AN: In the anime i recently spent time watching Kame House didn't have a phone or transportation at the time and Bulma built one in order to call Yamcha to help Goku fight Red Ribbon. Just leaving this note here in case i update the story at a later time.

Now Gin was in his bedroom apartment passing time thinking about how much money and time he saved on grocery shopping by having a new restaurant. A good ammount of his money was spent on lavishing his Residence in Metro South. On that note South City was just like any other city on this planet it had its shopping malls and grocery stores, some other stores sold specialty items like capsules but one can even find a weapons shop or even an arena around. South Metro was special in that it was surrounded by water from the ocean, it was a given that since it is surrounded by ocean water fisherman fishing fish ammount to much of this city's economic prosperity.

Gin was practicing on focusing on playing with energy on his uper back allready focusing energy and circulating his power in this area. Fenrir has been getting in contact with Gin again given that they could call each other on a cellphone.(and Gin could send him a cell or a note) Fenrir called to say that he had trouble entering new dungeons since he could not yet enter without feeling weariness towards fighting a new enemy. It felt better for him to stick to low level mobs and leave before a new boss fight. Things have begun getting harder for him to try and clear too many solo. Fenrir had been sticking around the bottom tiers of difficulty but the better equipment or ingredients would probably stay behind a harder difficulty dungeon and a hard Boss fight.

Actually thinking about it all his restaurant needed was a name. "Dragon Ball, no that probably won't do too obvious and also probably trademarked by Zalama from what he could remember of that one episode in Super" Gin mentally sighing. "Fairy Tale, that seemed nice and helped the whole Shenron Dragon or fantasy aesthetic he'd been remodeling the place after. Ocean River Co. He added co. because it wasn't like he liked naming things but he wanted a company that branched out into Restaurants and Casino's "Ocean River Restaurant and Ocean River Casino were just going to be names he used in the market" Gin thought.

His restaurant was doing well now that he had settled down in his new room. The restaurant at first taking all his efforts and energy to promote was now apart of the town as that new food place. Ocean River Restaurant was his home away from home that he could also use to order massive shipments of food in case a certain God Of Destruction came crawling around. The food he was certain was a shoe in for some of the freshest and most delicious on the Volcanic Island's long history. It was a good thing that his inventory kept food fresh since they were able to trade between themselves if they needed to.

Gin actually sunk in a bit more money than he was probably made procuring more quallity ingredients just to make sure his customers would recall the experience.

He did purchase adverts in a couple nearby places promoting his restaurant allready customers had been filtering through his front doors with satisfied smiles and full bellies. More often than not people would come again with friends and when they left they would complement Gin's ultra cooking skill. Sadly things must come to an end sooner or later, he was the boss and owner so it would be obvious that he would have to find new workers to do the cooking.

While the workload wasn't too strenuous at first he allready hired a busty blonde named Charlotte Cindy to help him wait and write orders down so he could work faster. That was until a couple of delinquents decided to try and mess with Charlotte and try and eat for free. Allready sighing with the new problems he would have to deal with rolling up his sleeves he went to go and teach these punks a lesson about manners and how to treat a lady. In the end the punks were just hungry and paid off their debts by washing the dishes. Thankfully they were greatfull about the money they received as well and promised not to cause trouble here anymore. It was a good thing they returned asking for jobs since the small amount of pay was a nice chunk of cash for them. Cindy came from a long line of bakers she had some experience and came in handy most of the time. It's a good thing she deserves a raise for putting up with that situation.

Regularly "Table four is requesting three hamburgers Chef" Cindy said casually.

Meanwhile on the island

"What do you mean he's not here!" Harley asked Roshi now that Goku returned from muscle tower. She had returned expecting to find Gin or at least her favorite pup Fenrir. But all that was here was a pervert baldy old man, Goku who was actually a nice kid, Blue Haired Bimbo that they picked up in west city, Baldly and her only friend on the island who had a split personality Lunch.

Roshi called Gin on a phone for Harley after requesting a phone from Gin. Harley called asking where Gin was the conversation quickly changed topic once he told her he moved to one of the big cities. "Yeah South City yeah" Gin just answered her. Apparently she was annoyed by the Red Ribbon Army. Her vacation was well ruined anyway Gin also mentioned the deal he struck with Fenrir only went to the city because of the deal struck with so eventually I'll be going back.

Flashback

Harley had thought that going with Goku would be a nore simple task than just sitting by the beach. All they had to do was find a Dragon Ball but apparently it wasn't even the right one. She flew on Nimbus with Goku for a while testing out the speed and control with flips, spins, and barrel rolls.

That was before they went through the entire Muscle Tower while getting chased by Red Ribbon well at least she was still atop Nimbus during serving as backup for Goku at times.

Goku's influence on Harley was showing up more and more since it's important that you stick with Goku

This was such utter bullshit she had better things to do than staying in one place. Gin had moved to one of the city's while trapped once she decided to try "borrowing" Kinto'un.

Harley also wanted to enjoy her vacation so she decided to just stay put on Kame House Island for now. Her time was going to be spent relaxing on a beach who cares if her friends left her by herself "she was better at being by herself anyway".

Gin spent most of his time continuously cooking before his restaurant became popular to the point of it flooding with customers daily. Allready he needed to start planning on hiring more helpful people. He still thought it's a good idea to leave Harley on Kame House for the time being since he'd been busy for a while. It was great being able to send Harley in his place to take care of Goku since he'dbeen away.

