Hey, its been a while. But I'm finally back.

Full time work and study is a pain, and I've been burnt out a lot these days. Some of you may have noticed, but I published the Danmachi/Fate story I was talking about the other chapter.

pietrodgelie, Eisenhower Haloway, yep, more Servant chaos, and we'll be getting Waver and co.

ErwinG'Arc, glad to see you like Illya and Shirou reconciling. I think the closest we got in canon was Emiya Gohan and Fate Carnival. The others always killed her off, and I'm honestly salty about that.

AccelBreaker, Olga Marie will only have a cameo. She doesn't play that much of a role.

darqhourse, read on and find out.

nitrous580, Richard was a good contender, so were Altera and Hippolyta, but the issue with Richard and Hippolyta is that I don't know too much about them. Altera is a good choice, but I opted out on that one. So you'll have to read on to find out.

keybladelight, yep, it's getting crazy. Morgan was another Servant I had considered, but given Lostbelt Morgan and PHH Morgan are different, and I know nothing about the latter, I decided to do something else.

TheEmeraldMage, glad you like the last chapter. I'll just be clear, romance was never a big point in this story. Or at least, I didn't plan for it to be. It was more of a side thing. But perhaps I didn't do a good job showing this, the problem with the Artorias' relationship with Shirou is that they are the ones having feelings for him. And they know they will leave eventually. So we'll probably see what happens soon.

Exodus12345, Waver did give up, but he's forced to go this time, so he might as well use the opportunity.

sUbSoNiCSoundwave, I do have something else planned, so look forward to it.

Iegior, the Fate/Danmachi fic I was talking about is up. Chapter 2 for that should come out within the next week or so. Hopefully, if work and studies don't burn me out.

codywhite162, thanks. I don't wanna spoil it, so you'll have to find out.

Toa Solaric, Taiga not knowing about the Moonlit World was always an issue for me. It made sense in the Fourth HHW, but the Fifth, she's literally living with two magi and a Servant. How could she not realize?

Dimihd, sorry if it's dry, but that wasn't the main focus from the start.

Odjn48, glad you find the premise enjoyable. It is starting to get convoluted. You would be right on the case with Luvia, but Rin is only the Second Owner in name. Kirei still pulls the strings on that regard. So I wouldn't put it past Kirei to do something like this.

Just spendid-Sane says, glad you find it good.

kirito3229sao, here's the update.

Illya Emiya, Iskandar is a given. The other one is revealed here.

So without further delay, here's the chapter.

XXX

The next morning, Shirou was preparing breakfast, dicing up onions with speed and skill that came only with years of practice.

Illya peeked out from behind him, "What are you making, Shirou?"

The redhead glanced back briefly to see his sister's curious face, and he smiled as he returned his focus to the chopping board, "A standard English breakfast, I thought you'd prefer that to a Japanese breakfast."

Illya hummed, "I'd like to try Japanese breakfast though, Sella never really bothered to make it for me before."

Shirou finished dicing the onions, "Really now? I guess that's what we're having tomorrow then."

The white haired girl beamed, "Okay!"

She glanced around, "Speaking of which... Your Servants are really all over the place."

Shirou chuckled, "Can't help it when I have seven of them around."

Illya nodded, noting Rider Alter's slightly annoyed face at Shirou cooking, and the majority of the others having a terrifyingly hungry gleam in their eyes.

It was as if she was staring at a pack of lionesses ready to pounce on their prey at moments' notice.

Shirou's voice then tore her attention to her brother again, "So, did you sleep well last night? The only bed we have is the one in the guest room, and we don't use it much either."

Illya smiled at his concern, "I slept well, it felt a bit weird to sleep on the floor, but it was fine."

The redhead nodded as he plated nine plates of food, "I'll show you what Kiritsugu left behind later."

The older but visibly younger girl nodded, "Okay."

Shirou handed his sister two plates, "Can you help me bring them to the table?"

Illya smiled and took the plates, "Of course."

A short moment later, the white haired girl was stunned by how much food all seven Servants were devouring.

Her brother's unbothered face as he calmly ate certainly didn't help things.

Illya shook her head and instead focused on her own food, and she took a bite.

The moment she did, she froze, and back in the Einzbern Castle, Sella felt as if she just lost something extremely valuable to her.

