A brochure flies in the wind describing Main City:

'Come and Visit Main City! We have everything from shops, giant buildings, small buildings, hundreds of layers of meat/veggie farms, digimon markets, human markets and everything your heart can take plus more! Main City is almost it's own country, maintained by the Royal Knights, Digimon Rangers, and supported by human/digimon governments!

We reside upon the data hill zone where humans start their journeys and digimon find themselves a tamer! Can't find what you are looking for? Too much within this small brochure? No worries we have a search directory anyone can summon (Registered users only).

What about security? Are you worried about digimon pirates kidnapping you as a human? Or humans kidnapping you as a digimon? No worries we have the best security the K Zap team lead by the legendary Kazuchimon and a mythical god digimon! What about the mortal units on the ground? We have the famous D-brigade headquarters and many large mecha digimon patrolling 24/7! There is no rest for them, they live to protect all the residents you can join their ranks as well! All walls of the cities and land are quadruple reinforced with the toughest and complicated firewall made by multiple scientist and a real doggiemon!

If that's not enough, we have a place for all digimon! For Vaccine types we have the highland district of Light Town in the north, for Data types we have Dataville in the east, for virus types we have Darktownship in the south and of course for our unusual friends we have the Free tag village just west of it all. Plus we have a complete sewer system where our special friends love to hang out. Don't worry about attributes, we got all of that in every city! We are literally our own country here!

Location: Main City Gateway

Milo, Frankie, Hina, Bugsy and Yvette with their digimon partners all teleport to the Main City's gateway in Light Town. An alarm is blaring loudly behind them; Suddenly they are surrounded by many kinds of knightmon. Mainly black and white pawnchessmon point their weapons at them. A knightmon approaches them, "Put your hands up in the air!" It commands with a loud dominating voice.

The kids and Digimon see they are outnumbered. They raise their hands up except Gatormon who steps forward "Whoa, whoa we just got teleported here!"

The several pawnchessmon jump Gatormon restraining him to the floor, "He's resisting! Stop resisting!" Gatormon struggles on the floor, "Wha- I didn't do nothin!" They quickly bound and hog tie him attaching a muzzle to him. Frankie tries to help his partner but more pawnchessmon hold their spears at them, Frankie quickly explains "Look, we aren't a threat! We just got here from the Minato Server!"

Knightmon looks at them, then approaches a screen that presents the gateway data, "...You..." Knightmon gives a command to his chessmon, "Search, detain, then bring them to the white house."

Milo asks, "Under what reason are we being detained? We haven't done anything wrong."

Knightmon answers, "Two of you are missing children, three of you kids are unregistered in the database. Your Digimon are also not identified by the database. Then, there is the fact you forcibly came from a closed gateway from a restricted area. You are not being arrested; you are being detained. Anything you do or say will be… I mean" Knightmon clears his throat, "We need to ensure you are not an outer threat to the city, as long as you have nothing to hide we will go by protocol."

Milo wants to argue their case but Coilymon stops him from talking any further. It whispers, "Shhhh" Coilymon wraps his coils around Milo.

With their hands in the air the kids are searched by the pawnchessmon, "They have no devices sir!" One pawnchessmon concludes after they finish. Knightmon narrows his eyes, "Interesting. Are these your digimon? We need identification or proof." The kids lift their hands down as the pawnchessmon back away a little bit.

Hina asks, "Proof?"

Sealomon says, "Eh, the only proof you need is my tail but being here ye hunk o' metal."

Knightmon thinks for a moment, "Very well. Finish detaining them"

Pawnchessmon starts to detain the kids and the digimon, Coilymon remains attached to Milo refusing to let go. Pawnchessmon starts to try and cut him off with no luck as Coilymon just keeps growing more coils around Milo, the pawnchessmon says, "Sir, the plant is showing resistance. How to proceed?"

Knightmon says, "Detain him"

Bugsy starts to cry as a Pawnchessmon tries to pull the disguised Elmurtemon (Skull plushie) away from him, "No!" Bugsy starts to cry very loudly. "WAAAAAAH!"

Frankie steps in, "Hey, it's just a toy! Why would you do that?! Is this how you treat kids!"

