In this all-new take on MLB, an army of 558 friends are killed by an exploding TV and reborn in Miraculous Ladybug, with 2 girls being reborn as Marinette and Chloe. With the foreknowledge at their disposal, they intend to change everything horribly wrong and minorly horrible about the superhero show's future. But what threats lurk to stop them?

11. Internet Man vs Lady Wifi

Chapter 11: Internet Man vs. Lady Wi-Fi.

In Francoise Dupont's canteen, Sabrina and I marched confidently to Max.

The reason why Sabrina and I wanted to talk to Max was because we needed his help in creating an Akuma Alert App for mobile phones in the possession of every Parisian in the city to be alerted of Akuma attacks, including audio guides for people who are either blind or who can't use their hands for any reason because there's no telling what could happen in an Akuma attack, and a website version connected to the app in case people want to look at the notifications on the app if they want to see it on a bigger screen. Especially including people wearing reading glasses to see who are unable to read small print due to the nature of their impaired vision.

Anyway, I said as Max looks up, "Sorry for interrupting your peaceful meal, Max, but we need your help with something."

Max then replies in a small panic, unknowingly drawing attention to the three of us, "Whatever is it that you believed I did, I'll honestly say I had nothing to do with it! There's a 79 to 87% chance that Kim dragged me into it!"

Kim replies, "Not cool, dude!"

I rolled my eyes as Sabrina replies, "No, no, no, it's not that. You're not in trouble for anything; rather, we need your help with some technological innovations. On the other hand, if you did do something we'd heard of, you'd have reason to be afraid of us both."

Sabrina's glare made Max realize that it was a small interrogation.

Max seemed to get the message of Sabrina's glare: if he has done something that he shouldn't've done, he's gonna suffer our wrath in terms of how we expose troublemakers and bullies and incompetent educators alike to the school board.

Sabrina really has improved vastly over the years, even if not one hundred percent.

Max replies before asking us, "Oh. Um, okay. What did you two need help with?"

Sabrina answers, "We need your help in dealing with the Akumas, because people getting Akumatized over even the smallest things is seriously getting further out of control with each passing day."

Max points out before musing, "But what can I do? I'm not Ladybug, Cat Noir, or any of their teammates and their armies of clones. But I have to admit, it is fascinating that cloning can be made possible thanks to our universe's timekeeper."

I and Sabrina took turns explaining our idea, "We need your assistance in creating an app called the Akuma Alert App. What we require is someone with the technological know-how to design it or at least invent a functional model for big-name technology organizations to utilize in creating the finalized app. Of course, the first person we thought of to help us in this regard was you, Max." "Helping us may not be more than enough to disrupt Hawk Moth's plans even temporarily, but it'll look good on your job resume, and besides, we know you want to make a reputation for yourself in the fields of computer programming, engineering, coding, technological invention, and so forth. Even if you can't create the entire application yourself for any reason at all, you'll still be given credit if you help us."

Of course, Max doesn't know that Sabrina and I know everything there is about technology and computer science among other kinds of technology-related levels of intelligence thanks to me secretly using my wishing power.

Max's eyes shined with anticipation and excitement as he questions again, "I-I think I understand. I'll help in any way I can. What does this app need to do?"

Sabrina and I took turns explaining again, "What the app needs first and foremost is to have a button that people can push when they see an Akuma or an Akumatized supervillain on the loose in order for people to be notified of what areas in the city to avoid crossing into. It needs to be something that people can press the moment that they open the app on their phones. What it also needs is a tab where anyone can search up and find registered and legalized in approval Akuma shelters in the city. It also needs a secondary tab that contains reliable resources needed for calming techniques in order to drive off Akumas no matter how powerful Hawk Moth makes them, as well as reliable information on therapy and other emotional aids. And it needs a third tab for self-defense techniques for any Akumas who don't have any murderous powers or weapons in any situation where attempting to flee is no longer an option and there's no other choice but to fight. There should also be footage of previous and/or currently happening Akuma attacks for further assistance. We were also planning on asking Alya for the footage of previous or currently occurring Akumatized villain attacks if she ever displays interest in helping us so we can make it happen." "For convenience's sake, this app needs to work even without needing a Wi-fi signal, and there needs to be a voice activation option in case people can't use their hands for whatever reason. After all, there's no telling what will happen in an Akuma attack. And there should also be an audio guidance tool for blind people. It'll also be best for convenience's sake to have a website iteration connected to the application in the event that someone in the city, for any reason at all, can't use their phones, can't reach their phones, or if they want to go on the website to look at the features on a bigger screen. Chief among said reasons being that someone is blind in the sense of needing glasses to see and that they can't read small print."

As Sabrina and I explained everything, Max nodded along as he also took notes of what we said and quietly muttered to himself all of the logistics of contingency plans and whatever he requires to make the app work.

But then, Max questioned, "But wait, how many people in the city need glasses to see but they are unable to read small print?"

I answered, "60% French people need glasses for when they're doing work in office buildings and 67% French people need glasses for reading. But I do calculate that up to 59% of those categories in separation and unison cannot read small print so easily."

Max and everyone else looked shocked that Sabrina and I were just as smart as Max is.

