Izuku advanced a lot with his training, he just got to level 5 of his [Respiração Draconica], a big evolution compared to before, thoughts like 'I could be better' and 'Maybe I was a bad choice for Sky's Champion' never ceased to exist, but with time Izuku learned to ignore, maybe these thoughts were right, maybe they were wrong, he would never know, what he knew is that whatever it was, he would do everything he could.
5 Years passed and Izuku stopped being a loner, well, he wasn't one because he wanted, his constant training and his fights with Bakugou made him more muscular, his training was breathing, but Sky's power was gradually changing his body, and his classmates noticed these changes, he wasn't bullied anymore, what he had with Bakugou was a mutual feeling of hate and respect, neither of them knew about this, they would never say it, they acknowledged each other's strength and will, but that's all, their friendship was long gone.
Some years ago after Izuku reached level 3. Izuku was laying on his bed having trouble with his [Respiração Draconica].

"No again" - Sky sighed just thinking about what was about to come.
"I'll ignore that, I was thinking, levels 3 and 4 can produce fire, but I'm not resistant to fire, how can I go beyond if I can't train?"

"Exactly, why would I burn myself just for training? What kind of idiot would do that?"

"Hmmm, well, you can try using it little by little, when you use it, it produces energy as heat, the more you use it, the more heat is produced, don't do anything, maybe use it while meditating, don't strain your body, the heat is naturally released in small quantity" - Sky sometimes can surprise by actually helping.
"It does?" - Izuku was astonished by Sky, generally he was very laid back.
"You never noticed? When you use too much energy your body starts to steam, that's heat being released, when you want to train, meditate, and breathe the way I taught you, the heat produced won't be enough to create fire, but will slowly change your body"
"It makes sense, but it seems too slow" - Izuku was starting to get worried about his training.
"True, seeing how much talent you have, it won't be THAT much slow, but it can be a problem, well, there are 2 options" - For some reason, Izuku could imagine a gigantic dragon gesticulating to explain the entire situation - "1.Use the [Respiração Draconica] to the limit but stopping before producing flames, 2.Learn how to spit fire without burning yourself."
"What if I do both? Spitting fire sounds cool and useful, and I want to maximize my progress, but for it to be really useful I need to also train my lungs capacity, learn how people did it before Quirks, also -"
"Ugh, I knew it would end like that, next time I should just keep my mouth shut" - Sky said while deeply regretting his life choices.

"Sky, I was thinking, when I use [Neblina] I can do it 2 different ways"
"I don't like when you're like this, but continue" - Sky spoke from his domain.
"I can transform water into clouds, but can also use the water inside my body, when I use it, it looks like I'm blowing clouds"
"O-okay?" - Sky was trying to understand where this conversation was going.
"When I do it, does it smell? I mean, if I just ate and use it, will it smell like what I ate?" - Izuku sometimes worried about some weird things.
"I guess so, why?" - He imagined why but asked just to see the end of it.
"Well, if my breath smells and people start making fun of me for that, it's okay if it's a villain saying something, they'll be mean, but I don't wanna be made fun of by someone I just saved"

Izuku immediately stood up and looked at his pockets for money - "I'm gonna buy some gum, it seems like the best option, thanks for the help Sky!"
"I'm your Mentor, is my job" - Sky gave a smile and thought - 'What a funny Champion I've chosen, hahaha'
Some after the bullying with Izuku stopped, Izuku found himself in a situation he never dreamed of, slowly people were stopping from making fun of and being mean to Izuku, and after that people started to talk with him, suddenly nobody hated him, felt so strange like it was somehow wrong, but he didn't know what about it was so wrong, but he didn't like it.
Izuku was dumb and smart at the same time, actually, dumb isn't the exact word, is more like a lack of common sense, when focused nobody can stop him, but when he isn't, he can be pretty "dumb", for not having friends for such a long time, Izuku doesn't know how to deal with friendship, people talked to him, but he didn't talk with people, it felt wrong, and made him uncomfortable, perhaps deep down he has not forgiven them, or perhaps he feels their friendship is false, so even though the bullying stopped, he never made any friends at his school, this time I was his decision of being a loner.
It's been about 3 years since they started to fight, Bakugou grew used to fighting with Deku, to the point where it became a practice for his future as a hero, he wouldn't say, but he liked their fights, looked up to them, maybe he was just an angry and violent boy, maybe that's just how things between them were, a strange relationship of hate and respect, they were always wanting to be better than the other, until Bakugou finally notice.
Just another battle, that's what Bakugou thought, Deku always looked tired after a fight, more than any person normally would, bad genetic maybe, so he ignored it, he focused on the next hit, the next move, but then he saw, steam, the nerd was steaming, how? They were always moving, dissipating it, he always felt that when fighting with Deku, he was giving his best, he was, Bakugou's Quirk was [Explosion], his sweat is like nitroglycerin and explodes, Deku's steam makes Bakugou sweat even more, more sweat meaning bigger explosions and in bigger amount, that day he lost the battle, but gained something even better, after realizing the nerd had some secret, Bakugou heard something, someone.
"Still not enough I see, I guess it's finally time for me to appear, be ready, our future is glorious" - A voice coming from seemingly nowhere, only heard by Bakugou.
"WHAT, WHO'S THERE?" - The mysterious voice made Bakugou fully enter combat mode.
"Don't be afraid, I'm here to help, my Champion"
New chapter and new Champion, as you can see, Izuku won't be the only one, if you want to suggest a Celestial and champion you can, there are a lot o characters that I haven't decided what to do, exception are Izuku(obviously), Minoru, Shoto, and Shouta, with Bakugou I haven't decided exactly what it's gonna be, it will be a monster and until the next chapter, I'll think of something. The Character Sheet is bigger, and if you want to know the pronunciation of the Special Moves, put in a translator in Portuguese.

Special breathing that allows using Sky's power, divided into 9 levels, based on the Fire Dragon's technique, after level 4 Izuku changes more and more, each level looking more like a dragon hybrid.

Creates claws made of clouds, mimicking dragon claws, a knife cuts better, but considering it's made of clouds it's pretty impressive.
[Neblina] - [Mist]
Creates a fog with [Controle Climático], those inside it have difficulty to see, and Izuku can feel things inside the Fog. Sometimes it can smell like Izuku's breath, he's a little self-conscious about it.
