Tom's brown eyes searched the wreckage. He locked on his best friend JoJo who sat sobbing in a corner. The Irish boy was completely heartbroken. Tom wanted to comfort his friend but he couldn't. Lia sat by the window crying too but Tom assumed it was because JoJo was crying. JoJo stood up and dried the tears that stained his pale, freckled cheeks. "I'm sorry." He said sadly. "I wish I was a mortal. Being a vampire sucks."
Tom watched the moonlight glint off of JoJo's pristine white fangs. He watched Lia approach his friend. "We are over." She said cruelly without any emotion and left.
When she was gone JoJo collapsed and started to cry anew. Tom sat down next to his friend. The vampire's green eyes glittered and were red rimmed.
"Forget her." Tom said. "I can't." JoJo said desperately." When I thought you shoplifted, she was there for me..." Tom nearly pointed out that it had been Lia had framed him but he kept quiet. "T...Tom." JoJo gasped "I think I love her." Tom put an arm around JoJo.
Suddenly Cindy blasted through the door. "So here you two are." She said. Amy Rose and Blaze stood behind her the two fifteen-year-olds stood battle ready. Tom hugged Blaze and Cindy. It was obvious he liked Blaze. Amy approached JoJo. "What's wrong leprechaun?" She asked. "My girlfriend left me." He said. Trying not to cry in front of Amy. Suddenly Sonic zoomed into view. "Guys!" he said. "Egg butt and the goblins are coming. JoJo sighed. "Stand back." He said. He stood up and gathered his vampire kinesis and blew the wall up. The group escaped.
Willow's beautiful blue eyes watched her daughter Cindy and her new friends, Amy, Blaze and Rouge. Rouge was demonstrating a chaos emerald while an agitated Knuckles was trying viciously to get it back while his girlfriend Rocky held him back. She moved her gaze to where Tom and his friend Joseph were watching Blaze and Amy. "I like that Rouge." Ferocia said as she approached. "She takes what she wants." "I prefer Amy." Willow said. "She's so kind and innocent." "Blah that pink fan girl makes me sick." Ferocia said angrily. "She reminds me of JoJo." His Highness put in. "Overly cutefied and obsessive?" Ferocia asked. "No." His Highness snapped. "Sweet, loving and a kindred spirit.
Amy turned on her radio. Blaze dragged Tom over to where they were dancing. "Come on little guy." Cindy and Rocky were fighting over Knuckles and Rouge was dancing with the emerald. (LOL ^^) "Hey." Amy said. What's up leprechaun?" "I'm still kinda thinking about Lia." He said sadly. He wiped off tears that were falling too fast to hold back. "Don't cry." Amy said. "Love is complicated. Trust me." "SonAmy." JoJo said. He managed a smile. "Yes." Amy nodded.
"Oh no!" Cindy screamed. Sonic looked up. The Egg carrier was right above them.
"Surprise Sonic." Eggman's voice loomed. "Did you miss me?"