Shirou held back a smile as he watched his sister eat with eagerness and exponentially increasing speed.

In 5 minutes, everyone was done eating, and Illya blinked, "Huh?"

She looked at Shirou, "What just happened?"

The redhead stood up and brought the dishes to the sink, "We're done with breakfast."

Rider Alter walked into the kitchen, "I'll take care of the dishes."

Shirou sighed, "Rider..."

The maid stared at her Master firmly, "Spend time with your sister, you have years to make up for."

The redhead stared back with equal intensity, "... You just want the kitchen to yourself."

Her lips curved upwards, if only barely as she grabbed one of the plates from him, "Now what are you on about, Shirou?"

Shirou sighed as the pale blonde wouldn't let go, "Fine, okay. But you're not making dinner tonight."

The maid hummed, "We'll see."

Shirou turned back to see Illya's amused face, "What?"

The white haired girl shook her head, "No, it's nothing. You said you had something to show me?"

The redhead nodded, "Yeah, come with me."

The two walked out of the living room, and they made their way to Kiritsugu's room.

The young man pulled open a few of the drawers, and he brought out a file.

Shirou patted the file a few times, brushing off the dust as he handed it to his sister.

Illya blinked, "What is this?"

The redhead's smile slightly, "A compilation of random stuff Kiritsugu left behind. Photos of you and our mother, letters he never sent out, and drafts of plans he made to bring you back even after he was told you died."

The white haired girl blinked as she slowly flipped through the file. Sure enough, there were multiple photos of her, Kiritsugu and Irisviel.

A few pieces of paper, evidently the drafts and letters Shirou mentioned, stuck out between the pages.

She took one of the letters out, and she gave it a quick read.

It was mostly Kiritsugu telling her why he couldn't return to Germany for her.

Apologizing for Irisviel's death, apologizing for adopting Shirou.

It was mostly him apologizing to her.

Illya looked at Shirou, tears glistening in her eyes, "Kiritsugu, what really happened to him during the Fourth War?"

The redhead looked down, "I don't know the specifics, but he was cursed."

The white haired girl blinked, "Cursed?"

Shirou nodded, "I believe it might have to do with the ending of the Fourth Holy Grail War. He was burdened with a curse that slowly killed him gradually."

Illya nodded slowly, "I see..."

The redhead looked at his sister, "Do you want me to leave you to have a look alone?"

The white haired girl considered the idea, before she shook her head with a smile, "No, I want you to stay. I can tell you about our mother while we're at it too."

Shirou blinked, before he smiled, "Okay."

The two spent the next few hours going through the file, and Illya told Shirou about Irisiviel, or at least, whatever she could recall.

Lancer Artoria silently walked past the door, overhearing the two siblings catching up on years of separation.

She smiled and walked back to the living room.

Rider Alter noticed her, "How are they?"

Lancer Artoria smiled, "Still at it."

Archer Artoria hummed, "They've been in there for an hour now, or two..."

Saber Artoria closed her eyes as she sipped on the tea Rider Artoria had brewed, "Let them be. Illyasviel and Shirou deserve that much time at least."

Caster Artoria nodded, "Yeap. Well, we don't have to worry too much for now."

Rider Artoria looked at her counterparts, "Speaking of which, what do we do about Medea?"

Lancer Artoria hummed, "Is Sasaki Kojiro still summoned as Assassin this time around?"

Heroine X nodded, "He is, the dumbass is still guarding the temple."

The bustier king sighed, "I see... He is strong, but not someone we have to worry about."

Saber Artoria looked at her older counterpart, "Why not?"

"Because his strength lies in his skill in swordsplay alone, and his Noble Phantasm."

Caster Artoria had been the one to answer that, and everyone else nodded.

Archer Artoria nodded, "Agreed, rather I'd be worried about Medea and her Master. If we leave Kuzuki to Shirou, we would definitely be enough to deal with Medea."

X Alter mumbled audibly, "But if Gilgamesh shows up... not to mention the mutt, we might have a challenge ahead of us."

Lancer Artoria breathed out heavily through her nose, "Perhaps."

The 'original' studied her fellow kings, before she closed her eyes, "We should bring this up with Shirou. I am not as knowledgeable about the war as the rest of you, but I doubt an impasse on the war is possible."

