The Allied Convoy heading for the capital of the Kingdom of Belzerg was rather cautiously made of only Brits and Americans this time. Riding atop one of the Scimitar scout tanks, Richard and Tyuule regarded the wide countryside of the massive country with calm and poise befitting a British Armed Forces officer cadre. Of course, their friends in the American Abrams MBTs ahead were more rambunctious.

Even the other infantry riding on the Scimitars and their Challengers kept themselves to a certain calm. Delilah, Tyuule's second-in-command, seemed to be behaving for the time being, holding close her SA-58 modernized assault rifle, which was for all intents and purposes a short-barrel FAL with piccatini rails all over the place. A decent enough rifle, considering the Warrior Bunny Corps could use them on full-auto better than the average human. .308 was a kicker, kind of like the girls.

Marching in-step with the Scimitars and MBTs was another British Army unit that had been created after the defeat of the Empire and the subsequent mass-relocation of population from Falmart to Earth:Centaurs. The quadrupedal half-horse, half-human soldiers marched beside the vehicles, carrying Light Machine Guns and wearing what was tantamount to kevlar blankets that could stop anything up to a flurry of .308 rounds from their own LMGs over the horse halves of their bodies.

One of the Centaurs hummed a particular tune. One of the Scimitar commanders popped out of the top hatch, grinning, before giving a kick to someone inside and receiving a smartphone and a bluetooth sound system. Setting it on top of the tank and connecting his phone, the commander thumbed the 'play' button to that specific song as a pair of Blackhawk Helicopters and an Apache rolled above.

Richard chuckled as he heard the lyrics playing from the radio. "We will find you acting on your best behavior, turn your back on Mother Nature, everybody wants to rule the world~!" before turning to Tyuule. The woman kept watch with a pair of binoculars as they rolled down the dirt road. Beside them, going the opposite way, a horse-drawn carriage with civilians inside, stunned by the sight of an entire armored company.

The choppers up above veered off to the right as a pair of F-35B fighters flew in overhead. It was damn near a parade for the Allied forces as they rolled forward, honestly. After a moment of listening through higher-up channels, Richard picked up the Radio transmitter and called, "This is Warhound One-Actual, to all Warhound and Misfit elements, be advised:Command gave confirmation, allied Air Assets are available for engagement should we get attacked."

Affirmative replies echoed throughout the convoy's radio frequency. Richard gazed back at the line of vehicles and saw the MRAPs of the Marines. He actually felt like he was part of one of those weird old videos made by people to denote the badassness of the various world militaries across time. He looked to Tyuule, who was giggling as she held her AR close. Clicking hos tongue, he laughed, too.

Two Centaurs in the rear spoke, with the leading one stating excitedly, "Can you actually believe they fast-tracked our citizenship?"

"Honestly?" The female of the two, a blonde whose hair was obscured by her helmet, replied calmly, "Yeah. We've been serving as part of this multi-species task-force for the better part of a few years now..." before slightly shifting the position of her M240B so she could better carry it. Aside from the heavy weapons, Centaurs also hauled heavier-duty kit like explosives in their backpacks, though the engineering corps members were a bit farther in the rear and evenly divided with very light EX loads.

Which was weird, considering this was a diplomatic escort mission, but that didn't really matter now, did it? Better ready than sorry. The female Centaur said, "Least they lightened our load for this op. I'm only carrying half the usual round count for my M240 compared to the combat loads we had back in Afghanistan..." as she gazed at the sky, watching more of their aircraft fly in.

Puma Helicopters of the French Ground Army, from the looks of things. Tyuule said, "Seems the French caught up, finally..." as she shifted her behind on the 'seat' of the Scimitar's hull. Richard nodded approvingly in reply, watching one of the Helicopters move in to land near-by a farm to ask for directions, one would assume. A French platoon leader dismounted from the vehicle and began asking the locals questions.

He radioed in and asked, "Overlord, Warhound One. Interrogative:We just had a French helicopter unit pass over us, then land to ask the locals something... What're we looking at?"

"Warhound, Overlord, confirming. French 33rd Fusiliers Marins apparently picked up rumors of possible hostiles in the general area of operations and they're inquiring with the Locals. Be advised:Hostiles are unknown, presumably supernatural in origin. Class-2 Sentient Hostile Creatures and above presumed to be commanding Class-1 Hostile Fauna across the continent." Overlord, the temporary command base set up next to the gate, replied.

Richard sighed deeply and whispered, "Bollocks..." before replying loudly, "Copy, Overlord. Warhound, out..." and setting the transmitter aside. He looked to Tyuule and stated, "Wanna bet it's a Demon Lord's army or some silly crap like the Japanese used to put out pre-Falmart Gate Event...?" to which the white-haried Warrior Bunny Queen giggled and shook her head, much to the man's confusion.

He heard the audible giggling of, Edward, Itami and Torres, all three of them laughing like schoolgirls on crack. Whatever were they laughing for, anywho?

Back at the KazuAquMeguDarkness household.

Dushman had started training his knife-throwing skills, much to the chagrin of the people who owned the house. Sans Megumin. Megumin was watching him with a grin on her face to see if he actually hit the target. He had, in fact, hit the target. Meanwhile, Darkness was simply sipping on some tea as she watched the Finnish troops casually messing about outside.

