.
"I think," Murdock said, surveying the grey stone water fountain. "that this is a lousy excuse for Reichenbach Falls."
Face's shoulders slumped. "Oh you're not still on that kick, are you?"
"If we are going to have a dramatic final showdown," Murdock responded, slipping once again into his English accent. "the setting must be a little more convincing than this."
"Um, what?"
"You and I are about to go head to head in one final battle of wits!" Murdock exclaimed.
Face scowled. "What am I the bad guy now? Whatever happened to 'most trusted confidant'?"
"That was yesterday," Murdock replied, as if it was obvious. "Today you have to be my arch nemesis. And there's only one way this can end—" he seized Face by the shoulders.
"Murdock!" Face gave a surprised yelp. "What are you crazy or something!"
Murdock grinned maniacally and pushed Face towards the fountain.
"No wait, that was a rhetorical—"
SPLOOSH!
Face sat up in the shallow fountain and spit water from his mouth. "—question."