All six other versions stared at her, and Saber Artoria blinked, "W-what?"

Caster Artoria smiled, "Saber, you're a genius!"

The 'original' King of Knights blinked, "I beg your pardon?"

Heroine X folded her arms as she nodded in agreement, "As expected as my original self, it is an ingenious idea."

Archer Artoria nodded, "If we can get the remaining participants to agree to an indefinite ceasefire, we can 'end' the war."

Lancer Artoria folded her arms under her bust, "We'll see. Illya might be our ally now, but we still have to deal with the Einzbern family when they realize what is happening."

Saber Artoria nodded, knowing full well how the man known as Jubstacheit von Einzbern was like.

News of zero progress from Illyasviel would definitely prompt him to take more drastic actions, especially considering that they held zero concern and love for the Clock Tower.

Caster Artoria closed her eyes, "At any rate, we would need to focus on the ones present."

Maid Alter nodded, "Once Shirou is done with Illya, we'll bring it up with them."

The six others nodded, and they waited not long before Shirou came out to cook lunch.

Later in the afternoon, in the church, Kirei stood in front of podium of the church, staring back at the center stage.

"So, what are we gonna do?"

The priest chuckled as he heard his Servant's voice, "Nothing for now. The pieces are not in place."

Lancer thinned his lips, "Pieces? They have an alliance of not two, not three, but eleven Servants. I don't even know how that makes sense."

Footsteps reached their ears, and the pair spotted Gilgamesh, with a not so pleased expression on his face.

Kirei studied his face, "You seem troubled, my king."

The blonde scowled, "Do not waste my attention on useless banter, mongrel."

The priest's smile widened, "Do you have a plan, oh wise king?"

Gilgamesh scoffed, "Do I look like I need to explain myself to you?"

Kirei chuckled, "Of course not, my humble apologies."

The priest stared up at the upper walls, "Then let me analyse our current situation, if I may."

The king scoffed, but made no effort to stop him.

Kirei started, "Emiya Shirou has seven Servants at his disposal, all of which are different variations of King Arthur. To which, might I add, defeated you in the Fourth Holy Grail War."

If the priest noticed the blonde king's murderous glare, he did not show it, "With assistance from his Servants, he managed to defeat Matou Zouken, and with assistance from Rin's Archer, managed to take one of your arms."

Kirei's eyes landed on Gilgamesh's now regenerated arm, thanks to his seemingly endless treasury, "Which of course, is of no consequence considering you have it back."

Lancer held back a smirk as he spotted the King of Heroes' increasingly intense glare.

The priest, yet again, paid it no heed, "Bringing in my ward, Rin has decided to ally herself with him, along with her sister, Matou... no, shall I call her Tohsaka Sakura."

Kirei smirked, "Of whom, managed to summon the extra Saber, and also happens to be the Master of Rider. That brings their total count of Servants to ten."

The priest chuckled, "To make things even more interesting, the Master of Berserker turns out to be none other than Emiya Shirou's adopted sister, of whom has also decided to ally herself with Emiya Shirou."

"That brings the number of Servants they have to eleven."

Lancer whistled, "So how are we gonna stand up to them?"

Kirei chuckled, "Of the remaining Servants, we have you, Lancer. Not to mention, Caster and Assassin."

He turned to face the king, "Then how about we start with the weakest link of their alliance?"

Gilgamesh hummed, "Oh? A simple strategy, but how would you pull it off?"

Kirei smiled, "Unfortunately, none of us here bear the means to infiltrate any of their home bases. But as I am fortunate to be kept in the know from my ward, the Tohsaka residence is not as well guarded as one would believe."

The blonde snorted, "I bear no interest in the little girl and her doll of a sister. But I suppose I shall hold my judgement for now."

Gilgamesh turned away and headed for his own quarters, "Do what you must."

The king left the hall of the church, leaving Kirei with Cu alone.

The Lancer scoffed, "What an attitude..."

Kirei chuckled, "He is a king, after all, and what is a king without an ego?"

The hero of Ulster snorted, "True I suppose. What do you need me to do?"

The fake priest smiled darkly, "For now, I must make preparations. Kuzuki Souichiro, is perhaps a man I must not underestimate."

Lancer hummed, "So you plan on fighting them?"

