Fate is a weird thing, you can try to escape it but it always catches up to you. So how does one decision change the fate of the world? what if one action was able to change the fates of two groups in their entirety? Let's see what happens when Hollows and Shinigami clash with servants and masters fighting alongside the reapers that protected them in their most dire hour.

15. Chapter 15

Hello everyone and welcome back to another chapter of Caught in the Fall! This chapter honestly... took the longest to plan out. We have been planning one aspect of THIS ONE CHAPTER, FOR ABOUT FIVE WEEKS! And with the leadup for this chapter... it was a bit interesting planning all this out. But I think it went well, so I want you guys to do something for me for this week's selections of comments... find the references we put into what I am talking about, Why... well I just want to be cheeky and ask you to keep your eye out! Here is a hint though, It is a reference to the Crossover I made a reference to last time. But yes, this chapter is the final chapter of the leadup to the Hueco Mundo arc so yha, so things are soon going to get a little more fight heavy again! But before the leadup, let's get into the Comment Spotlight!

Blur Moon says: I don't think Archer or Shirou should be able to even copy Zanpaktou because they are not weapons like NP or mystik vides. They are the manifestations of a person's soul, something they don't have an understanding of. If anything they maybe can copy the shape but not the abilities they have. About the shipping part, it would be better if it was not present. I mean Ichigo did not make any advances on Rukia or Orihime in the early part of Bleach for various reasons( kind of like Archer by having a low opinion of himself). And uliqhime I am just a ship between an abuser and a victim, nothing romantic about that. It's like Shinji and Sakura but slightly different and somehow ulqihime is okay to ship. Sorry if this was on the negative side of criticism in the review but just something I needed to say. No, the Archer and Saber part, that something they both needed in my opinion because their stories have a tragic end so they are one of the few that can relate.

Sorry for the long review and I hope you continue this story because this has promise.

P.S. Does Shirou even know he has Avalon?

MS says: So to answer the Zanpakuto but I may have to somewhat do a spoiler here, we may have already revealed it but I'm just gonna say it here. Aizen's wish on the grail was quite literally "Give Ichigo better fights to make him stronger" and because of how vague it is in detailing the fights Aizen was referring to, it's basically buffing everyone and pulling BS. Normally I wouldn't have had them able to replicate them at all but the Grail is able to give a lot of leeways. Also don't feel bad about it being a long review, we appreciate comments like this. And to finally answer the Avalon thing, technically I don't think Shirou knows yet but there's no reason Archer wouldn't tell him at all anymore, we kinda just didn't think about addressing it yet. Before I forget about the shipping thing, I'll admit I'm a bit up in the air about it as well considering how much of an effect it has had. I didn't realize it was that big of a deal at first since anyone can just pull the argument, "This is fanfiction so screw the rules" but this is definitely something I'll think about more. And finally, I'm glad you liked the Archer vs Saber battle for what it represents.

No Shirou vs Archer and Not Changing of the Landscape In UBW to show the progression of Shirou's and Archer's characters.

Why not make him more like Muramasa because what would his Zanpakutos abilities even be?

MS says: I think I've addressed this in another comment but if I didn't I'll say it here, the Fate story takes place right after the Shirou VS Archer fight in the UBW anime. Could we have made it more clear, definitely but that is where it takes place. Also, no Shirou doesn't have a Zanpakuto, Archer copied Ichigo's using Unlimited Blade Works. About changing the landscape, I'm unsure about that, not that I'm against it but it's more like I'm not sure it's possible once the reality marble has already been cast. To put into further explanation, Archer's UBW has remained the same in every form of media, regardless of character development, etc. Shirou's UBW in well UBW is the way it is because it was the first time he used it with the development he had. Same with Oath Under Snow, that was the first time he used it with his development. And also with Muramasa, while yes he has a different version it's not stated if Shirou had used it before he was possessed by Muramasa so that one is up in the air. If it is stated then I haven't seen it and I'll admit I'm wrong. And to clear it up, unfortunately to everyone wanting it, Shirou will not be getting a Zanpakuto of his own. While it is missed potential, I don't think I have the creative ability to come up with one for him. And the shipping thing, I'm just confused about it at this point. I didn't expect it to have the impact it did so I don't fully know how to address it.

Ethor Says: Ok Imma be honest tho, Ichihime was an idea we had within the development of the early chapters, BUT… we had ideas… ok mainly me but MS approved of ONE of them… guess which one! IchiRuki, IchiHime, IchiHara, IchiToria, IchiHullan, IchiZerker, Ichi-MS says: Alright that's enough, this is what I get for letting you have fun. In all seriousness though this is quite literally what I have to deal with when it comes to Ethor. Chapter 15: Kiss The Sky

Kisuke looked over at the occupants of the table, he could already tell that most of his students were already making massive improvements at the least, but even he could not hide a genuine smile from gracing his lips as he looked upon all of them.

