It was later that night into early-morning and Casey was in bed in the guest-room of Rocket's penthouse apartment but should be sleeping, only she couldn't after everything which had happened deciding to make herself a drink or some water hearing voices talking so became unseen through her cloakijg-power so the adults wouldn't notice she was up.

Gamora said, which made the female-cub curious wondering who she was talking about deciding it wasn't a good idea to snoop heading to the kitchen finding milk pouring herself a glass drinkijg slowly guessing Rocket and his friends were talking grown-up stuff which was borin tomher unless he was talking about missions but he saved those for the podcast putting the glass in the sink, heading back tombed.

Hmmmmm my birthday's coming up, but why would they be talking about me, they have better things to talk about, maybe I'm justvimaginijg things after such a lomg day so sleeping should help me out.

She then tucked herself back into bed feeling sleepy, zoning out justvas Rocket checked on her seeing her out smirking about everything that's been going on since he let Kendra adopt Casey asking her what ti do, and Casey's birthday was coming up sighing as he felt bad for her seeing Lylla there with him and about Casey but getting messages from her sister, that the Resistance had thwarted the schism of Half-world making Rocket smirking.

"Zeke's a badass but it means a bright future for our home." Rocket said kissing her.

Later that morning, smelling pancakes madecCasey begin to stir but sluggishly walk into the kitchen which bothered Rocket, guessing she'd had triuble sleeping last night after everything that had happened yesterday making her a latte to go with jer pancakes hearing her thanking him.

"You're welcome kiddo but everything will be okay and rest up, as classes are cancelled because of yesterday." Rocket told her knowing her classmates were probably happy about this getting dressed after eating deciding to ger some fresh air making Rocket sighing, seeing Gamora give him a look saying he should tell Casey the truth, that he was her big brother if Jupiter said it was okay.

"I guess so, but don't want to freak her out." he said.