Kirei laughed, "Of course not. I am not mad enough to bring more enemies to our doorstep."

He took a breath, "No, I will need you to speak to them, propose an alliance. Gilgamesh has already paved a path through Caster, I believe we can gain a valuable ally."

Cu Chulainn breathed out through his nose, studying the eager expression of his Master's face, "Very well, it is something that we need if we are to win against the King of Knights."

The Lancer turned and left the church, leaving Kirei alone in the hall.

The fake priest turned back to the altar of the church, "But I don't suppose it will be enough. What shall I do?"

A dark small smile appeared on his face as Kotomine Kirei pondered his options.

A short moment later, Cu Chulainn stood outside the entrance of the Ryuudou Temple, considering his choices in life.

Or rather, afterlife.

The Lancer sighed, "Let's just get this over with."

He walked up the stairs, until he was met with a man with indigo hair, dressed a similarly colored traditional Japanese outfit sat crosslegged on the top of the stairs.

But what caught his attention was the 150cm long Eastern Sword that laid sheathed on his lap.

The blue haired Lancer asked, "Are you Assassin?"

The man chuckled, "Yes, my True Name is Sasaki Kojiro, pleased to make your acquaintance, Lancer."

Cu Chulainn followed Kojiro's line of sight, landing on his spear that rested on his shoulder, "Right, this makes it pretty obvious doesn't it."

He stared at his fellow bluenette, "And what about you(?) , announcing your True Name out of nowhere isn't exactly the best thing to do."

Kojiro chuckled, "Well, my class aside, I've never been one to play around in the dark side of things. Fortunately my Master seems to excel in that manner, so I can afford to do things my way."

The Lancer hummed with a raised eyebrow, "Standing guard in front of a temple?"

Kojiro's smile faltered, "Well, it is the task I've been given, and I can't exactly disobey my Master's orders."

Cu Chulainn chuckled, nodding in understanding, "Guess we both have it hard with our Masters now, don't we?"

The Assassin nodded, "So it would seem. Now, as enjoyable our banter is, what have you come here for?"

The Lancer pointed at the temple behind Kojiro, "Caster, she's inside the temple, isn't she?"

Kojiro raised an eyebrow, "And if I say yes?"

Cu Chulainn smirked, "I'd just like to have a chat, a suggestion from my Master."

The Assassin hummed, "Is that so? Unfortunately I am under orders to keep everything outside the temple."

Cu swung his spear down, brandishing it as he took it off his shoulder, "So does that mean you will stop me by force if need be?"

Kojiro recognized the glint of murderous intent in the warrior's eyes, and he chuckled, gripping the handle of his sword, "Yes, that would be the case."

The Lancer's smirk widened, "Oh? Now you're talking my language."

Kojiro chuckled, "That does seem to be the case."

He stood up, unsheathing his sword, and the moment he did, Kojiro raised his blade to block a strike from Gae Bolg.

Cu smirked, "Quite the long sword you have there, trying to compensate for something?"

Kojiro chuckled, "If that's your way of taunting me, that's a bit too childish to work."

The samurai pushed the spear away, before lashing out with a horizontal slash.

Cu moved out of the way nimbly, and the two blurred, sword and spear lashing out over and over again as they fought for dominance.

The Lancer smirked as he dodged yet another slash from Kojiro. Unlike Lancer Artoria or even Saber Artoria, Sasaki Kojiro relied heavily on technique.

As someone who relied heavily on speed and swift strikes, this fight was something that was within his element.

Monohoshi Zao clashed against Gae Bolg once more, and Sasaki Kojiro asked, "So, what do you want with my Master?"

The Lancer snorted, "Now you're willing to hear me out?"

The Assassin chuckled, "Might as well."

The two parted and once more engaged each other in a dangerous dance, only for Cu to realize he was slowly being pushed backwards.

The Lancer frowned slightly, 'What's going on? We're both pretty much equal in speed and strength, why am I-'

He was cut off from his line of thought as he jumped back to dodge a slash that would have took his head off.

Cu Chulainn raised his head to stare at Sasaki Kojiro, and his eyes widened slightly in realization.

The Lancer smirked to himself, 'Dumb fuck, I should've realized this in the beginning. Footing's not balanced.'