"Well! It seems like you all have made massive progress over this past week! Heck, it looks like Ichigo is actually happier after all of this training!" said Kisuke

"Don't Push it Hat and Clogs!" said Ichigo Jokingly

"Still it is a shame you had to bring your friends here on that day of training! I could have gotten everything prepared better! But besides that! You all have done it, You have all been training almost constantly and after all of this time, you all have earned the power you all have been working so hard to master. Then again most of you only got better because of all of this but that is not how I see it! You gained the power to fight off the threat of Aizen's Mai-"

"Can we begin to conquer this new land now? your speech is not boosting the Moral of the troops," said Rider

"I was just getting to that." said Kisuke, "But we have been busy! And not just all of you, other than Taiga. We, as in Taiga, Uryu, and myself, have created something that is going to help you all to defend against the forces of evil that are going to be crashing upon you! New clothes!

"Excuse me?" said Everyone that was not aware of the plan

"Let me explain this one Urahara-San!" said Taiga

"Take the floor Taiga-San!"

"So! Out of all of us it is established that I am the best when it comes to sensory abilities, and I am able to take spirit ribbons and manipulate them into clothes that only I can see unless you all focus and then you can see them, but that is not the point, recently we found out that I am able to fit these into armor and clothing with the help of excess spiritual beings. So Kisuke decided that it would be a good idea for all of us to integrate it into his Anti-Hierro Armor, Or A-HA for short, while Uryu-Kun integrated the Armor itself into clothing!"

"That… might actually be very helpful." said Shiro, "Think about it like this, nobody here is well enough equipped to fight against someone with thicker skin than us. This might be better for us in the long run."
"Look at you Shirou, finally thinking as a mage would be thinking three steps ahead!" jabbed Rin

"You were about to say that too, weren't you?" asked Shirou

"Well there is also the obvious factor that the kids still need the extra armor." said Rin, "Which I am surprised you did not bring up."
"Well, I don't really need it anymore because of my magic," said Yuzu
"I might just take the cloth-integrated one to be safe but other than that I might be fine," said Karin

"Y~ha about that." said Kisuke

"What did you three do?" asked Velvet

"Well We had some new hires recently help with mass producing some of the cloth necessary for this, so when Taiga, Uryu, and I began working on the armor and the clothes we… kinda went overboard"

"We have a lot of options for all of us," said Uryu as he opened the slide to the next room revealing a hall of armor and clothes behind them.

It looked… strangely foreign to all of them, all of the Armor based on Western Armor and the designs for Medieval Fantasy and stuff like that… naturally, everyone was interested.

"All of them are marked with our names, you made 66 separate clothing styles AND made them all unique to us?" asked Ichigo

"Well it is more than 70 different ones, but yes. Yes we did!" said Taiga

"It was not that hard in all honesty, We had plenty of cloth," said Uryu, and Bb the looks of It he was already changed.

He wore a white trench coat with blue stripes sewn into the coat itself with a leather belt design in the shape of the Quincy Cross around his waist with two more sashes that held what Ichigo could only assume were pommels of a sword or something. His pants were black and he wore armored combat boots that looked to be a pale white, it was the same color as his undershirt and under armor, all of it looked light but sturdy. He also had a bag on his back which was likely filled with stuff that Ichigo did not know how to understand.

"I thought you would go for the archer-looking one that is over there," said Ichigo

"I honestly thought this would be a better fit for me," Uryu said

"Fair enough," said Ichigo before walking over to the armor that was listed under his name. It was not like any of them were going to work when he was in his soul reaper form, although he did like the polydrons on the ones labeled "Hero Style" and "Vanguard Style" but other than that he didn't think he needed them.

Yuzu was having a much easier time with picking out a choice than the others, with hers being a simple pair of white wide-legged pants that covered a pair of tights underneath witch of course her legs were armored with the A-HA for the sake of safety, A corset with two straps of leather that went down past her knees like a skirt, and a pink and white long sleeve shirt that also had armor strapped to her hands. Ichigo did not know why she did not put the armor on the rest of her body, but after what he saw her do, he was not surprised.

Karin also took it as simply as she could, going with a simple pair of armor-infused tights, a pair of leather boots, a pair of shorts underneath a short skirted dress, and a scarf with runes already being sewn into it.