I then said before saying to Kim at the end, "Yes, I spent many of my childhood years dedicating myself to increasing my intellect level, just like Max. But remember, depending on how smart you are, you'd end up making more friends with people who are as smart as you are and some of your other friends who are, if you'll pardon my choice of words, simple-minded, might feel inadequate in the friendship circle just because they're not fortunate enough or blessed enough to be born with an enhanced capacity to learn school subjects on an equal level to some of the most famous scientists, mathematicians, literature teachers, and so forth in history. So, for example, Kim, if you're having trouble with understanding something that other people can understand perfectly, whether it be the logical reasonings behind specific choices or something else entirely, all you have to do is ask."

Kim smiled at me before giving me a thumbs up.

Then Max got back to work.

Sabrina then took over to explain the list of competent and reliable companies that my dad and his work force handpicked and tested to see if they're willing to help out. As well as providing him with her own calculations on the possibility of any one in the city getting Akumatized over big and/or small things such as children and babies being denied specific types of junk food due to being too young, teenagers getting rejected by the people they claim to love, adults getting fired from their jobs for any reason or no reason at all, old people turning out to be grumpy and rude, toddlers and older children being punished for disobedience, children waking up from nightmares that come from watching horror movies, someone like Mr. Damocles having their dreams of being a superhero destroyed, someone like Ms. Mendeleiev discovering more information about the sources of the heroes' powers without meaning to, only to try exposing it to the world in order to be recognized as the greatest scientist in the world, only to be mocked, someone like Nathanael Kurtzberg being scolded harshly by Ms. Mendeleiev for sketch drawing in class, someone like Alya being stubborn, bullheaded, and selective in what they hear when it comes to their theories about any subject being right or wrong – regardless of whether those theories come from reporters, conspiracy theorists, scientists, theologians, etc. – someone like Kim being rejected harshly by a girl on Valentine's Day, and so forth.

Of course, alongside some of the students in the canteen at this lunch period, even Max was surprised at the possibilities of causes for people in the city to get Akumatized. Even disgusting, stupid babies.

Anyway, when I glanced at Alya, I noticed a sparkling twinkle in her eyes as she looked at me.

Oh, man. I nearly forgot that this was gonna be a new Lady Wifi episode with Alya thinking that I'm Ladybug just because I'm smart enough to come up with the idea of the Akuma Alert App and what needs to be in place for it to function properly.

I mentally told Marinette, and she told me not to worry about a thing; she's got a plan, and she's thankfully not gonna need that much help due to the advantages that the powers of the Ladybug, Black Cat, European Spider Crab, Dalmatian Pelican, Great Grey Owl, Cinereous Vulture, Cormorant and Margay Cat Miraculouses and the replicas of the Butterfly and Peacock Miraculouses provide for our primary squadron. Along with the other Miraculouses in our forces.

(Third person POV...)

Later that day, in Ms. Bustier's classroom, Alya takes out of her book a picture of Ladybug in an up close setting with her masked helmet and upper body visible, and Alya proceeds to cut the armor-shielded face out. Then, Alya proceeds to compare the face of Ladybug with the faces of her classmates in an effort to find out which face matches the shape of Ladybug's masked helmet – despite the fact that unless Ladybug removes her helmet by herself, nobody can tell who looks like Ladybug regardless of how powerful the quantum masking magic of the Ladybug Miraculous really is and nobody else is able to remove Ladybug's helmet thanks to her using her wishing power and thanks to Tikki's input.

While this is happening, Ms. Bustier says to her students – including the real Marinette and the real Adrien, "I'm very pleased with your dedication to your last assignment. Most of you really stepped up to such a not-so challenging assignment as this one, and I literally appreciate it. Now, the time has come to move on to our next assignment."

Alya moves the faceless picture over Chloe's face, but she glares while tap-pointing to Ms. Bustier standing in front of Alya's desk.

Alya notices Ms. Bustier looking at her confused and suspiciously all at once.

Alya sheepishly puts the picture back in her book.

Marinette smirks behind her book, snickering silently as she remembers how much she prepared for this day.

Suddenly, the bell rings.

As the students pack up to leave, Ms. Bustier says, "Tonight, I want all of you to read the third chapter of the breathtaking "France, the First Thousand Years," then answer this simple questionnaire."

Marinette gets her homework and she starts marching out of the room backwards pridefully before turning around and sprinting out of the school as carefully as possible, making people stare at her, even though she could hardly bring herself to care.

Upon entering the bakery, Marinette is greeted by her mother and by her first clone in her civilian disguise as Marinette's "adopted sister" by the name of Fanette Dupain-Cheng.

Tikki remarks to Fanette, "Time flies real fast when someone is saving the world. The school day's already over."

Marinette replies while catching her breath, "Tell me... about it... if it weren't for... our armies of clones... I would've missed either... halves of the... school days... or even full days of school."

Fanette asks, "You look like you just ran a hundred mile dash with no water. Are you okay?"

Marinette answers as she almost finishes regaining her breath, "Yes, Fanette, I'll be fine."

Tikki remarks, "Whoever's behind Hawk Moth's silver cowl is sure keeping us on our toes."

Marinette, Fanette, and Sabine start laughing.

Marinette replies, "But you don't have any toes."

Tikki blushes in embarrassment.

Sabine then questions, "Marinette, are you sure you should reveal your identity as Ladybug to Alya just one day after defeating her as Lady Wifi?"