Other nearby digimon are starting to whisper among themselves. Bugsy cries even louder, "WAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

A digimon nearby yells, "Give that kid his toy damn it!" The digimon all around seem disturbed by it and the pawnchessmon shoves the plushie back into Bugsy's arms who has tears streaming down his face. Milo tries to resist the urge to snicker, Coilymon still remains tightly wrapped around him whispering, "No." Tapping Milo on the head.

Knightmon scans Yvette and Hina with a device on his arm, which prints out a notice. He reads it and relays the message silently to a few of the pawnchessmon. The pawnchessmon move to Yvette, Donniemon glares at the pawnchessmon who are visually intimidated. Donniemon says with a deep german-like accent, "Touch her and I'll remove your arm" The pawnchessmon back away, "Uh... Th- This way ma'am we have special orders for you" Yvette responds, "Whatever come Hina"

"Coming" Hina starts to walk towards her, Pawnchessmon tries to block her but Yvette says with an equally terrifying dead glare, "She comes with me" The pawnchessmon stands straight, "Ye- Yes ma'am!" then moves aside. Sealomon follows, "Hey wait for me!" He scoots over catching up to them. Hina looks back at the guys, "What about them?" Yvette says, "They will be fine, I can take you with me because we are family. However, my power is limited to just that." Hina looks confused as they are escorted away to a black limo that popped up out of nowhere. Out comes two weregarurumon in dark outfits and sunglasses opening the doors for them.

Frankie asks, "How do the girls get a free pass out of here!?"

Knightmon says, "That is confidential... for your safety and mine."

Frankie responds, "Then why are you still detaining us, you already searched us. We can go register."

Knightmon answers, "There are too many red flags going off, especially with the data that was read. The fact you have no identification, and not even devices places you all under suspicion. We must bring you down to the white house to ensure the safety of Main City is maintained"

The boys are escorted to the white house by foot, it is but a few blocks down the streets of Light Town. They arrive at the white house, which is the domain for the Knightmon's patrol unit, then are brought inside. It resembles a police headquarters on the inside, but a courthouse on the outside. It is busy with digimon of all ages of the vaccine typing within. They approach the front desk where a Patamon is smacking a Gatomon awake.

"Hey! Don't fall asleep on the job!" Patamon whispers.

"Ughhh, but I'm so sleepy…" Gatomon mumbles. "The boss is too harsh making us work overtime like this…"

Patamon pats her back, "I know, I know… but we gotta do it! Oh look!" Patamon takes notice of the kids and Knightmon. "How can we help you chief?"

Whiteknightchessmon says, "Room 12, 13 and 14. It's a Rouge code."

Patamon nods, he speaks loudly into a radio "We got suspicious figures, treat with lots of prejudice. Room 12, 13 and 14 stat. Get the jail rooms ready!"

The chief smacks his head, "Use the code!"

Milo opens his eyes wide, "Wait what!"

Coilymon angrily hisses, "HISSSSSSS!"

Frankie says, "You said detainment! Not Jail! Come on Gatormon! We aren't being taken to jail this easy!"

Gatormon breaks out of his bonds and rips the muzzle off, "Rawr! You ain't taken me down easy coppers!"

Chesspawnmon come out from all corners, Knightmon warns them "Don't do anything you might regret."

Frankie pushes bugsy behind him, "Stay close to me Bugsy, Gatormon go for it."

Coilymon and Gatormon get into battle stance. Before the Chessmon can react they digivolve into their champion forms.

Coilymon digivolves into Coilydramon.

Gatormon digivolves into Crockaijumon.

Crockaijumon burst out the office with Bugsy and Frankie making a mad dash through the center of the city. Coilydramon is right behind him using his vines to climb through buildings splitting up from the others with Milo hiding safely on his bulb. The chief lets out a broadcast, "We got two rouge Digimon running through the city, I repeat all available officers nearby respond". Raidramon start to come from the alleyways and buildings to pursue Crockaijumon, with Deputymon and Starmons on their backs. One Deputymon, "Oh boy ain't he a big one! We gunna have to use the big lasso for this one!"

Crockaijumon shouts, "You'll never get me coppers! Rawr!"

