Chapter Six
What up. Guess what? Still don't own HP so I guess this all belongs to JK Rowling. Gutted!
That evening, everyone gathered in the sitting room before bed. Everyone tended to group with their parents, Hugo, Lily, and Albus all sat with Harry, Ron, Ginny and Hermione and Teddy sat with his parents and a very confused Snape and McGonagall who both had popped into the house that day and been shocked to see the extra additions to the family and were currently being filled in on the details from Teddy. Scorpius was sitting with Bill, he had taken a shine to the slightly older man, he had always wanted to be outrageous like Bill but would never dare with his dad being who he was. Daisy had found company with the twins, out of her little group of friends she was usually the troublemaker, which no one ever expected due to her dizziness and she was currently hearing their latest ideas for the Joke Shop and telling them whether the product was popular in her time.
"Has anyone seen Vix?" Teddy asked the room suddenly, "She said she was feeling ill earlier and I wanted her to meet Severus and Professor McGonagall, she was at school when you were in the future Professor" He told McGonagall.
"Were the rest of you not?" McGonagall asked.
"Nah, you retired just before I started" Albus told her
"Oh, really…I was headmistress for only a short time them?"
"A short time? It was nearly 20 years!" Scorpius answered, "Longer than Severus, he didn't even manage a year"
"Okay, I'm going to look for Victoire seeing as you all look like you care" Teddy said sarcastically as he exited the room and walked up the steps.
It took him about five minutes before he heard a soft sob from inside Tonks/Victoires bedroom and he knocked gently and walked in without waiting for an answer.
Victoire was lying on top of her made bed curled up into a ball, crying softly into a pillow. Teddy closed the door quietly and walked over to sit near her head, he pushed her long blonde locks out of her face and stroked her head.
"Sweetheart, what's up?" He whispered. She opened her eyes and sat up level with him before leaning forward and cuddling into his chest, he held his arms around her tight and stroked the hair flowing down her back.
"Vee? Do you miss you parents? Or has something happened? Please tell me…" Teddy murmured into her hair.
Victoire was silent for a minute then she pulled away from Teddy and looked into his eyes,
"Yeah I miss my mama" she whispered, tears still rolling down her soft cheeks.
"We're going to find a way home. Dumbledore is working on it this very minute, I bet. We know we're going to get home because our parents don't remember this happening so we put the memory charms on them" Teddy smiled at his wife then leaned forward and kissed her lightly on the nose, "Don't you go worrying pumpkin, there's no need."
Victoire returned his smile weakly.
"There's two people downstairs I'd like you to meet, the arrived when you were having a lie down, C'mon!"

"I'm Albus"
"Oh really, I would never have guessed. You look like you father, and grandfather. It's a pity."
Al frowned at the greasy man sitting in front of him.
"You know what my full name is?"
"I don't really care to be perfectly honest" Severus replied, yawning to emphasise his words.
"Albus Severus Potter" Al said. Snapes eyes widened and he looked towards Harry who was currently talking to Lily then back to Al.
"You were named after me? HE named his son after me" Snape said in a hushed voice, "I…I suppose I did save his life on occasion" He added, regaining his posture and sneering at Albus.
"You're a slimy git" was all Albus said before walking away from a shocked Snape and a giggling McGonagall toward his parents and sister.
Teddy walked into the room with a slightly puffy eyed Victoire on his arm and led her over to where the two professors were seated.
"Minerva, Severus…this is my wife Victoire, Vic this is Severus Snape – You've heard of him – and you know Professor McGonagall"
Both teachers shook Victoires hand, Victoire couldn't stop staring at McGonagall.
"I can't believe how…not different you look!" She said, "I swear you still looked almost the exact same when you were headmistress when I was at school" She turned to Severus, "And you are so not how I imagined you looking!" Severus actually smiled at her for a second.
"Well, when I heard Ted was married to a Weasley I didn't expect her to look like you, not even a hint of a freckle or a ginger hair" He sneered.
Victoires eyes watered up and she walked away from Snape, over to where her grandparents were sitting.
Teddy just stared at Snape, not really finding his comment offensive,
"She's…a bit emotional right now, homesick and everything" He said before he walked away.