Sasaki Kojiro studied his opponent's stance, "So, mind giving me an answer?"

Cu chuckled, "Yeah why not? I'm here to propose an alliance."

The Assassin raised an eyebrow, "An alliance?"

The Lancer nodded, "Yeah, tell Caster that Gilgamesh sends his regards."

Kojiro furrowed his eyebrows, "Hmm..."

The samurai turned to glance up at the entrance of the temple, and in less than a minute, Caster's hooded figure could be seen walking out.

Medea stared down at Cu Chulainn, "Lancer... I heard everything. What are you planning?"

Cu smirked, "Nothing much, just trying to even the playing field a bit."

The Witch of Colchis studied him for a moment, before she nodded, "In that case, then let us talk."

Later that night, Rin and Sakura had gone over to Shirou's house for dinner along with their Servants.

Taiga grinned as she sat on the floor, watching Shirou and Sakura working in tandem to make dinner.

The woman's expression turned somber when she glanced over to Illya and Rin, both of which were having a silent stare off, and that wasn't including the eight blondes and tall purple haired woman.

Lancer Artoria, or Altria, had insisted that they were relatives who came to visit during their stay, and Sakura tried to play off Medusa as a distant relative.

Taiga had initially suspected the two blondes were involved in the Moonlit World, which was why she was awfully suspicious about them in the first place.

But now that she'd discovered Shirou's involvement, and his apparent skill in fending for himself, the woman was a lot less worried than before.

But that also meant that Rin and Sakura were most likely involved in the same situation.

The teacher was not blind. The three of them were never particularly close. Shirou and Sakura aside, Rin was never really someone anyone would approach in general.

Their sudden close relationship and the sudden appearance of so many newcomers brought alarm bells to the woman, and there was no better way to explain it.

That brought her to Illya, Kiritsugu's long lost daughter.

Now that she had actually met the girl, Taiga had mixed feelings. The woman had no qualms admitting that she loved Kiritsugu, despite it being mostly a crush than anything.

But knowing that he had a daughter brought her mixed feelings. Shirou was different because he was adopted, but Illya was a symbol of Kiritsugu and Irisviel's love.

The woman mentally slapped herself. Kiritsugu was already gone, what mattered most was Shirou being happy.

That still did not calm the Tiger of Fuyuki from the fact that Illya looked younger than Shirou, despite being two years older.

She certainly did not act the part either.

Illya turned away from her stare off against Rin, and she skipped over to the kitchen, "Shirouuu, is dinner ready yet?"

The redhead chuckled, "Just a bit more, Illya."

The white haired girl hmm'd, before she turned and went back to her seat, "Okay."

Illya noticed Taiga staring at her, and she smiled, "So, you took care of Shirou after Papa left?"

The teacher registered her words, and she smiled widely, "Yep, I did, I'm pretty much his older sister."

The white haired girl's smile strained, "Ah is that so?"

Taiga grinned, "That's right, which also makes me your older sister too!"

Illya blinked, "O-oh... I guess that makes sense..."

The older woman chuckled, "What? Did you expect something else?"

The white haired girl let out a breath as she folded her arms, "Well, yes. The Fujimura Taiga I've heard about didn't seem the type to just give in to someone coming in and claiming to be Shirou's older sister."

Taiga laughed, "Well true if it were anyone else, but you're Kiritsugu's daughter, so we're good."

Illya hummed, "I guess..."

"Glad to see you two getting along."

The two glanced at a side to see Shirou placing a few plates of food on the table with Sakura's help.

Illya smiled, "Of course."

Taiga nodded as she folded her arms, "I'll be getting a new younger sister after all."

The redhead chuckled, before he gave the blondes a look, "No eating until everyone is at the table, okay?"

Lancer Artoria simply gave him a resigned nod, while Mordred looked like she wanted to object, only to back down when she saw Saber Artoria (along with the other versions of her father) reluctantly nod.

Atfer a short while, they all started dinner, and Taiga could only hold back her surprise so far when she witnessed the eight blondes devour Shirou's cooking with vigor.

The fact that they were enjoying her ward's cooking was a given, rather, she was taken aback by how much they were eating.

It also made sense now why Shirou made that much food.

Ten minutes. That was all it took for them to finish food that had taken two hours of preparation.

