When Naruko and Akito left the apartment, Naruko sensed something hurtling towards her. She quickly caught the object before it could hit her. Akito looked at Naruko and said concerned "what is it?"
Naruko looked at the object in her hand and saw that it was a rock. She looked at the rock and with an upset expression she thought 'really. He goes from trying to surprise attack me to throwing things at me. What kind of weakling does he think I am?' She looked at the direction that the rock can from and threw it at a fence.
When the rock hit the fence her and Akito heard someone shout "ow!" "Nice try but you're gonna have to do better then that Konahamaru" Naruko said. Akito looked at the fence confused then Konahamaru got rid of his disgust surprising Akito. Konahamaru was holding his head and said "I'm surprised that you managed to see through my disgust this time boss but then again I'd expect nothing less from my future wife."
Akito was really surprised at how well Konahamaru was disguised as the fence that he completely ignored the fact that Konahamaru had called Naruko his future wife. "I see that you've gotten better at disguising yourself. I might have completely missed you if you didn't throw that rock at me" Naruko said in a proud tone making Konahamaru smile.
When Konahamaru saw Akito he looked at Naruko and said "huh? Who is this?" After Naruko introduced the two, Akito held out his hand and said "it's nice to meet you Konahamaru. I'm Akito Agatsuma." Konahamaru was pretty surprised that he didn't call him honorable grandson. "Umm… it's nice to meet you to" Konahamaru said shaking Akito's hand.
Konahamaru let go of Akito's hand then looked at Naruko and said "so boss is this guy new or something cause I don't remember ever seeing him here?" "Yeah he just got here yesterday. Now if you don't mind we've gonna go" Naruko said. "Fine but you better play ninja with me, Udon, and Moegi later" Konahamaru said. "Ok. I'll see you later Konahamaru" Naruko said walking away. As they were walking away Akito looked at Konahamaru and waved goodbye.
Naruko was too busy talking to Akito that she didn't notice the person that had walked in front of her. She ended up bumping into them. As Naruko was falling Akito quickly caught her before she could hit the ground. Naruko blushed the moment she realized that Akito was holding her. As he was helping her get back on her feet, "I'm really sorry I didn't see you there" the person said.
Both Naruko and Akito looked at the person. Naruko immediately realized who the person was and said "It's ok Iruka-sensei. I wasn't looking where I was going." Iruka smiled and said "hey Naruko, I haven't seen you in a while. It's nice to see you again." "You too" Naruko said with a smile.
"Oh right" Naruko said. She pushed Akito in front of her and said "Akito this is Iruka. He was my sensei when I was in the academy and Iruka-sensei this is Akito Agatsuma. He's new here and he's gonna be staying with me at my place." Iruka was surprised that Naruko is gonna let someone stay at her apartment. He was also disturbed and suspicious at the same time.
"It's nice to meet you Iruka" Akito said holding out his hand. "It's nice to meet you to Akito" Iruka said shaking Akito's hand. He then pulled Akito closer to him and whispered in his ear "let me make this clear because I'm only gonna say this once, you do anything to Naruko and I'll make you wish that you were never born. Got it?" Akito quietly nodded his head. "Good" Iruka whispered.
Iruka looked over at Naruko and said "how about we go and get some ramen as a way to welcome your friend to Konoha." "Maybe later. I'm still showing him around" Naruko said. "Alright then I'll see you two later" Iruka said shocked then left.
After Iruka left Naruko continued to show Akito around the village. Akito stopped when they were about to pass by a weapon shop. He went to the window and started to look inside. Naruko stopped walking when she saw that Akito wasn't following her. She looked around, saw him at the weapon shop, and went over to him.
Akito stared at the weapons, mainly at the swords. Naruko remembered that ever since they were kids he told her that when he became a ninja he only wanted to use weapons and taijutsu not jutsus, even though he was really good at ninjutsu and controlling his chakra.
