The scene pretty much showed a number of people walking by at this time, mainly in peaceful ways while a group of people who made others bow to a particular one appeared while the figure had armed guards and a woman who looked like she had blue flame colorings instead of the normal redish/orange.

Next to her was her advisor and personal attendant who took care of some matters that Phoebe shouldn't deal with, Blaze, she looked to be a really rare type of flame person with a blue coloring showing she was above average to a normal Flame person and was picked to be Advisor and also not known to many, was head of Phoebe's Royal Guard, think Batman and Bruce Wayne with Blaze normally wearing full body armor when she was on the Royal Guard clock, and right now she walked next to Phobe while a massive hulking unit of a flame person bigger than Phoebe walked nearby ready to protect Phoebe…
This was Bruno the Fire Titan.