The officer Digimon throw their lasso at him catching his spikes but, Crockaijumon ignites his back dissolving the lassos. He thrashes through the city like a baby kaiju in Tokyo. Meanwhile, Coilydramon evades every attempt of capture due to how he can maneuver easily. Officer Meramon with his deputies Candlemon and Rebellimon make chase after them. Coilydramon opens his face, a cloud of tiny needles swarms the officers. Officer Meramon yells, "Candlemon incinerate the cloud!" They set it a blaze, but it causes the area to explode in fire. Coilydramon squeals, using his vines to quickly pull himself away from the blast onto the top of a building next to the park and sewer.

Deputy Rebellimon jumps through the blast and uses his chainsaw to start shredding vines. "Ooo Haw Haw!" Rebellimon laughs maniacally letting his guns unleash a storm of lead. Coilydramon then spits out a sticky acid at him jamming his guns, Rebellimon shakes off the liquid but becomes stuck to the ground when it melts his shoes down. Meramon and Candlemon are close to them, "Aim! Fire!" Coilydramon is hit by the flames and squeals in pain, all of a sudden, the area is covered in black smoke. Coilydramon feels a tug at one of his vines leading down to the sewer and quickly makes an escape down a small hole in the ground.

When the smoke clears from above the officers can be heard, Meramon asks, "Where did he go? I'll go left you go that way", A chainsaw can be heard in agreement and the sound of both fade away. A girl's voice in the sewer whispers, "Shhh, Sleeping Chuumon. Follow me." Coilydramon follows the tug of the figure in the darkness of the sewer.

Meanwhile,

Crockaijumon is rampaging and thrashing through buildings and barges through the farmers' market. Crockaijumon trips over several handcraft stands and fruit stands. The Agumon who were waiting in line show a face horror and shock witnessing the massacre of their beloved foods. A voice can be heard yelling, "Oh god not the meat! NOT THE MEAT!"

Another voice, "Why!?"

Frankie and Bugsy fall out of his grasp when he trips, Frankie tells both, "Go hide, we will keep them busy. They don't know about him." Bugsy tries to say something, but El Murtemon uses his darkness to disguise them both as an inconspicuous Agumon. Suddenly an Agumon digivolves into a Greymon, "So you think you are a tough guy huh? Wreaking our city and defenseless meat stands!" Crockaijumon sees the path of destruction, he lets out a "Uhh, sorry…"

More Agumon digivolve into Greymon until there are 10 of them, Crockaijumon gets up and grabs Frankie making a run for it with a mob of angry Greymon after them now.

"Get him!"

"Don't let him get away!"

Frankie says, "I think we were safer with the Chessmon!"

Fire balls start flying at them, Crockaijumon takes cover behind a statue of Kazuchimon in the middle of a park. All of a sudden, a Wargreymon slams down from the sky, "I waited three days…. THREE DAYS for Mizuki's treats!"

Knightmon shows up, "Stand down citizen!"

Wargreymon says, "I demand justice! Justice for the food lost today! What will I tell my friends when I don't show up with my treats!"

Knightmon tries to de-escalate the problem, "Sir, please calm down. I am sorry-"

"You're sorry? That doesn't replace my order!" Wargreymon yells, "I demand payment or at least let me rip this jerk a new one!"

Frankie yells, "I… I can make food! Just don't hurt him!" Wargreymon seems to consider the offer.

Frankie gets on the ground and grovels to the Wargreymon, "Please! He's my only friend."

Wargreymon looks at him and the officer, "Fine. It better be delicious! It's a party for 30 other Agumon. If I get one complaint… I'm coming back and not as Wargreymon either. I'll be showing you the power of friendship" The other Greymons catch up, Wargreymon yells, "Hey this guy says he can make really good food, he's going to replace your orders." A cheer is heard among the now happy Greymons, an old woman with a Gigimon appears before the officer. "Now chief, if you don't mind I do need help replacing these ravenous mon's meal… I'll make sure he goes straight to the office afterwards."

Knightmon seems conflicted and sighs, he brings up the radio, "Dispatch, we need surveillance. We have a code Hungry Agumon here." The chief tells her, "Bring him back right after he's done, it's important." The old woman nods, the police Digimon leave. The old woman whacks him on the head with a fan, "That's for wasting my food young man! Now let's go make these hungry fellows some food… I am Mizuki by the way."

Frankie rubs his head where he got whacked. "I'm Frankie… and this is my partner."

Crockaijumon de-digivolves into Gatormon.

