With the start of Invasion Season and Devastis training a new crop of Invaders, Elite Red's plan was clear: Become an Invader. Attain glory. Get snacks. Go solo and never put up with other Irkens' stupid garbage ever again. It was a good plan. A foolproof plan. And then Purple ruined it. (Except for the snacks.)

One day Zim suddenly flees earth in a hurry leaving everything behind. Then a year later, he suddenly reappears a new person. Littered with new scars, a metal arm, and haunted eyes. And most shockingly, seemingly unconcerned with taking over Earth. Unsettled and even a little worried, Dib tries to pick up the pieces. No ships. AU.

Delusioned by what memories of the FLORPUS event, Zim is waiting for the Tallests to arrive on earth. Knowing the truth behind Zim's placement on earth, Dib can't bring himself to tell Zim, even if Zim would hear him out. After they manage to form a begrudging friendship, they continue to test each other until an event pushes them both past their limit.

You guys remember that episode where Zim found a way to travel through time, but couldn't send the giant robot, so he sent piggies instead? What if Dib found a way to send himself back in time? Or at least he thought he did.

With the installment of two new Irken leaders the Empire has turned on their once great allies of Vort. Lard Nar was a young Staff Sergeant in the Planetary Defense Force when he watched his planet fall to the Armada. He abandons his home to try and find allies on other planets, hoping it's not too late to save his world. [Rewrite in progress]

Unsurprisingly the air on this planet was cold, there was no other way to describe it. Irkens don't usually feel cold or warmth; yet on this planet, there was nothing the PAK could do to stop Kiza from feeling the cold. Huddled up in a makeshift tent, made from this planet's equivalent of grass and twigs he lay underneath the stars, pointing to numerous stars without any response.

Irken smeet Zim has been bullied and called defective all his life. After one particularly nasty beating, Zim loses everything when he's betrayed by a friend and launched into space. Alone with no way home, Zim loses all hope of ever breathing fresh air again until he crashes on Earth. Hope's restored until it starts to rain.

Dib had always known he was different, no matter where he came from or how hard he tried to hide it.