Marinette answers, "Yes, partially because it's one of the many mistakes of the original timeline that my counterparts made and thereby resulted in Alya being 25% ensnared in Lila Rossi's web of lies, the other 75% of the other 3 to 4 causes being my counterparts' tendency to use their powers as Ladybug to keep other girls away from Adrien, my counterparts never having the advantages of keeping their respective identities secret and keeping up their grades that I have, my counterparts never relying on Alya for anything even without needing to reveal their identities to her, and my counterparts choosing not to call out Alya on her hypocrisy in the canteen during the incident where Lila threatened my counterparts in the girls' bathroom and almost got them Akumatized before gradually taking the Akuma in question to become Chameleon. No thanks to the Thomas Astruc of my former Earth."

Sabine and Fanette looked at each other before Sabine says, "Well, rest assured, I hope you have contingency plans in place to handle Alya in case she turns rogue outside of being Akumatized and outside of being retired or fired from being a member of the team just because her identity was exposed to either Hawk Moth as Rena Rouge or to Nino as Rena Furtive just because she couldn't handle the stress of keeping secrets from her future boyfriend after he gets Akumatized into Rocketear due to jumping to conclusions, or even for refusing to believe you about Lila's lies even after you reveal your identity to Alya."

Marinette replies seriously before asking coyly, "Okay, first of all, the first half of that second part was a mistake that stemmed from my counterpart relying constantly on Alya after an identity reveal and also because of my counterpart pushing Cat Noir to the side due to the Cat Blanc timeline and due to being named the new Guardian of the Miracle Box, along with the Thomas Astruc of my Earth and his team of writers throughout seasons 1 through 5 being lazy and incompetent with the whole universe we live in to seemingly no end to the point where it would take up to 12, maybe 15 years consisting of 12 seasons and 340 episodes in total for people to realize Lila's true colors. And secondly, why do you think I consulted Master Fu's years of experience when it comes to contingency plans? And why else do you think I wished for having the same supernatural intellect as Samuel Sterns aka The Leader from Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H., Ultimate Spider-Man, Avengers: Assemble, the 2009 film adaptation of The Incredible Hulk, and The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes in the first place without having an oversized brain and without having to suffer any of the side effects or downsides of having advanced intelligence whatsoever?"

Fanette replies jokingly, "Well, whatever the case, I hope you're not using your advanced intellect to cheat on anything."

Marinette lets out her inner Mikaela as she retorts, "If I wanted to, I'd have been much worse than The Leader or Hawk Moth or even Cash, for that matter."

Tikki retorts as well, "And I'm pretty sure you would actually use your intelligence to help yourself in your studies without arousing suspicions."

Sabine chuckles as she says, "Well, why don't the both of you head upstairs and get started on your homework, Marinette? I'll call you when dinner's ready."

Marinette replies again, "Sure, Mom."

Marinette heads upstairs and Fanette takes the secret express elevator back to base.

At the same time that this was happening, Alya heads to the locker room and finds Chloe there on the phone with someone.

Alya hides herself behind the ending row of the lockers which has Chloe's locker among them.

After hanging up, Chloe opens her locker and takes out of it an assortment of clothes for changing in case of accidents.

Alya whispers as she stays out of sight while Chloe leaves, "(Softly) Could Chloe be Ladybug?"

Alya discreetly follows Chloe outside, where Chloe walks to her limousine and enters it.

Alya briefly looks around before phoning Marinette.

Marinette picks up and asks somewhat annoyedly, "Yes, Alya? What is it? I was about to start on my homework."

Alya replies, "Marinette, meet me by the Seine; we gotta talk."

Marinette replies back exasperatedly, "All right, fine. I'm on my way."

Alya hangs up and sees Nino passing by her in the entrance to the school.

Alya gently grabs Nino by his left arm and says, "Nino, wait!"

Nino replies, "Yeah, what is it?"

Alya replies, "Come with me, I need your help, and here comes Marinette now!"

Alya practically drags Nino to the Seine, with Marinette closely behind because of her running speed in spite of her height.

Marinette and Nino sit on Alya's opposite sides on a bench in the Seine riverbank.

Nino asks, "So, Alya, what's this about?"

Alya replies, "I found out who Ladybug is!"

Marinette looks shocked, but that shock immediately turns to white-hot anger, as evidenced by her animalistic growling and Marinette baring her teeth, making Alya squeak in fear as she and Nino back away.

Marinette coldly snarls, "I warned you, Alya! I f****** warned you not to investigate anything personal about Ladybug, and now I see that everything I tell you goes in one ear and out the other!"

Alya replies shakingly, "Look, Marinette, j-just because th-the-there's consequences to k-knowing a superhero's t-t-true identity d-do-doesn't mean that there's no harm in getting a private scoop!"

That proved to be the wrong thing to say, as Marinette got up close enough for Alya and Nino to see the anger in Marinette's eyes, but they had to look up slightly due to Marinette being slightly taller than them.

Suddenly, Alya's phone rings and she, Nino and Marinette see a news report by Nadia Chamack about Ladybug and the French Miraculous Superhero Team saving the day again.

Nadia says, "Yet again, the French Miraculous Superhero Team have saved Paris from the grasp of a menacing Akumatized villain. We even got up close footage of the superhero team in their full suits of armor."

Everyone sees Ladybug remove her helmet, revealing her domino-masked face combined with an actual ladybug mask with added face paint on the areas of her face not covered by her masks, along with revealing her sky blue eyes, and her bright fluorescent blue and sapphire blue hair blowing in the wind generated by Superman's clone gently using his super breath.