Gatormon says, "I'm Gatormon!"

Mizuki says, "Good now that we know each other, you better be telling the truth or those Agumon won't rest. This happens more often than you think! Just be glad it isn't the Gabumon, those guys even though they are shy they are wolves."

Frankie is dragged away to Mizuki's bakery to repay his debt to the Agumon. Bugsy meanwhile blends into the city in an Agumon costume Elmurtemon controls. The police Digimon are still on high alert searching for Bugsy, El Murtemon speaks, "We will need to lay low in the shadows for a while, I know a guy we can room with for a while here." El Murtemon brings them to the sketchy part of south main city and down a dark alleyway. Bugsy starts to get concerned after seeing a chuumon get mugged on the street by Chuuchuumon, "Uhm…". El Murtemon hushes him as a Digimon approaches them, it's a Doggiemon "You got any bits brother?"

El Murtemon says, "We aren't downtown."

Doggiemon snickers, "Ain't that right?" Doggiemon looks to his left and El Murtemon nods. Doggiemon continues down, "Change, change anyone got some change~" he sings. Elmurtemon walks down the left, and they see a door down the alleyway and knock on it.

A voice asks, "Who's there? ~"

"Love" says El Murtemon.

"OH MAI STARS! Is that who I think it is?" The door makes multiple clicks, dings, ducky squeaks, and anvil noises. Behind it a colorful etemon with heart shaped glasses answers them. "It's my boi! Where have you been amigo! Come! Come! We have so much to catch up on! Why do you look like that?" The door closes.

Subject: Prototype Capture ball.

Dear Tomoki,

After we defeated that green trojanhorse, I have developed a new tool to help us capture the infected green trojans without destroying them and the infected digimon. I have a theory that on death or deletion they each release some sort of virus into the digital world or the human world. Remember when Exodus split apart? I've tracked the source of the Zombie plague having similar data to it's original 'plagues'. So I think they are related. I personally took a sample and a few test subjects (Please keep this between us). The 'virus' is similar to the zombie plague's code but I haven't been able to keep the Zombie plague virus intact long enough to run too many test.

[I also think Alphamon may have been infected by the virus, he's gone MIA according to the royal knights. They didn't say it but I haven't been able to track him down to interview him, everyone is worried.]

(This is mostly testing with the Green samples, they don't degrade at all) I also have a theory that X-Antibody Digimon can fair better against the virus than others, so far most of the Digimon that have been in contact or infected and not cured within a week turn. Depending on their levels turns them into a different kind of Zed. I've developed a theoretical cure for the green virus, it needs to be split apart from the Digimon making a new Digimon in it's place. Then that Digimon must be destroyed it or it becomes a new viral trojan horse! These have to be destroyed in a stabilized environment, otherwise the green virus will spread throughout the environment like a smart slime.

So here's my research with the green virus:

Rookie and lower become mindless green zeds.

Champions become feral green zeds.

Ultimates become spitters, screechers or super green zeds.

Megas (They are extremely hard to keep testing on) become juggernauts, tanks and reapers.

The 'black' virus might mimic this also I haven't been able to seclude it. It degrades on capture or the zombies disintegrates before anything can be done to it. It's still unknown how both viruses travel, I literally had to force the green virus into the Digimon. (They knew what they were getting themselves into and volunteered, plus I 'borrowed' a few from the human kidnappers).

I still haven't been able to capture much of the Red virus or the Yellow virus, not even the original exodus forms remain anywhere. I believe the black and green viruses are the only ones that can spread without the presence of them. Hopefully we'll be able to take samples from both. I've also sent a bug out into the Dark Area, it seems the Redtrojanhorse has some sort of base down in Hexocliff, (Of course he had to live in that glitchy hell hole with all the E-Reapers, it may be trying to free them I think).

Well final notes: I'm still doing research on it this; everything is up in the air and the government hasn't been much help. I've tried doing the paperwork and filing request, but all have been denied or rejected. (Can always depend on good old bureaucracy hmm?) Oh, also keep this between us but I developed a capture ball specifically for Alphamon. If you find him, try it out on him I made it so that it can safely split him apart and recover his code. I'm not sure if it will work, it might kill him or not. The royal knights might not appreciate this but things are getting pretty bad I don't want to see what this virus can do to a royal knight. Anywho….