Daisy got up from her seat next to Fred and wandered over to Tonks, Hugo spotted her and quickly jumped up and followed her over.
"Hey Daisy!" He said loudly.
"Um...Hi Hugo, where you off to?" she asked as she sat down next to Tonks.
"Oh, uh…nowhere. Just came over to talk to these guys" he said, motioning at Tonks and Lupin who looked at each other knowingly.
"Oh cool, can you do me a favour and keep my seat while I nip to the loo, it's so crowded in here someone will take it as soon as I move" She said, smiling brightly at him, "Thanks Hugh, you're the best!"
Hugo watched her flounce out of the door and turned to Lupin,
"Keep her seat will you" he said, before running out the door after her.
"Daiz!" Hugo yelled as he ran up the stair.
Dais stopped and turned, nearly bumping right into Hugo,
"Why the heck are you constantly following me around Hugo? I'm going for a frickin' pee!"
"I—I..." Hugo spluttered, he didn't actually plan on what he was going to do before he ran after her.
"Seriously, what is it Hugo, for Merlin's sake!" Daisy said impatiently.
"Oh fuck it" Hugo said. He grabbed Daisy by the arms and pulled her forward, his lips crashing down on hers.
Daisy stood rigid for a second, feeling Hugo's lips moving on hers, begging for her to respond then she realised that this was exactly what she's been dreaming about for months, even years, maybe less romantic, but still what she wanted and she flung her arms around Hugo's neck and kissed him back.

"Hey Scorp" Lily said shyly, sitting down on the ground next to Scorpius.
"Hey there, how are you?" He answered, shimmying away from her a little and glancing over at Albus.
"I'm okay I guess, a little homesick. You must be worse, the closest family you have here are Tonks and Sirius and you've never met either of them…" Lily said and Scorpius nodded,
"Yeah, I miss my mum and dad to be honest. I know I'm 18 and I'm not a kid but I've never been somewhere where I couldn't contact them in some way before…it's stupid, I'm supposed to be an adult not a silly little boy"
"I'm nearly an adult but I still miss my parents, so does Al, I can tell. Having the fourteen and fifteen year old versions of your parents just isn't the same as the real thing" Lily whispered, moving closer to Scorpius again.
"Look, Lily, will you not get so close, people are here…and we shouldn't anyway. Like you said, you're nearly an adult. Not one yet"
Lily stared for a minute then huffed and crossed her arms.
"Wow, really mature Lily, way to prove how much of an adult you are" Scorpius laughed and Lily uncrossed her arms and joined in.

Over the next few days, everyone got into the cleaning of Grimmauld place. With the extra seven people, things were getting done a lot fast that normal and it was a little bit more fun.
Hugo and Daisy were hiding their little relationship from everyone and sneaking off into empty rooms while no one was looking for a quick snog. Lily wasn't having as much luck and every time she went near Scorpius he'd walk away or shout someone else into the conversation. He also refused to be alone in a room with her after the day with the boggart.
On the morning of Harry's trial, everyone woke up to find him already gone with Arthur to the ministry and the tension was high in the kitchen. Molly had taken to cleaning everything she could get her hands on ten times and Sirius could be found pacing the length of the kitchen over and over again, each getting in each other's way and snapping every five minutes.
Ron, Hermione, Ginny, the twins, Albus, Scorpius, and Lily all sat at the kitchen table, awaiting Harry's return. Hugo and Daisy had excused themselves within minutes of each other and could be found checking each other's tonsils in Sirius' bedroom while Teddy and Victoire were upstairs in their bedroom, having some alone time.
Hermione was biting on her nails nervously and Ron was tapping on the table. Hermione suddenly stopped and her hand dropped to the table with a thud.
"Wait…you all know what happens! I completely forgot!" She said, slapping her hand to her head.
"Yeah…but I don't think we should tell you…" Albus told her, not looking at her.
"Tell us" Molly demanded, joining in.
"Well…he doesn't get off…" Lily said slowly.
"Oh my…wait…you're lying, we know he goes back to Hogwarts! That wasn't funny!" Hermione said frowning at them, Ron suddenly burst out laughing and Sirius got up and walked out of the kitchen.
"We should make up a song…"Ginny said to Fred and George.