Nadia remarks, "Wow! Just when I thought Ladybug couldn't get prettier even by this reporter's standards! But the question is, who is she? And what will she do next until Hawk Moth is found and arrested?"

Ladybug smiles proudly in the footage, proudly holding up her yoyo and spreading her wings.

Alya then says proudly, oblivious to Marinette's anger returning, "I think that Chloe Bourgeois is Ladybug!"

Marinette grabs Alya and puts her in an upside down ankle lock, making Alya shriek.

Marinette then says, "Chloe isn't Ladybug because of three factors: first, Ladybug is much taller than Chloe currently is. Secondly, Ladybug's armor displays that she's as muscular as Gabriel Agreste himself. And thirdly, Ladybug's eyes that people can see through the visor holes for her masked helmet are light magenta and sky blue. Get that through your thick bullheaded skull, and also remember that nobody actually has two dual-colored eyes these days!"

Nino replies shakingly before suggesting, "Y-yeah, Nettie's right. Marinette, do you think you can put Alya down?"

Marinette replies, "As much as I wanted to tickle her feet while holding her upside down, fine."

Marinette releases Alya and she falls onto her back.

Alya moans in pain, "Ow."

Marinette helps up Alya and says, "Now, if you'll both excuse me, I got homework to do."

Marinette rushes back home while discreetly teleporting back to her room.

Nino then says to Alya, "With all of that aside, Chloe's got too much on her plate to be a superhero. You are cray-cray, lady!"

Alya replies hotly, "I am so not! You'll see, and Marinette will too!"

Nino mentally remarks, "Whoa, Marinette wasn't kidding; almost anything in terms of evidence of Alya's theories being wrong do go in one ear and out the other."

In Marinette's bedroom, Tikki states scoldingly, "That was really uncalled for, Marinette."

Marinette replies, "It may have been uncalled for, and Alya may not have listened this time, but sometimes you gotta use force before you can use reason specifically when it comes to people like Alya, even if she and anyone else in similar categories can't be reached through the first time."

Tikki sighs in response as she says, "True. At least your homework is finished."

Marinette nods before going to work on one of her fashion commissions.

After working on her commission using the Fast Forward Button on her replica of the fan-made version of the Imaginary Remote Control from The Upside Down Show, Marinette resets herself in normal time before going downstairs to the secondary basement to exercise.

After exercising for 50 minutes, after showering, and after having dinner, Marinette waits a whole hour before brushing her teeth and going to bed, thankful that it was a decent hour she chose to go to sleep.

The next day at Francoise Dupont, Chloe and Sabrina arrive at the school, and some of the students are watching, including Aurore Beaureal and Mireille Caquet.

Chloe remarks to one student, "Hello there. You look fabulous. And yes, I am talking to you, Zorabelle."

The girl known as Zorabelle Vacquier blushes as she replies, "Well, uh, thank you, Chloe."

As Chloe and Sabrina walk into the school, Nino says to Alya, "You seriously need to have your head checked. If Chloe Bourgeois of all good people is a superhero, then I'm the Wizard of Oz."

Alya retorts, "I'm telling you, she's Ladybug!"

Alya starts to walk off, but Nino asks rhetorically, "Can you prove it?"

Alya grabs Nino by his headphones wrapped around his neck when he's not using them and drags him after her into the school.

Unbeknownst to the both of them, Marinette is walking slowly and dangerously like the Gravemaker from the IWE of this universe does whenever he makes an entrance. Not that Marinette actually watches wrestling other than looking for new fighting moves to improve her combat skills.

Marinette remarks to herself while keeping her voice down, "(Softly) Sorry, Alya, but if being suspended, being expelled, or being sent to prison in most cases are part of what it's gonna take for you to learn that your actions have consequences, then so be it, and don't expect me to come save your ungrateful ass."

Marinette picks up the pace of her slow march, making her way to the locker room by speedwalking as carefully as possible and while making sure to be aware of who could get in her way, accidentally or otherwise.

In the locker room, Alya sees Chloe and says to Nino with a determined scowl on her face while cupping Nino's face in her hands, "Now, don't screw up your lines."

Alya pushes Nino to the lockers, making him say, "Aah!" as he stumbles to the lockers.

Nino bumps his shoulder against one of the lockers while standing to Chloe's left as she looks at him from her own locker, but Nino's shoulder doesn't bump against the locker that hard, much to his quick mental relief.

Chloe looks at Nino and says, "Nice try, Nino, but Ladybug is currently inactive until the next Akumatized victim is set loose."

Nino's eyes widened in shock as he asks, "How did you know?"

Chloe answers, "First off, I follow the Ladyblog very closely to keep in mind that Ladybug may have civilian self obligations to take care of after the villain is deakumatized. And secondly, do you and Alya take me for a flipping idiot?!"

Alya tries to sneak out of the locker room, but she bumps into a familiar lower chest.

Looking up, Alya sees Marinette standing there, looking at her with a cold scowl that could easily be comparable to a combination of the Gravemaker and a dragon in a bad mood, minus the sharp teeth.

Marinette says crisply, "You and Nino are coming with me and Chloe to Mr. Damocles' office. No buts, no excuses, and don't even think about trying to run away, because if you do, I'll make sure to drag your sorry ass back here while letting your parents and your older sister be informed of what you're doing."