The Tiger of Fuyuki simply decided not to think about it as she quickly dug into her own food too.

A short while later, Shirou stood in his shack, putting away his equipment after tinkering with them as he always did.

Rider Alter and Archer Artoria had offered to wash the dishes, and Shirou had gratefully let them do so.

Heroine X and X Alter continued to laze around as usual, while Saber Artoria, Lancer Artoria and Caster Artoria cleaned up the rest with Rin and Sakura's help.

The redhead put away the last of his stuff, until he heard footsteps.

"It's gotten really lively here these days huh?"

Shirou turned to see Taiga standing there, and he chuckled, "Yeah, sorry, I should've told you they'd be here."

The teacher shook her head, "It's fine."

She stared at him for a brief moment, before asking, "Altria-san, Ayako-san and all of them. They're part of that other side, aren't they?"

Shirou paused, before nodding, "Yes, they are."

Taiga nodded, "I want to worry, but it's just way out of my league. They're not doing anything to you, are they?"

The redhead chuckled, "Besides eating into my bank account, no. They're a big help, really."

The teacher nodded, "I see..."

Taiga closed her eyes, "If that's what you believe, then that is all that matters."

She looked out of the shack, towards the house, "Is there anything I should be wary of?"

Shirou considered the idea, before he spoke, "Just try to stay home as much as you can. That's all I can say."

Taiga chuckled, "Thought so. I guess I should take your advice and head home today."

The redhead chuckled, "Probably for the best."

The teacher turned away from the shack, "I'll ask Sakura-chan and Rin-chan if they want a ride home."

Shirou snorted, "As if you can fit three people on your bike."

Taiga grinned, "Watch me."

The redhead simply sighed and shook his head as he finished cleaning up.

A short while later, Rin and Sakura both walked along the streets at night.

The twin tailed brunette sighed, "I always knew there was something wrong with that woman, but having three of us on a bike has to be illegal."

Sakura giggled, "Fujimura-sensei means well, she just doesn't want us to walk home like this."

Mordred snorted, "Well she's worried for nothing. With Rider and myself, there's nothing that can really get past us."

The blonde knight scowled, "Speaking of which, where's your shitty Archer?"

She directed the last part at Rin, but before the girl could answer, the man himself spoke directly from behind Mordred, "I've always been around, just in spirit form."

Mordred almost jumped, and she spun, Clarent appearing in the blink of an eye, only to strike Kanshou.

The blonde glared, "Never. Do that again."

Archer smirked, "Duly noted."

Both swords vanished, and Rin sighed, "Can you not? It's night, but we're still out in the open you know?"

The man snorted, "And what would happen? We have three Servants here, relax."

Medusa smiled, "He's out of line, but he's right."

Rin grumbled, "I give up."

The five continued walking, until all three Servants stiffened.

Mordred narrowed her eyes as she summoned her armor, "Both of you, stop."

Rin and Sakura both blinked, but complied anyway as Medusa summoned her spikes and chains, while Kanshou and Bakuya appeared in Archer's hands.

The brunette frowned, "Enemies?"

Archer nodded, "Yeah, and we're surrounded by a barrier too."

"I figured you'd notice."

Lancer blurred into view, and Archer narrowed his eyes, "Lancer... I never knew you had the ability to conjure barriers, as a Caster perhaps, but not as you are now."

Lancer raised an amused eyebrow, "Oh, you speak as though you've seen my Caster form."

The white haired man smirked, "Perhaps, perhaps not."

"Seems like he knows you well, Lancer."

Lancer snorted, "Can it Assassin."

The five turned behind to see a man with long indigo hair in a pony tail, dressed in a traditional Japanese attire.

Rin frowned, "Did Lancer just call him Assassin?"

Sasaki Kojiro grinned, "Indeed young lady, my name is Sasaki Kojiro, pleased to meet you."

"I don't remember giving you permission to give out your True Name, Assassin."

They all turned to see Medea walking into view from another side, with Souichirou by her side.

Archer snarled, "Caster... I see, so that's how it is."

Medea smiled, "Yes, it is exactly how you think it is."

The witch's smile dropped, "And don't bother trying to call for help. With my Bounded Field and Lancer's runes, even the most skillful mages will have trouble."

Rin glared at her, "Even yourself?"