Later that night, everyone had went to bed happy with Harry getting off (except Sirius who was still sulking in his room) but Lily couldn't sleep, she tossed and turned for what felt like hours before she decided to give up and got out of her bed and headed downstairs to the bathroom.
As she walked her mind wandered over the past few day, in such a short time she'd found out the Scorpius liked her then within minutes that he couldn't be with her. He really had to make up his mind, that boy. Well, not boy, Lily thought. He was definitely a man…a tall, handsome, strong-
"OUCH!" Lily barely got out before a large hand went over her mouth, she started to scream then the light of a wand appeared under the face of her attacker and he let go.
"Scorpius what the HELL are you doing!" She exclaimed.
"Going for a pee! What are you doing, shouting like that at this time of night? Why are you walking about in the dark anyway?" He asked, scowling at her.
"Well some of us aren't seventeen and can't use magic thank you very much" She said, sticking her nose up and attempting to step past him into the bathroom.
"I don't think so, I was here first" Scorpius said, stepping into the bathroom and trying to shut the door.
"Well, I'm a girl and it's always ladies first Scorp, where are your manners?" Lily asked, squeezing in through the small gap and closing the door.
"Well that was clever. Now we're both on this side of the door arguing instead of that side" Scorpius said, raising an eyebrow at her.
The both just stared hard at each other, willing the other to leave first.
"This is silly, if it gets me to pee quicker then you can go first" Scorpius said, heading past Lily and putting his hand out to turn the handle.
Lily put her arm out to stop him,
"Wait! You've been avoiding me all week, 'fess up, what's you're deal Malfoy?" Lily said, glowering at him.
"I don't know, Potter" Scorpius said, narrowing his eyes and looking straight at Lily.
"Why don't you just man up and admit you want to be with me Scorpius" Lily smiled, winking at him.
"Because then your brother would beat me up. Not to mention your millions of cousins and your uncles"
"So you refuse to go near me because you're a scared you'll get beat up? God I can see why you weren't a Gryffindor" Lily sneered.
"I'm not scared I'd just rather not have your entire family hate me!" Scorpius argued.
"Well if you're not scared prove it. See you can't because you're a pussy cat" Lily taunted.
"I'm not a pussy cat"
"Prove it"
"Fine"
"Go on then, what are you going to do?"
"This"
Scorpius leaned forward, closing the gap between them and put his arms on either side of Lily's waist, lifting her a bit so she was on her tiptoes and could reach his lips. He gently placed his lips on hers and kissed her softly, she responded by flinging her hands around his neck and kissing him fiercely and harder than he had kissed her. She pulled herself up and wrapped her legs around his waist, he moaned against her lips and pushed her back up against the door, his mouth working its way down her neck, reaching the top of her pyjama top and then he pulled away and looked into her dark brown eyes.
"See what you were missing out on" Lily teased, "but seriously, I have to pee" she added, jumping down from him and heading over to the toilet.
"Whoa whoa whoa! What are you doing!" Scorpius cried as Lily pulled down her pyjama bottoms and stood with just a pair of cotton pants on.
"What, I need to pee! Turn around if it bothers you so much!"
Scorpius quickly turned to face the door, his own pyjama trousers feeling particularly tight.
He was trying his hardest not to think about Lily sitting behind him with no clothes on her bottom half and he didn't hear her move behind him and wrap her arms around his waist.
"You're turn…" she said, wiggling her eyebrows at him.
"My-My turn?" he stammered noticing she hadn't bother putting her pyjama trousers back on and was currently pressed up against him in just her pants.
"I thought you'd gotten up to use the loo" she said, looking confused.
"Oh right, um, I don't think I can actually go right now, so I'll just walk you back to your room" he said, not turning around to hide the obvious lump in his boxers.
"Oh...okay" Lily smiled, grabbing his hand and opening the door.
They walked silently to the girl's bedroom and stopped to look at each other,
"Bye then" Lily said, reaching out to open the door.
"No…wait…" Scorpius whispered, and leaned down and kissed her passionately on the lips and pulling back, smiling a lopsided smile at her.
"You are too good to be true Malfoy" she whispered, opening her door and walking into her room, closing the door silently on Scorpius' face and leaving him standing , staring longingly after her.
Riiiiiiiiiiight, I put that bit in the bathroom in to show that Lily is definitely not a child, she's nearly seventeen and is as horny as any teenager, and I'm seventeen myself and can totally guarantee that is the truth. So if you thought it was too much, don't read, simple as :)!
No preview because I haven't actually started writing the next chapter due to a lot of Biology Homework and a newly found Lord of the Rings obsession, but it shall be done…I promise!
