Nick's POV-
As I went up stairs to my parents room, I started feeling dizzy. I got to the top of the stairs went suddenly the ground came up to meet me.
Sandy/Mrs. Lucas POV-
I was in my bedroom when I hear a huge thud in the hall. I jumped up and ran out in the hall and found Nick passed out about two feet from my room. I yelled at Tom to call the hospital. Kevin and Joe picked Nick up and carried him down the stairs to the living room. The ambulance soon came and hooked Nick up. Tom, the kids, and I jumped in the car.
After what seemed like hours a doctor came to us in the waiting room. He told us Nick had type one diabetes.