Ichigo soon noticed Chad leaving the room, already changed as well, or rather he wore the armor on top of his shirt-which was a short sleeve black shirt with a pair of white pants on- the armor was pure white as the one polydron he chose to wear rested on his right shoulder, all while his right arm was uncovered. Around his waist was a cape that was infused with the A-HA Armor and was Black with White trimming, but the back had a red pattern sewn into it. His shoes were swapped out from his usual school shoes to a pair of resilient leather combat boots with Armor strapped onto the shoe to make it more protective.

Ichigo himself just left the room in order to cast off his Gigai, and when he got back he found Taiga speaking with Shirou and EMIYA and forcing EMIYA into the Armor while Shirou sat and watched shaking his head, but most of them were dressed in the new armor.

Shirou dressed in a simple red and black-tailed coat with a silver pauldron on his right shoulder and he wore a pair of black A-HA infused pants that were covering some modest leg armor, as well as a pair of black boots with white A-HA Armor lining the boots. On his hip and strung across his back were a miniature short bow and a fully metallic long bow that looked like a replica of an Archer's own bow.

EMIYA was finally forced into his armor, and Ichigo had to admit it looked like a more armored version of what he already wore… just minus the cape he was currently trying to rip off of his armor. The armor itself was the same color as Shirou's that being: white, black, and red. His Armor however is unlike Shirou's. There was layered armor around the chest, with thinner plates of armor under a thicker plate of armor, with a double pauldron on both shoulders. The black armor he usually wore was under the armor and it looked to blend almost too well around the waist, two belts that had two pieces of armor that hung off of them.

Taiga on the other hand wore something that was close to what everyone suspected Assassin to be wearing under his cloak, just fitted and changed for a female. Taiga wore a green trench coat with an orange shirt underneath it. Over top, a pair of green A-HA infused pants was a set of three belts, two of which hold supplies like knives, medical kits, cloth, Spirit Ribbons, and the works. The last one though, for some reason held a holster to a revolver. Her boots were made of leather, and they only had the slightest pieces of armor on them.

"Hey Taiga?" Lancer, "Why is there a shield and helmet on this one here?"

"Well I thought that the "Sentinel Style" would need those as a necessity, kinda like the "Spartan Style" you know!" said Taiga

"Yha… I am not gonna need it for mine though, I will keep the shield with Rider though!" said Lancer.

"Good!"

Ichigo looked over to his version of the "Sentinel Style" armor, and while Ichigo's version was Orange, Black with a little bit of neon pink while Lancers were blue, silver, and red it was fair to say that Lancer's version fit him. The body of the armor was kinda like EMIYA's, with light armor that transitioned into thicker armor around the chest and legs all with a set of pauldrons that rested on the shoulders, but unlike Archer, there was a leather under armor that fit around the wearer's body. There was also the hip cape that had a sash down the front. The armor for Lancers also seemed to be engraved differently from the rest of them, with the design being more Runic-inspired. Ichigo had to admit, Uryu, Taiga, and Hat and Clogs did a good job with those.

"Alright, how do I look?" Rin asked after changing into her outfit.

Her outfit made her look like a medieval wizard with a little church aesthetic. She has a red cape and leggings with a black shirt, sleeves, shorts, and a slightly see-through skirt, revealing the top of her legs. Her boots are also black with red laces and she has a black hood.

"I think it looks good on you," Shirou says, blushing in the process.

"Not bad Rin, matches your attitude quite nicely," Archer says.

"Oh, can it Archer! At least my outfit is unique!"

"Believe me I didn't want this."

"Just shut up and accept it, Archer," Lancer says.

"Speaking of that, why am I the only one that is forced to use this armor while Ichigo, Velvet, Berserker, Caster, Assassin, and Rider get off scot-free?" Archer says.
"I plan to put on my clothes later." said Velvet, "Not that it is any of these, but I do have an outfit."

"None of mine fit me." said Iskandar, "I will take the Shield from "Spartan Style" though!"

"I don't think any of mine will work with my Soul Reaper Body." Said Ichigo, "Like don't get me wrong, I like the look of them. I just don't think they are going to work with my Bankai or Shikai."

"... We forgot that you actually changed clothes with your Bankai." said Uryu, "If we had more time we could experiment with that in the long term."
"I do have a solution for that!" Said Kisuke as he pulled out a scarf

"What?"

"Well I made this "scarf" to compensate for the fact that Ichigo's forms are very… shall we say destructive, to anything I make. So this was made in order to integrate with Ichigo's sword as he goes into Bankai. It can also be used as an actual sheath!"

