Devin, Evan, Arina and Hikari went into a clothing store, bought new clothes and took their old clothes out with them. Devin wore a black racerback top and skintight black pants, while Hikari wore a white camisole, Devin wore a pink Aloha shirt and sunglasses. Arina wore a blue skirt suit with an eye catching blue wide brim hat and shades. They went with their old clothes and threw them in the flaming barrel around the back where they would burn. A homeless man came to the burning barrel for heat.
"Ok, what would be a good place to stay?" Devin mentioned, since that was the big question.
"I am currently dating a woman named Sarah Cain Armstrong, who has a vacation beach house in San Veronica." Evan explained. "I want to marry her to maintain my immigration status, because if she dumps me, there is a chance I could be deported back to Ishval, so let's look for her." The four heroes went along the beach to search for Sarah. They found a blue and white house that had the Armstrong family crest on it, the golden rose.
"The golden rose in the diamond!" Evan gasped. "That's the Armstrong family crest!"
"So she's with the Armstrong family who were led by Olivier Armstrong?" Devin asked.
"In fact, she is Olivier's protege and adopted daughter." Evan explained. "She wants to become the Ice Queen like her stepmom, but cannot because half of Amestris belongs to Drachma."
"I see." They knocked on the door to see if Sarah was home. She opened the door, looking fabulous. She had short brown hair and wore a brown coat with a black tank top.
"Hello ladies." She said in a monotone voice. "Evan, where have you been!" She took her brown high heeled boot and stepped on Evan's foot with the heel of her boot digging into Evan's shoe.
"Stop it, you're hurting me!" Evan cried.
"I was worried sick about you." Sarah was just as no nonsense as her mentor before her. "You never call or contact me and I am through with it!" She dragged Evan upstairs.
"What are you going to do with me?" Evan was frightened.
"We're doing it!" Sarah and Evan were doing the rumbling upstairs, while Devin opened the fridge to find some Fate Cola.
"Want some Fate?" Devin handed Fate cans to Arina and Hikari.
"Sure." They drank the Fate when they heard Sarah saying something.
"As penalty for you constantly avoiding me, you are not leaving this house from now until tomorrow." Evan was in a toxic relationship, and he had to escape one way or another.
"Come on, it's time for a girls' night out!" Arina proposed.
"Great." Devin sighed. "Shopping, clothes, nail salons, it's all the same old same old."
"I have something else in mind." Arina got an idea.
In Anglewood, Devin, Arina and Hikari were rolling in a robin's egg blue 34 Sokolov, which looked like a 50s Chevy Bel Air. They were at a car meet, lined up with some members from local gangs derived from Corona, the country south of the border from Arcadia.
"Ey cabra, you think you can beat us muchachos in a race?" The Coronan gang member with the red headband taunted Arina.
"Try me." She tilted her sunglasses down as the countdown was ready to start. The flag girl waved the green flag and the race begin. Arina was in first place while the red Coronan gang car was tailing Arina. It rammed into the blue car, and then the Coronan thugs started a drive by on Arina.
"Hey, that's cheating!" Arina was repulsed at the dishonesty of the gang members.
"This is a street race! There ain't no rules to begin with!" The Coronan gang member responded.
"In that caseā¦" Devin paused and created slicing winds with alchemy that cut the gang car's tires. The car span into a frenzy, hit a wall and exploded into a giant fireball.
"Guess we won't be hearing from those guys again." Devin joked.
"Not in a million years." Hikari added. They reached the finish line and won the race. The flag lady handed Arina the trophy, as Arina held it in her hands. Suddenly the trophy turned out to be a booby trap that emitted gas that put the three girls to sleep. The flag lady was actually Harriet in disguise. She took off her human face mask, revealing the face of Harriet of the Cult of Wilhelm. Wilhelm arrived at the scene of the crime.
"Harriet, tie them up." Wilhelm ordered. Harriet tied them up and loaded them on an armored transport vehicle, bound for Wilhelm's hideout. Wilhelm and Harriet got in as the truck drove away to Wilhelm's Los Agnes Hideout.