Medea chuckled, "Why yes, even for someone of my caliber."

Lancer scoffed, "If you're done with your chat, shall we begin?"

The Caster chuckled, "But of course."

She drew her staff, but before she could, she felt Souichirou's hand on her shoulder. Medea blinked, "Souichirou-sama?"

The teacher's eyes stayed on Archer, "I shall fight."

Medea blinked, before she nodded, "Very well, I shall provide you support then."

Rin grunted in frustration as the former assassin stepped forward, magic swirling around his fists thanks to Medea.

Archer narrowed his eyes, "Saber, you take Lancer. Rider, I'll need you to take Assassin. I'll deal with Caster and her Master."

Medusa nodded, "Very well."

Mordred snorted, "Yeah whatever. As long as I get to kill one of them, I don't care."

Archer nodded, before he spared Sakura and Rin a look, "I trust you'll call for backup."

The two blinked, before nodding in agreement.

Cu Chulainn smirked, "Done with your little strategic meeting?"

Kojiro chuckled, "Impatient, are we?"

Cu snorted, "Can't blame me."

Medea scoffed, "Enough, let us begin."

With that said, the three Servants charged the opposing three.

Earlier that evening, Lord El-Melloi II, or rather, Waver Velvet stood in front of a familiar magic circle he had used 10 years ago.

Or at least, what was left of it.

The blood and magic circle was long gone, the only signs of a summoning ever happening there were the bits of charred ground from the summoning circle along with scorched ground from Rider's appearance.

Gray stood beside him, "Master? This is the place, isn't it?"

Waver nodded, "It is. We will summon him here, and the other Servant as well. Once we're done, we'll head to our base."

Reines smirked, "Oh, so you do have a base here."

Her adoptive brother sighed, "It's not much, but it is above a lesser Leyline. I believe it should suffice for what we need."

Luvia nodded, "We'll see. If anything, Fuyuki's Leylines are above average, so we should be good."

The teacher nodded, "It will be. I kept that buffoon with me thanks to that Leyline, after all."

He shook his head as he pulled out a knife, cutting his palm with it, "But enough of that, let us begin."

In less than 5 minutes, the circle was done, and Waver turned to Gray, "The case."

The girl nodded, handing him the briefcase.

The man then opened and placed it at the center of the circle, "If what Olga Marie said was correct, I have to place the case on top of the circle."

Waver then reached into his coat, pulling out that small case that held Iskandar's cloth.

He then turned to Reines, "The other catalyst."

The blonde rolled her eyes, "Trimmau."

The familiar made of mercury appeared, handing him the second catalyst, a fragment of the Round Table he had purchased from Shishigou Kairi.

He placed them in front of the briefcase.

Waver backed up, "It's ready."

Reines raised an eyebrow, "Oh? So this is all it takes to summon a Servant?"

The man nodded, "Originally, the Grail does the summoning. What we, as Masters do, is just provide enough magical energy to anchor the Servant to this reality."

Luvia folded her arms, "Oh? But we don't have a Grail."

Waver nodded, "Hence the briefcase. It doesn't substitute for the Grail, but it helps share the load. So this time, we will have to take things into our own hands."

He reached out with one hand, holding it steady with the other, "Let silver and steel be the essence. Let stone and the archduke of contracts be the foundation."

The magic circle glowed, and so did the briefcase, and Waver continued, "Let rise a wall against the wind that shall fall Let the four cardinal gates close. Let the three-forked road from the crown reaching unto the Kingdom rotate."

He poured more prana into his hands, pushing it towards the circle, "I hereby declare. Your body shall serve under me. My fate shall be your sword."

The glow increased, and Waver felt a dip in his reserves, "Submit to the beckoning of the Holy Grail. If you will submit to this will and this reason…Then answer! An oath shall be sworn here!"

Memories of the Fourth War surfaced in his mind, and Waver's jaw tightened in anticipation, "I shall attain all virtues of all of Heaven. I shall have dominion over all evils of all of Hell!"

The man took a deep breath as he finished the chant, "From the Seventh Heaven, attended to by three greet words of power, Come forth from the ring of restraints, Protector of the Holy Balance!"

The glow increased, turning into a blinding light, before it dimmed down.

The four magi blinked when they saw who they'd summoned.

