There were days when they were both busy. Sakura would stay up late at the hospital and Sasuke would do missions. Then they had no way to spend time with each other.

But there were also days when they both stayed home and didn't have to do anything. They would lie in bed, watch TV, play games. This time was the best. Sakura and Sasuke were enjoying their presence and making up for lost days.

They could then show their love with gestures, not just letters. "What are you thinking about?" spoke up Sasuke, who was sitting on the couch with Sakura.

"About how much I love you." she smiled when she saw Sasuke trying not to show his satisfaction.

"Sakura, what are you thinking about." he repeated his question, this time sounding more like an assertion.

"About how much I love days like this, when we spend time exclusively alone and don't have to worry about anything else." Sakura hugged Sasuke around the waist. He instead placed the hand on her head and moved Sakura over to press his lips to her forehead.

"If I could, I would spend every day with you doing nothing." Sakura laughed quietly. She knew it wasn't possible right now, but...

"I promise, just a few more years and our every day will look like this." she kissed the corner of his mouth.
