This story starts about a year after Jamie and Eddie were married. They decide to become licensed foster parents and get placed with Emily, a 13-year-old girl, who has lived through some of the worst things you could imagine. P.S. I know that some aspects of this story are inaccurate according to the real world but this is of course, a work of fiction.

If there was one scene for Jamko that I have ever been upset that we didn't get, it was a hospital scene between them in 13x01 after Jamie's shooting. So, here is my version of what I wish we would've gotten for them in 13x01.

Danny is sick but, of course, being the stubborn Reagan that he is he won't take care of himself, no matter how hard his partner tries to get him to. Maria Baez will not back down though, and will go to any length necessary, even dragging the Police Commissioner into this. Can Danny's family, blood related and not, help him take care of himself?

This story is sandwiched between Mr. Uncle Danny - Now That's a Surprise and Millie Reagan. It follows the Millie story with Danny and Linda's adopted daughter as a six year old. I thought it be fun to keep her young a little longer. As always, don't expect procedural because it's all family fun. All Reagans featured. I only own Millie.