The first Servant smirked, "Servant Rider, King of Conquerors, Iskandar! I shall- oh?"

Iskandar's smile widened when he saw Waver staring at him, "Now, this is a pleasant surprise."

Waver's smile matched his own, "Yeah, damn right, you big idiot."

The Rider chuckled, "To think my last surviving subject would summon me yet again. Color me impressed."

The bespectacled man chuckled, barely holding himself back, "This is nothing, you should see everything else I've done."

Iskandar nodded, "So it would seem. You've grown into a fine man, Waver."

Waver laughed, "And you haven't changed a bit."

The king laughed, "Well when you're dead, you can't change much, now can you?"

The teacher chuckled, "That seems to be the case."

Iskandar glanced to a side to see a familiar purple set of armor, "Now who else do we have here?"

The second Servant they had summoned was simply staring at them, or more specifically, Gray.

Add whistled, "Now this is a surprise."

Waver's eyes widened when he saw the purple armor. But there was a difference.

Unlike what he remembered, this armor was shiny, and the Servant did not wear a helmet this time.

The knight stabbed his sword on to the ground, "Servant Saber, my True Name is Lancelot. We meet again, King of Conquerors, Iskandar."

He regarded Waver, "You as well, Master of Rider."

Waver furrowed his brows, "Did you say you're a Saber?"

Lancelot nodded, "Indeed. I do possess memories of the Fourth War when I fought as a Berserker, but only some parts of it."

The man nodded slowly, "I see."

Iskandar laughed, "Is that so? Then this will be an interesting match up."

Lancelot nodded, "So it would seem."

He then looked at Waver, "Speaking of which, the nature of our summoning is unusual. We are not part of a Holy Grail War, for I would not be summoned as a Saber if that were the case."

The magus nodded, "Yes, we have a bit of a situation, and we determined summoning Servants would be the best course of action."

Iskandar raised an eyebrow, "Oh? Do explain."

Waver nodded, "Yes, of course."

But before he could do so, Iskandar spoke up again, "Before that, who are these lovely ladies behind you, Waver?"

The teacher glanced back, and he let out a breath, "Gray is my student, and Reines is my adoptive sister. Luvia, is also another of my students, I suppose."

Iskandar raised an amused eyebrow, "So you've become a teacher?"

Waver nodded, "Yes."

The king laughed, "Interesting! Never would I have expected you to be a teacher, but surely you have become a fine one."

Reines snorted, "A fine one? I dare say he's become one of the best lecturers in the Clock Tower."

Iskandar chuckled, "That's some high praise."

Waver cut in before Reines could speak more, "Quite."

Meanwhile, Lancelot approached Gray, "Pardon me, but that trinket of yours... It seems familiar for some reason."

Gray pulled her hood down, "Ah, right... Uhmm..."

Add snorted, "Of course I do. You've seen the spear before, Knight of the Lake."

Lancelot's eyes widened, "Spear?... ! You don't mean!"

The girl frowned at Add, "Add..."

She sighed, "Yes, this is the spear of the ends of the world."

Lancelot's eyes widened when he caught a glimpse of Gray's face, "Girl, are you... are you a descendant of our king?"

Gray looked away, "I guess."

Before they realized it, Lancelot knelt before her, "This is splendid news! To think my king had descendants!"

The girl felt uncomfortable, "Please, don't kneel before me. It feels... weird."

The knight shook his head, "No, if you are indeed a descendant of my king, then you are royalty! This is the least I must do."

Reines raised an amused eyebrow, "Loyalty from someone like you? Color me surprised."

Lancelot nodded, "I understand my legend may prompt some discomfort, but I assure you, I am loyal to King Arthur and his blood."

Gray didn't know how to respond, but she didn't need to, as Waver spoke up, "That's good to hear, but we should get you two briefed before we head on."

The two Servants' eyes turned serious, and they nodded as the Master explained their circumstances.

After a short while, Lancelot nodded, "Very well, I understand. I promise I shall protect you four to the best of my ability."

Iskandar laughed, "First you're a teacher, now you're a detective? I chose a fine man as my last surviving subject."

Waver smiled at his king's words, "Now that we're clear, let us head off. We need to get to our base first."

He looked at Iskandar, "And yes, that house."

The king laughed, "Then let us be off!"