"We both know I am not gonna be using it for that," said Ichigo as he drew his sword and wrapped the plain Scarf around Zangetsu's pommel, and as he did, the scarf changed color to a Bright Neon Pink.

"White, why is this scarf now pink?" said the Old man

"Ichigo was a fan of the color for AGES!" said White

"Shut it you two," said Ichigo under his breath before going Bankai and seeing the scarf change color and style, to it now being a pure red tassel that looped in with the black chains of his sword. He went back into his Shikai form before sheathing his sword and saying, "It might not be as protective as the armor, but this will work just fine!"

"Speaking of all the armor talk, has anyone seen Saber?" Yuzu asks.

"She's getting ready, although I am wondering what's taking her so long," Rin says.

"Sorry, I'm just not used to the armor is all," Saber says.

Her outfit is more armored than her original attire, instead of a dress it looks more like a knight, with the chest plate, shoulder armor, gauntlets, and leg armor being revealed. It's similar to Archer's with slight alterations for obvious reasons and she even kept the cape, unlike Archer. The armor is mostly silver with gold accents and the clothing underneath is blue, and the cape is simply pure white.

"Not bad Saber, matches your attitude quite nicely," Archer says.

"Thank you for the compliment," Saber says.

"That's not a compliment Saber, that's him making fun of you." Rin says.

"Actually I did mean it as a compliment Rin," Archer says.

"Why does she get the compliment and I don't?!"

"I may be Shirou Emiya, Rin but I'm not the version that simps over you," Archer says, smiling the entire time.

"Bite me, Archer!" Shirou says in anger.

"Don't worry too much about it Rin, Archer only complemented Saber because he simps for her instead," Lancer says.

"I'm sorry what?!" Archer asks

"Oh nothing important," Lancer says before running away.

"When this is over I'm going to kill him," Archer says, sighing afterward.

"I don't want to interrupt the conversation but what is simple?" Saber asks.

"NOTHING IMPORTANT!" Shirou, Rin, and Archer all say in unison.

"Looks to me like you are all ready to go!" said Kisuke, "Although we are still waiting on our last two warriors for the Orihime Inoue Retrieval Arc."

"Wait, you said nothing about there being more of us, Hat and Clogs," said Karin

"That is because I was uncertain about their arrival. Yoroichi said that she would give me the heads up when they came," said Kisuke

"Well, let's just hope whoever they are actually decent at fighting," said Ichigo.

"Oh, they are!" Kisuke said with a Cheshire Cat smile

"Meow!"

"I guess they are here!" said Kisuke, "Is everyone ready? Then meet me in the basement so then I can show you my Garganta!"

Everyone heads down the ladder to the gate and Ichigo recognizes three figures already there. The first is Yoruichi, who sent the signal, the second is Renji Abarai, and the third is Rukia Kuchiki.

"Wait, Renji, Rukia? What are you two doing here?" Ichigo asks.

"Well we were going to just meet you there but then the cat lady asked us to come here instead," Renji explained. "Besides, it is not like we were going to follow the old man's orders… ok we did, but Byakuya-Taicho told both of us to come to Hueco Mundo."
"He said it was for the sake of, and let me quote Nii-Sama here, "For the sake of Ichigo Korosaki-San's brashness, don't let him die!" Guess we had no choice but to make sure that didn't happen!" said Rukia slyly before walking over to Ichigo and sawking him playfully in the ribs, "Besides, it was not like we were going to let yourself get killed anyway Strawberry!"

Ichigo Smiled, "Like I am going to give you the time and the trauma Midget!"

"Oh so she can call you Strawberry but I can't?!" Lancer asks playfully.

"Shut up, you ruined the moment!" Said Yuzu before she whispered something into the ear of the spear-toting servant… causing him to smile like Yoruichi

"Oh! Ok then!" said Lancer coyly

"ALRIGHT EVERYONE!" said Kisuke

Everyone's attention drew over to the shopkeeper, everyone's faces turned serious, and listened to the man speak about how the Garganta would work and the repercussions of it… but they were ready. Rider summoned his chariot, Lancer readied his lance, and Yuzu began to channel magic into her legs all the while Assassin and Taiga readied their weapons, Karin strapped her sword to her back as Caster writes down all of the incantations and spells that Karin made mistakes on. But for the most part, everyone was ready for hell to greet them… and when the maw of the Garganta opened… they charged right in!

"EVERYONE! LET'S ROCK!" shouted Ichigo.

"GOSH DARN IT I WANTED TO SAY THAT!" shouted Taiga.