In Mr. Damocles' office, Marinette says, "So, in short, Mr. Damocles, Chloe and I felt it best to bring this to your attention."

Mr. Damocles replies, "As much as I'd like to help you and Ms. Bourgeois, there isn't a school policy about invasion of privacy."

Chloe asks, "And there isn't one about attempting to uncover a superhero's secret identity regardless of technicalities?"

Mr. Damocles replies, "No, last time I checked."

Marinette replies back, "Well, either way, there's no way in the world Chloe and I are gonna let this breach of trust and privacy go unpunished, so, I notified Alya's parents last night before I went to bed."

Alya, Nino, and Mr. Damocles ask in shock, "What?!" "What?!" "What?!"

Chloe replies as she explains, "Yeah, and what your mother said was almost precisely the exact same thing Marinette said to you during our second day of school, and I quote what she said to your parents: you shouldn't ever attempt to uncover a superhero's secret identity, especially including Ladybug's identity. If you did that and you had that posted on even an extremely private form of the Ladyblog, and if Hawk Moth ever saw it, there's little doubt that he would be able to easily kidnap Ladybug's friends, teammates, and family in civilian or superhero forms as members of the French Miraculous Superhero Team or as secret informants to force her and Cat Noir to surrender their Miraculouses and then kill them all to prevent them from stopping him. Remember that the next time you try to uncover Ladybug's identity, and remember what happens when superheroes expose their identities to the world and their enemies discover it by watching the news, such as Iron Man with Whiplash and the false Mandarin, or even Spider-Man with the Kingpin in the aftermath of the Civil War comics and before the One Final Day comics."

Mr. Damocles sighs as he replies, "All of that aside, what you did was illegal, and therefore, Ms. Cesaire, you are serving the rest of the day and the rest of the week in detention, and the Ladyblog and school blog are suspended until your detention stance is finished."

Alya's eyes widened and her jaw drops before she snarls, "You're all going to regret this!"

Alya runs out of the school.

Marinette sighs as she says to Mr. Damocles, "It definitely looks like it's gonna take a miracle for Alya to realize that being that stubborn and bullheaded and obsessive with accomplishing her goals with almost no regard for the consequences is a double-edged sword."

Mr. Damocles replies before saying, "Yes indeed, Ms. Dupain-Cheng. Now, all three of you get to your classes. You don't want to be late. And don't worry, I'll notify your parents what happened and provide them with the evidence."

Marinette nods and she, Chloe, and Nino head to Ms. Bustier's class.

In Hawk Moth's lair, the window opens and the terrorist of Paris remarks, "Ahhh... School life. Such a science experiment. Why, school life is nothing short of a petri dish consisting of cultivating secrets, lies, and betrayals, the perfect thriving vivarium for my evil Akumas."

Hawk Moth energizes a butterfly into an Akuma butterfly and sends it off.

Hawk Moth says, "Fly away, my little Akuma, and evilize her!"

The Akuma flies to Francoise Dupont.

Meanwhile, Marinette, Chloe, and Nino make it to Ms. Bustier's class in time and they pay attention to the lesson at hand.

And while this was going on, Alya runs downstairs without hurting herself or tripping despite the fact that she's running down the stairs while skipping up to three steps at a time.

Alya runs down the stairs to the Seine riverbank the same way.

Alya slumps against a wall and sits down.

Alya doesn't notice as the Akuma flies closer.

As Alya puts her head into her legs with her arms crossed around her knees, the Akuma phases into Alya's phone, corrupting it.

Alya looks up with an angered expression as Hawk Moth remarks, "Lady Wifi, I am Hawk Moth. I heard through the grapevine that you're looking to unmask Ladybug. I'd like to help you out if you agree to help me out as well."

Alya/Lady Wifi replies darkly, "I'll expose the lies of anyone who so much as attempts to conceal the truth! Sign me up!"

She gets up and is turned into Lady Wifi.

Meanwhile, in Ms. Bustier's classroom, Marinette is reading a book about chemistry to pass the time, having already done her schoolwork and handed in her homework. Not necessarily in that order.

But when Ms. Bustier turns around to see Marinette reading a chemistry book, she asks, "Marinette? Can I ask you something?"

Marinette looks at Ms. Bustier and replies, "Is something wrong, Ms. Bustier?"

Her teacher replies back, "No, I just wanted to know something out of curiosity."

Everyone looks between Ms. Bustier and Marinette, noticing Marinette narrowing her eyes in annoyance as she points out, "If you wanted to ask me something, you should make it more private. Decent teachers who do their hardest at their jobs ask students questions out of curiosity on a discreet basis so as to avoid any potential badmouthing, or liars trying to paint their targets in a negative light. But I'll gladly answer your question as long as it's not personal."

Ms. Bustier shakes her head a few times before asking, "How are you able to get to school on time and complete your assignments at 100%?"

Marinette replies, "Well, that's easy. Whenever I need to get to school on time, I get to bed at a decent hour and I set up 3 to 5 alarms to wake me up when the morning comes. And as for me completing my schoolwork and homework at 100%... don't take this personally, but I decided at an early age to dedicate myself to my education in order to better prepare me for my future. And true, not everyone is able to do even their science work as much as Ms. Mendeleiev's students in the past, but not everyone is perfect. And not everyone is fortunate enough to have the same dedication to personal education as me. What matters is how we go about our personal education and the efficient amount of time we take to finish everything the right way and on time, even if not flawlessly."