The restaurant building was picking up in popularity already Gin allready had to calm down a few crowds trying to sneak their way inside his home. "Ok calm down Gin said to the gaggle of reporters trying to come in through the front door. Allready he had to push everyone trying to get inside out so he could do a better interview outside. Everyone was buzzing with excitement and a team of the reporters and food critics were waiting for his words. The people were left with a lot of questions but no answers this newcomer upstart came to the South Metro Island out of nowhere and started became a super popular restaurant it almost felt more like a press conference than anything with the ammount of reporters that had tried to make a piece out of the story.

Given his success he needed to make sure these pests left without damaging anything.

"Are you the one who owns that restaurant the one called Ocean River Restaurant?" Asked one reporter.

"Who are you?" "My full name is Son Roshi but you may call me Gin".

"Who was your teacher?" "I have had two teachers one was called Muten Roshi and the other was my own Grandfather but im mainly self taught in the art of cooking, I am currently on the look out for any available help from chef wanting to learn from me".

"How old are you, and how did you become so successful?" "Im twelve but to tell you the truth im allready too successful to have to enter any school. Im a cook but im also already rich enough to live in luxury for the rest of my lifetime if i needed to".

"Who are your parents and how are you allready so rich?" Given that i grew up on Mt.Paozu that is located far south of East city, my adopted grandfather Gohan raised me and my brother Goku on how to survive and practice with Marshal Arts. That's an interesting secret one that im not willing to divulge".

"Who was your other teacher by the way?" "Muten Roshi winner of the Tenkaichi Tournament some time ago in the past".

The crowd was a buzz of excitement getting ready for this story. Anyway Gin needed to get everything else straightened out so he asked them to leave his property peacefully. At least the interview went on for a while longer

It was clear that his first restaurant was successful so he decided he wanted to open more around the Volcanic island Metro South city stood on. But he did want to capitalize on this success so things like amusement parks and recreation hotels were also good to have. Gin was already planning on making Metro South something bigger than it was in the original plot. Well in the original plot the south city area was only used to introduce Android's anyway. He was planning on making the island into a perfect venue where he owned the majority of the business. He just needed to secure as many farms and produce possible in order to gain more resources.

All manner of cooking ingredients and Food storage capsules went into his inventory. Capsules the great thing about them were that they were all unique and didn't take up too much space.

The great part about being able to share inventories was sharing food whenever possible sometimes he would get an extra plate of whatever was cooking in Kame House at the time. There were still dirty plates but Gin could have them replaced with clean ones from his restaurant.

Since he was still starting the restaurant's grew in popularity and people were able to recognize him as the boss of Ocean River. Allready he spent an enormous sum on advertising around the island. Ocean River as a perfect company and allready he had to deal with competitors trying to stop his and ambitions dreams and successes.

Commercial break: Muten Roshi can be seen strength training inside a lightning storm with a kamehameha on every finger.

"Pirate treasure you say, sure Fenrir and I could probably check it out later what do you mean half that's greed right there i know for a fact that you had been traveling with Bulma Krillin and Goku and i will need to get Turtle to help if it's in a underwater area so that will be another split. Of course I would know what you all been up too dumbass. Harly grew a tick clearly annoyed and started yelling before Gin ended the call.

In the end the treasure would be split in two ways anyway. Bulma would get half and Gin would also get half of the money. Bulma refusing to give Krillin a share and Gin would be holding on to Goku's share for him anyway. Harley wanted a slice but since she stayed put on Kame House she'd forgone her contribution to any treasures. Also she was pretty dependent on Gin anyway.

Well at least Gin didn't have to worry about Goku starving out in the wilderness now that there was an ample amount of gold that could cover him. Gin thought more importantly than that he would just have to wait until Goku solved the Red Ribbon problem before he moved off his couch.

So i called up Fenrir and i wanted to check up on that pirate treasure with him. The first thing to do was get special equipment from capsule Corp but Bulma was still on Roshi's island. Getting up from his seat he called Fenrir on his device asking for another meetup. So along Gin went meeting back up with Fenrir again and heading back to Kame House. When they arrived Harley practically attacked them for ditching her there.

Gin really only returned intend to invite Bulma to the game also along to lunch as well just to get information on the case.

During this time all he really did was ask about the pirates treasure but it seemed like Goku ran off casing after a red Ribbon general that stole the dragonballs. After a conversation with Harley she decided to stay on the Island afterall it was a sunny place to relax from it all.

It seemed like Bulma was reasonable enough to allow Gin some mining equipment for a price. But she was suprised when Gin invited her into the party since she was now able to see her stats and perks. Clearly she was also suprised to see others inventories. Given the amount of food they had collectively horded and traded that was saying something. Bulma was a genius scientist someone who could understand that Harley came from a different multiverse. With a quick explanation of his powers also mentioning the suitcase Harley came with Bulma understood of the possibly of the clown coming from a different multiverse. Fhinking it over she would probably feel better if she only opened it once she was back in her lab where it was safe to do so. But now was when they were trying to keep tabs on Goku. Since he went off to who knows where going after the thief that stole his dragonballs.

Well anyway Gin asked Bulma to call her Dad to collect the mining equipment capsule's. It would definitely help Gin with recovering their treasures. Gin flew over to Metro West where Bulma had him pick up two cases of capsules just to store in her inventory.