"This is insane..." Aqua murmured as she, too, gazed upon a couple of Finnish troopers patrolling their garden. A platinum-blonde girl with messy short hair looked up at the window and flashed a grin at Aqua. The girl shuddered and ducked back under her window, stating, "The crazy Finnish girl just smiled at me..." turning toward Kazuma for help. Kazuma himself seemed to be scribbling a note with a smile.

She then turned toward Darkness, to see the girl casually sipping some tea. The blonde Crusader then looked to her, a faint tremble, as she rhetorically inquired, "So many soldiers here, no? D-Do you think they may be looking for sparring partners...?" her voice slightly cracking. Oh, great, she was a lost cause, too, thought Aqua as she started trembling.

Alexi walked inside and paused as he saw the blush on Darkness's face, before pointing at her and asking, "Is... She going to be okay?" to which the other three of her party members looked at him with looks that told him he'd asked the dumbest question on this planet. He hummed and nodded, "Rrrright then..." before walking off to the left and watching Ayesha and Lita walk in.

The Bulgarian's eyes settled on Ayesha for a moment. The two girls turned to him and the redhead Chechen smiled and waved, to which he replied in kind with a little more awkwardness than normal. The redhead chuckled, before turning back toward the gang and stating, "Seems like the rest of our friends are still busy making themselves comfortable in some capacity."

Sammy walked in, rifle over her shoulder, and said, "That's what happens when we move into a new place. By the way, Robbie should be coming by soon, too, so..."

"Nice," Alexi snorted, "The MP returns to be annoyed."

"He's in for a world of shit," Dushman replied as he spun his knife between his fingers, grinning. He slid the knife back into its sheath, then stepped toward Sam and asked, "I heard we're gonna be dealing with some shit from another world, apparently. Y'know, the classic anime tropes of like, Devil Kings and Satanic Armies and shit..." which got a few people to laugh.

Sammy shrugged, "According to rumors..."

"Oh, it's real," Kazuma said, crossing his arms to his chest and grinning, "It's actually why I, Aqua and the others are here."

"Indeed," Darkness nodded, "Our set goal is to defeat the Demon Lord and his armies and free this world from their evil..." before she looked to Aqua, who simply gave a smirk and a thumbs up. The Misfits in the room looked to one-another, blanked, then let out a few laughs as they continued going about their business. Sammy eyed a fighter jet in the distance and watched it bank to the right.

She sighed, letting out a short chuckle, before turning to the left and watching as Vesna and Vic walked in. A grin formed on her face as she saw Ves walking with a slight limp, while Vic was just outright avoiding everyone's gazes. Ayesha and Lita both burst into full-on laughing fits as they saw this just as Paul walked in, too, before the Hungarian snorted. He asked the two, "Everything alright, you two? You were a little loud."

Vesna covered her face, the sounds of a teapot at maximum pressure coming out of her mouth. Read:She let out a shrill noise that could only be described as gibberish to anyone who was listening. Vic sighed, rolled his eyes and held his girlfriend close as they walked to the couch. Kazuma, meanwhile, stared on with a hint of confusion at the two, before it struck. He sighed, shoulders sagging, then murmured, "Well, there's that hope dashed."

Aqua snorted and whispered, "Like you had any chance at all..."

A few of Vic's teammates let out short laughs at that quip as well, though most seemed apologetic toward the young man. Well, not really. Ayesha summed up their thoughts best as she said, "Poor kid doesn't know how we work, does he?" much to the confusion of both Vesna and Victor. Lita snorted and slid a cigar between her lips, then lit it and took a puff.

"Sadly seems not to," Quipped Dushman, grinning, "So, what's our first order of business, boss-lady?" And he turned to Sam. She shrugged.

"We can run patrols. Sergeant Taivaljärvi already sent her troopers out on searching the place and seeing what's around the bend," She offered, then continued, "We could see what else this place has to offer, too. If mister Satou doesn't mind taking me on a tour that I can then lead you all on later, that is..." to which Kazuma straightened up immediately. She smirked.

Megumin chuckled, "This place is already turning out fun..."

"Wait 'till electricity and internet are installed by the SeaBees..." Snorted Lita as she sat herself on the couch, smoking proudly, "Then the fun really begins..."

Paul hummed and sat himself down, checking over his sidearm this time, before stating, "We're still missing a couple people. Gibby, Katja and... Isn't Robbie coming over soon, too?" garnering a quick few confirmations from the others. He hummed and said, "Nice..." before turning to Kazuma and stating, "So, kid, how long have you actually been here for?"

"A few months?" He replied, "We kind of lost track of time, honestly..."

"... Still can't believe you're here because of Aqua, honestly," Megumin looked to him with a grin. He rolled his eyes, before turning to Paul, who snorted and looked to Aqua as she was drinking away at a bottle of booze. Yeah, Paul could understand why the group didn't believe Aqua was a goddess. She seemed like one's average drunkard friend from back at home. A few people with that descriptor came to mind to Paul.

... Oh, well... Really no point in looking back now...