Ms. Bustier looks shellshocked at Marinette's answer.

Marinette then says politely, "Now, if you'll please excuse me, I need to get back to reading this chemistry book so as to better be prepared for whatever chemistry lessons Ms. Mendeleiev is gonna have us studying in the days or weeks to come."

Marinette turns her attention back to the place in the book she had been focusing on before she was interrupted.

Ms. Bustier replies uncertainly, "Um, okay."

Ms. Bustier goes back to what she was doing.

But after a few minutes, the screen on Mr. Damocles' computer and film projector in Ms. Bustier's classroom turn on and a video plays, revealing Alya as Lady Wifi in Mr. Damocles' office.

Lady Wifi states coldly before asking Mr. Damocles, "I'm Lady Wifi, the revealer of the truth! For our first exposé, your principal would like to share a little bit of information with you. SO, Mr. Damocles, is it true that you wrongly suspended a student named Alya today?"

Mr. Damocles replies, "No. I followed simple school procedure because Ms. Cesaire did something illegal."

Lady Wifi growls at this and slaps Damocles hard across the face, making everyone watching gasp in shock and horror.

Lady Wifi snarls, "Do not call me a liar!"

Adrien whispers to Marinette, "(Softly) Even if my dad wasn't Hawk Moth, this is probably going on Alya's record."

Marinette nods and she and Adrien leave the school stealthily to the girl's and boy's bathrooms.

Mr. Damocles replies resolutely, "Look, Alya was suspended because she was looking in Chloe Bourgeois' locker for any form of evidence of Ladybug's true identity – without care for the consequences, I might add!"

Lady Wifi growls again and she knees Mr. Damocles in the stomach, making him groan in pain.

In the girl's bathroom, Marinette says, "Okay, I was not expecting that. Tikki, Spots On!"

Marinette transforms to Ladybug and sends a signal to the entire squadron, requesting a rendezvous on the rooftops of Paris just 3 to 9 blocks north by northwest of the Grand Paris Hotel for a stakeout and to advance on the rooftops as the hours close in on Lady Wifi's appearance in Chloe's bedroom.

She gets 119 other affirmatives and sets out in flight, ordering Fanette to get started on the homework assignment that Ms. Bustier is gonna assign to the class.

In the video footage, Lady Wifi remarks, "For my next scoop, I'll be taking you to meet the girl who's hiding behind the Ladybug masked helmet!"

She slide-throws a pause icon at Mr. Damocles, freezing him.

Lady Wifi remarks, "Stay connected!"

She turns the screens off.

In Ms. Bustier's classroom, Ms. Bustier says to the evacuating students, "Everyone, for your own safety, go directly home right now! And don't forget to read chapters 4 and 5!"

The students rush out, and among them is Chloe who manages to discreetly run at super speed to the Grand Paris Hotel.

In the boy's bathroom, Adrien says, "Since I know who Ladybug really is, it's safe to say that Marinette and Chloe were right; Alya's always jumping to conclusions."

Plagg replies, "Yep, and this sort of thing can easily result in all of our secrets being exposed to not only Hawk Moth, but also the whole city!"

Adrien declares, "We gotta get going! Plagg, Claws Out!"

Adrien becomes Cat Noir.

Later, Cat Noir flips and runs on all fours to a rooftop three blocks north by northwest of the Grand Paris Hotel.

Cat Noir takes out his staff, presses the paw print button, and he turns on the camera option, zooming in on Chloe's room to see her sitting at her work desk with three open laptops and her phone.

Cat Noir zooms in on specific angles and he sees that Chloe is looking at a prototype of the website iteration Akuma Alert App on one laptop that Max had emailed her that had the features she and Sabrina mentioned the day before, the website counterpart's coding on a second computer, and a document on the third one which Chloe used to type into to explain to Max what needs to be changed and what should stay but be improved upon to prevent failure.

Cat Noir remarks, "Well, Chloe is definitely going all out with Max to get the Akuma Alert App functional."

Ladybug remarks, "Who's being a sneaky kitty now?"

Cat Noir remarks back as the others make it to the rooftop before asking upon seeing a male version of Lady Wifi in opposite colors, "Well, aren't you guys and gals a sight for sore eyes? And who's this?"

Purple Streak replies, "Say hello to Internet Man."

Cat Noir remarks, "Well, pleasure to make your acquaintance, Internet Man."

Internet Man replies, "The feeling's mutual."

Ozzy Bubba replies, "Well, in any case, we're glad to see you too, kiddo."

Screechclaw gently scratches Cat Noir's head with her own nail claws, making him purr before clamming up.

Ladybug says encouragingly, "Come on now, don't be shy."

Screechclaw continues, and Cat Noir starts purring again.

Meanwhile, Chloe manages to finish as the night sky turns dark.

Suddenly, Chloe's phone rings.

Immediately sensing what was about to happen, she pretends to pick it up but she manages to bail when the phone lights up a bright purple.

Lady Wifi starts to remark before noticing Chloe was gone and then exclaiming, "Well, hello there, Lady – What the?! Where'd she go?!"

Chloe sneaks up behind Lady Wifi and thrust kicks her into the nearest wall before proceeding to somehow give the Akumatized Alya a turbo wedgie, making her shriek in pain.

