TheLucky38: So, I want to apologize for what I am about to say. It's not something that can be easy to write, but here goes.
I will not continue with An Irresistible Weekend. As hard as it is to say, the story will be considered filler. I wanted to continue, but there was little to nothing to motivate me. Mainly due to how it's Ash and Serena that stays in a house for the entire weekend. Not a bad idea, but then I forgot something absolutely crucial that could have made it all work.
Instead of focuses on sex alone. After the very first time Ash and Serena are together. Instead of having more sex, which I wouldn't be completely against. I should have put more effort on how the two would feel after such a night together. Resistance to their feeling of wanting more for one another, in a physical way, was unavoidable. The problem I faced is that I should have connected more to how it opens new doors to their relationship, rather than just sex alone.
What also didn't help at the time was my old job at the time. Had a toxic work environment, then it finally ended on the third year. Stuck around a little longer before I moved. It's a whole thing, really.
So, I decided on a new approach. This will be considered filler, as is tradition in anime. Perhaps in the future I'll make a more proper sequel. Better yet just have a new adventure with Ash and Serena. That's not to say I dislike An Irresistible Weekend. It's just a natural perspective of how time changes. That, and I want to one day be an author for stories outside of Fanfiction.
On this day, this story is no more. It will remain, but don't expect more. I'm sorry for never finishing it while I had the chance.