Naruko saw that Akito was looking at the swords bringing back some bad memories for her. Ever since that day Naruko has never really liked swords all that much but she'll still use them if she has to plus she doesn't want all that training to go to waste.
Naruko giggled causing Akito to look at her. "I see that you still really like weapons" Naruko said. Akito looked away and blushed from embarrassment while Naruko started cooing at him. 'Aww he's blushing. He probably still gets embarrassed talking about what he's interested in. I remember that he always had trouble talking to me or my friends about his interest or hobbies without getting embarrassed' Naruko thought.
Naruko started to blush a bit while playing with her fingers and said "y-you know Akito I-I have a s-sword back a-at my apartment y-you can use it if you w-want." Akito looked at her with a smile and said "really? Your gonna let me use it?" "Y-yeah of course y-you can use it" Naruko said. "Thank you that's really kind of you" Akito said with pure joy in his eyes.
The two of them just stood there looking at each other for a bit. Naruko couldn't stop her heart from beating rapidly or fight the giant smile plastered on her face. After a very long time, she was standing there face to face with the one person she considered to be her soulmate. The poor girl was smiling so much that her cheeks began to hurt.
"Well it's nice to see that you two are getting along just fine" someone said. Both Naruko and Akito looked around and they saw Kakashi along with Sakura and Sasuke. "Oh hey Kakashi-sensei, Sakura, Sasuke" Naruko said a bit disappointed. She wanted that moment to last a bit longer.
"Hey Naruko I'd thought that I should check and see how things are going with your new roommate but I can see that everything is fine between you two" Kakashi said. He then looked at Akito and said "I don't think we were properly introduced the last time we met. I'm Kakashi Hatake, I'm Naruko's treacher." "Hi. I'm Sakura Haruno and this is Sasuke Uchiha" Sakura said introducing herself and Sasuke. Akito smiled an said "it's nice to meet you all, I'm Akito Agatsuma."
The whole time Sasuke didn't say anything. He just kept glaring at Akito out of jealousy. Sasuke was jealous because of how close him and Naruko had become in a short amount of time. It was very clear that Akito was extremely important to her.
Sasuke turned around and started to walk away. "Sasuke wait" Sakura said. Sasuke just ignored her and kept walking. Akito frowned, looked at Naruko, and said "did I say or do something wrong?" "N-no you didn't do anything wrong, Sasuke's just being bastard" Naruko said.
Sakura looked at Naruko, smacked the back of her head, and shouted "Naruko don't say that!" Akiko stood by as Sakura kept shouting at Naruko. Kakashi went over to him and said "don't worry, this happens often." "Ok if you say so" Akito said.
"By the way I forgot to thank you for your help with the mission" Kakashi said. "Oh there's no need to thank me, in fact I'm the one who should be thanking you. I've been trying to find a way to get out of that situation for a while. If I hadn't ran into you guys I would have never been able to leave or stopped them from causing any more trouble" Akito said. "I still can't believe that one of them got away" Kakashi whispered hoping that no one would hear him.
"What! One of them got away!" Akito shouted causing Naruko and Sakura to look at them. Kakashi sighed and said "I'm afraid so. When lady hokage sent a couple of jonin and chunin to catch the people you told us about they managed to apprehended them well except for one of them. A woman with long dark lavender hair, red eyes, and a weird heart marking on the back of her hand. She was a lot faster and stronger than we were excepting so unfortunately she ended up getting away."
Hearing that the woman had a heart marking on the back of her hand made Naruko's eyes widened in shock. She already knew what he was talking about. 'B-but how? I thought that the people who possessed a hitokon were all dead' Naruko thought. Akito on the other hand was shaking and took a step backwards.
"Hey is everything ok Akito?" Sakura said making Naruko and Kakashi look at him, Akito looked at them, put on a fake smile, and said "I'm sorry but I have to go. It was nice to meet you though." He then ran away. "Akito wait" Naruko said then ran after him.