Outside the hotel, Ladybug states, "Bingo! Chloe's doing the work for us! Move out!"

The 122 heroes fly to the hotel at best possible speed.

Inside the hotel, Chloe and Lady Wifi are heavily engaged in a martial arts fight.

After dodging a triple 360 roundhouse kick with Chloe using both of her legs, Lady Wifi dodges a lunge punch, a reverse crescent kick, a scissor punch, a spinning back kick, a reverse spinning double punch, an upward-cannon kick, a upward-cannon punch, a lead-leg angled double roundhouse kick, a lead-arm angled double roundhouse punch, a diagonal kick, a diagonal double reverse punch, a back-arm push punch, a back-leg push kick, a slant thrust double punch, a slant thrust kick, a matching stances strike, an opposing stances strike, a rear strike, a jumping high punch, a jumping high kick, a whip punch, a whip kick, a hanging punch, a hanging kick, an inverted punch, an inverted kick, an axe punch, a foot sweep kick, a foot sweep punch, a backhanded roundhouse punch, and a reverse spinning roundhouse double leg kick before freezing Chloe.

Lady Wifi remarks as she puts an arm around Chloe's shoulders, "Well, well, well, looks like my hunch was correctamundo. Only Ladybug would attempt to do everything possible to protect the people of this city. And only Ladybug would dedicate so much spare time to training herself in martial arts. Well, sadly for you, without your Miraculous enhancements active, I'm the better fighter."

Suddenly, Chloe grabs Lady Wifi and knees her hard in the face, making her scream in pain.

As the heroes burst into the room, they could see Lady Wifi on the ground clutching her bloody nose.

Ladybug looks stoic while Cat Noir and Milo Tigger looked like they were going to puke.

Screechclaw asks, "Chloe, did you just break Lady Wifi's nose?"

Chloe answers, "If I'm being honest, I didn't expect or intend to knee her in the face that hard. I only meant to knock her out to sever her link with Hawk Moth."

Lady Wifi gets up and growls, attracting everyone's attention.

Lady Wifi snarls, "I thought you were frozen!"

Chloe remarks smugly, "Unless you missed Ladybug's press conference on September 3rd of this year, our universe's timekeeper made me and a lot of specific people immune to lots of specific and non-specific superpowers."

In Hawk Moth's lair, Hawk Moth roars, "That's impossible!"

Lady Wifi then sees Chloe and Ladybug before saying, "But I thought that you were Ladybug!"

Ladybug removes her helmet, letting Lady Wifi see the full appearance of Ladybug's head and face with the armored domino/masquerade ladybug-shaped mask with eye holes.

Cat Noir remarks, "Sorry to bust your news story. Next time, double-check your facts."

Chloe adds snippily, "Like an actual reporter."

Letting out a roar, Lady Wifi lunges at Chloe, but she manages to move out of the way, only for Internet Man to freeze her with his own pause symbol.

Chloe takes Lady Wifi's phone and steps on it, releasing the Akuma.

Ladybug purifies it and releases her Miraculous Ladybug, which reverses the damage Lady Wifi did, turns Alya back to normal, repairs her broken nose, cleans up her spilled blood, and repairs her phone.

Alya asks in disorientation, "What?" and she notices the 122 heroes and Chloe fist-bumping.

Alya's jaw drops and her eyes widened.

After the one hundred and twenty-one heroes say their detransformation phrases, Alya asks, "Why did I think Chloe was Ladybug?"

Adrien replies, "To be blunt, Alya, you're always jumping to conclusions before you have all of your facts checked, and you take criticism badly. If you want to be able to become a reporter, you have to do ethical source-checking before you post any stories."

Alya rubs her chin before replying and before asking, "You're right. But wait, why did you guys decide to reveal your identities to me?"

Sabine answers, "Because a mutual friend who's own source of power allows him to travel between time zones and timelines viewed our universe as a perfect one for people like us to make better choices for our futures, including Marinette and Adrien in particular waiting until one day after your first Akumatization to reveal their identities to you in order to prevent you from making any serious mistakes that call for varying amounts of punishment. Including revealing your own hypothetical secret identity to someone you care about hours after being hired as a shadow informant to notify Ladybug about when Hawk Moth decides to make an in-person appearance on the field."

Alya replies before asking, "Oh. But wait; I saw some people manning the register and the ovens downstairs, and why did they look like the both of you?"

Tom answers, "Because our mutual timekeeper ally gave Marinette, Chloe, and about 556 of their other friends the ability to wish for things into existence without needing to pay any price in exchange, as well as without having to suffer any consequences for wishing things into existence. And because of this, Marinette was able to create armies of clones for her to not only deal with Akumatized villain attacks on school days and during family gatherings if in the event that the fights take too long to finish, but also to drive off suspicions from anyone we know isn't trustworthy enough to keep secrets regardless of age, anyone we know who could in all likelihood rat her out to Hawk Moth seconds after making contact with an Akuma-infected object, and anyone we know who could potentially betray her in the sense of believing a compulsive liar over her despite providing evidence of the liar's lies and/or in the sense of looking to take away her Miraculous to give to either the compulsive liar, to one of the kids who used to be bullies before specific schools were purged, or to someone the equivalent of Gabriel Agreste."

Alya replies again, "Ohhhh."

Then, Tikki and the other kwamis float over to Alya and they exchange introductions as well as simplified explanations behind kwamis, their connections to the Miraculouses, the stakes of what Hawk Moth wants, the Order of the Guardians, the current Great Guardian – albeit without revealing any names – and everything else that Alya needs to know for the time being.

Alya then says as she brings out her new smart phone – and that just made Mikaela/Marinette wonder even more why Alya wanted a new smart phone when the Miraculous Ladybug could easily repair her old one, "Anyway, Marinette, you wanna see my new smartphone? It puts my old one to shame!"

Adrien asks, "Wait, why did you want a new smartphone? The Miraculous Ladybug fixed your Akumatized smartphone after you were returned to normal, remember?"

Alya answers, "Well, yeah, but I wanted to upgrade a little bit. In the context that your kwamis understand."

Alya then says, "Regardless, I'll do everything I can do possible to help you guys in this conflict with Hawk Moth, even if it costs me my future."

Marinette then walks up to Alya, leans down slightly because of her height, and hugs her warmly.

Alya hugs Marinette back and the two friends stay like that for a good minute.

(Bonus scene: Alya interviews Ladybug for TVi News after Ladybug and the French Miraculous Superhero Team successfully manage to save a four month old baby, along with some children and some middle-aged people in a house fire. June 16th, 2033, third person POV...)

Ladybug is seen flying in the air real fast towards the vicinity of a burning house.

A woman calls out, "Save my baby, please!"

Ladybug flies into the building through an open window.

The French Miraculous Superhero Team comes up and they start helping the firefighters in setting up water supplies to put out the fires.

The building bursts with glass shards from some upper floor windows falling from above.

Ladybug bursts out of the top floor window while holding what appears to be a four month old baby.

Ladybug jogs over to the woman and says while handing her the baby, "It's okay, mademoiselle; your baby's fine. No signs of burning or smoke inhalation."

The woman uncovers her baby's head and sees that her baby boy is fine, with no burns or signs of smoke inhalation, like Ladybug said.

The baby whines a bit before laying eyes on Ladybug's relieved expression.

The baby starts gurgling happily at Ladybug.

The woman remarks, "My boy seems to like you, Ladybug."

Ladybug replies, "Yes, it appears so."

Rena Rouge comes up and reports, "Ladybug, it appears that the cause of this fire was a gasoline fire in the basement, and the basement of this building is the starting point of this gasoline fire."

Ladybug concludes, "Meaning that if there was ever a fire in the basement or on the first and second floors, everyone in the building would be burned alive."

Fire Captain Hessenpy states, "Oh, no. This could potentially get out of control real fast."

Ladybug then calls out, "Lucky Charm!" and she summons a large fire hydrant with water containers of varying larger sizes for humans to carry.

Ladybug and the French Miraculous Superhero Team get to work on setting up the fire hydrant while the auxiliary heroes emerge from the burning building with 7 children of varying ages and 19 middle-aged men and women each, meaning 38 middle-aged residents.

After finishing the last-minute adjustments, Ladybug says, "Here comes the water!"

The fire hydrant sprays a giant stream of water that puts out the fire and that combined with the Miraculous Ladybug, thanks to the fact that Ladybug learned how to combine specific Lucky Charm objects she conjures up by herself and by her own thoughts with her Miraculous Ladybug cure's restoration power, instantaneously repairs the building from the ground up and renovates it to be more fireproof.

Everyone cheers for the French Miraculous Superhero Team and Ladybug makes her Lucky Charm fire hydrant and water supplies disappear.

Alya then says as she gets through to Ladybug with everyone parting for her, "Ladybug! Remember me? Alya Cesaire, TVi News."

Ladybug replies to play along, "Ahh, yes, I remember you. You're the Ladyblog owner who filmed me and my team in all of our endeavors during our war with Hawk Moth."

Alya then says as she politely hands Ladybug her microphone, "Now, if you don't mind me asking on behalf of our respective fans, how has life been for you in terms of a non-personal answer to my question?"

Ladybug replies, "Hah. Well, so far, my life has been perfectly good. The French Miraculous Superhero Team is going strong, the Order of the Guardians are fully integrated into the modern world, and with my numerous advantages I gained thanks to our universe's timekeeper, I've been working hard at my secret civilian profession."

Ladybug hands the microphone back to Alya as she says, "Now, I'd love to answer more of your questions, but right now, I got other priorities for today to attend to."

Alya replies, "Understood."

Alya and her cameraman leave the area as Alya gives her audiences the update.

Ladybug mentally remarks, "Ahh. Good ol' Alya. So much older and so much more mature than I anticipated. Must be because of my punishments from our high school days before and after I revealed my identity to her after the first and only Lady Wifi incident."

Captain Hessenpy comes up to Ladybug and says, "Ladybug, everything looks fine, but we're going to need some inspections and some repair crews to see if there's anything that your Lucky Charm and Miraculous Ladybug missed."

Ladybug replies, "Understood, Captain."

Ladybug makes the call to Mayoress Bourgeois and she gets an affirmative reply.

Ladybug and the team leaves for their homes.

Ladybug remarks to the audience as she enters her home through the entrance in the sewers, "Ahh, I love my new life in the post-Hawk Moth era even more now."

Ladybug enters the elevator and the doors close.

Also, yes, I came up with these bonus scenes because, well, they're a bit of a new inspiration that hit me after the first one in chapter 1.
